Jaden: 'Allo governors and welcome back to my top tens. Now, as you all know, I am a supporter for shipping. And in the Pokemon community, there are a plethora of ships with the multiple characters in this fandom. But do you know what else has a load of ships? If you thought of Fairy Tail first, then you are correct. I am going to be counting down my favourite Fairy Tail ships.

Thundrr: You know, I'm surprised you never did this before. Especially since you are a huge Fairy Tail fan.

Jaden: I decided to do this because I am currently working on Fairy Tail Ship Stories which you all should check out.

Thundrr: Yes, there will be a theme for all the stories too. But let's get on with the list.

Number 10

Jaden: Ok, starting off the list, we have one that is already canon. Those who have watched Fairy Tail will know but to those who haven't. I'm referring to Albis, the ship of Alzack Connell and Bisca Connell (Mulan). I really don't need to explain this one that much.

Thundrr: Pretty much, they realised their feelings, got married and had a daughter.

Jaden: This is probably the most obvious canon ship in the series.

Thundrr: Yeah, let's just move along.

Number 9

Jaden: Now this ship I found a bit weird but I only like it because it kind of fits the brief. I'll explain the brief later but the ship I am talking about is Bixanna, the ship of Bickslow and Lisanna Strauss.

Thundrr: Yeah, the brief is because the other two members of the Raijinshuu (Thunder God Tribe) are shipped with the Strauss sibilings so why not add the third member to the third sibiling.

Jaden: Also, I want someone for Lisanna and it could've been Natsu, but I have a more preferred ship for him. Also, I do not hate Lisanna, it's very hard to find a good ship with her.

Thundrr: And he doesn't really like those fanfictions where Lisanna is an absolute female dog unless the story is good.

Number 8

Jaden: This next ship is kind of popular amongst fans. It is Laxana, the ship of Laxus Dreyar and Cana Alberona. Now before any people who support Miraxus comes to comment something, hear me out. I feel that the two seem like they can work because they are a bit full of themselves and they both care a lot about looks.

Thundrr: And you can clearly picture the two of them having a drink at the bar. They almost seem like they fit.

Jaden: I also do remember that when Fairy Tail was attacked by Phantom Lord, Laxus said he would only help out if Cana did something for him. Not to sure as to what it was but I think it was in the Japanese version because the dub probably didn't have something like that.

Thundrr: It was this. *whispers into his ear*

Jaden: Oh yeah, that does sound like it wasn't in the English dub.

Thundrr: It might, who knows.

Number 7

Jaden: For the number 7 spot, it is another ship in the previously mentioned brief. That is Elfgreen, the ship of Elfman Strauss and Evergreen. I think people only ship them because of that one time they tricked Mirajane into saying that they were engaged which threw her off during the S-Class Trials.

Thundrr: I mean, Bickslow and Freed tease her about it and they have shown some form of infatuation towards one another. Especially when Elfman got heavily damaged during the Grand Magic Games.

Jaden: True, and he chose Evergreen to partner up with him for the S-Class Trials so there might be a case.

Thundrr: At least it is a ship that has confirmation to it.

Number 6

Jaden: This ship probably hasn't been that heavily implied in the series but it does seem to work very well. It's Rowen, the ship of Romeo Conbolt and Wendy Marvell. I mean, this ship is kind of similar to Fourthwheelshipping in Pokemon except they have had interactions before and have shown to care about each other from time to time.

Thundrr: I mean, at least it has some implication in the series. Some people just prefer shipping Wendy with Doranbolt.

Jaden: Yeah, I don't really like Doranbolt that much. Also, he does not look like he fits well with dating someone like Wendy. Romeo fits way better and that's not because the two are very young.

Thundrr: It's because they have a stronger relationship as compared to Doranbolt only bonding with Wendy because of the S-Class Trials. And the fact that he lied to her about being a student to Mystogan. Let's just move on, I don't think Jaden wants to hear more talk about Doranbolt.

Number 5

Jaden: This one is probably one of the most popular ships in Fairy Tail because of how it is like the opposites attract ship. I'm referring to Gale, the ship of Gajeel Redfox and Levy McGarden. I mean, this has got to be one of the most canon ships in Fairy Tail.

Thundrr: Pretty much, I mean, the two have shown to be building a relationship. They end up getting closer as the series progress and *SPOILER WARNING* Levy eventually gets pregnant in the 100 Year Quest series and it is shown to be Gajeel's doing. *SPOILER ENDS HERE*

Jaden: You do realise you just gave away a huge spoiler there.

Thundrr: Oops, add the warnings before there are too many hate comments.

Jaden: I'm on it.

Thundrr: Thank you.

Number 4

Jaden: For this next spot, it is taken by Gruvia, the ship of Gray Fullbuster and Juvia Lockser. I'm pretty sure a lot of people might think it's because of Juvia's obvious feelings towards him but at least I have a point.

Thundrr: Yeah, the reason is because Jaden likes how Juvia started off depressed but was given hope upon meeting Gray. He was basically the person that helped her out the most and she has shown to develop more feelings towards him.

Jaden: While I do find the stalking thing a bit weird, at least the relationship can work. There are multiple occasions where the two have been able to work well together. Also, a lot of people really like the scenes where they held hands. Though they might be the desperate shippers.

Thundrr: Probably.

Number 3

Jaden: Ok, I am going to be honest with you all. This spot is taken by Mirafreed or Fremi, the ship of Freed Justine and Mirajane Strauss. I know a number of you are questioning this but hear me out. It does work with the brief that I mentioned but there is more to it. Mirajane was the one who brought Freed back into the guild after the Laxus Takeover and she showed him that they are still family.

Thundrr: Not only that, he did awaken the demon in Mirajane as well which was no easy feat. Also, he came in terms that he still cared for them and was only doing it because he admired Laxus. In fact, the two have shown to have a very strong relationship throughout the series.

Jaden: A lot stronger than Laxus mind you, hence why I prefer this over Miraxus. And most importantly, I have seen many scenes in the series where Mirajane has shown some shape of attraction towards Freed. Especially since he has shown a lot of respect towards her.

Thundrr: So to all those who support Miraxus, that is why he prefers Mirafreed. There will be a bit more detailed of an explanation to why he prefers ships that aren't too popular in Let's Talk.

Number 2

Jaden: Coming in to the penultimate ship, it is Jerza, the ship of Jellal Fernandes and Erza Scarlet. Another one of the most canonical ships in the series. I really love this ship because of the amount of development and the amazing story behind it. It shows how much the two have developed overtime and how they have such a strong bond between them.

Thundrr: Correct, starting from childhood friends and moving on to enemies when Jellal gets taken over only to reunite and reform their relationship. It shows how much these characters have grown throughout the years.

Jaden: And just to point this out, I was also one of the few people that were annoyed at the scene where they were about to kiss but Jellal stopped staying that he had a fiancee. Yeah, I don't like how the writers do stuff like that but it eventually goes uphill afterwards.

Thundrr: At least the relationship is starting to work better.

Number 1

Jaden: The number one is pretty obvious. It's Nalu, the ship of Natsu Dragneel and Lucy Heartfilia. What a surprise. I don't know if I should even explain this.

Thundrr: Just do it. Might as well.

Jaden: Ok, the relationship between the two has grown the most compared to everyone else. They are both shown to have an extremely strong bond and it is hinted that they do have a stronger relationship in the future when Future Lucy comes back in time. Also, Hiro Mashima even likes this ship to the point where he made concept art of a daughter named Nashi.

Thundrr: In the end, Nalu is his favourite ship like most Fairy Tail shippers.
