Alex's POV
We all follow the salamence for around an hour. Suddenly I can see sparks of electricity dancing around me. I close my eyes and focus on sensing the other presences, I feel the pain of a large group of Pokemon around 25 of them. "We're close, and one of the dragons are currently paralysed. We need to hurry" I say softly 'salamence you stay here I will call for you if I need your help' I think to the dragon before running knowing that the others would follow. I find I'm correct when I hear footsteps behind me "your powers are simply marvellous" Wallace says with a flamboyant pose as we stop running. Haou growls at him "you may be the supreme king but do you really want to mess with the one that can control dragons" I say to Haou with a smirk "supreme king?" Steven asks curiously 'at another time all of this will be explained' I think to him causing him to jump slightly. "Telepathy..." he mutters as I continue walking "now, we don't want to draw attention to ourselves. We will need psychic type Pokemon and a Pokemon that knows the move hypnosis" I say to everyone, we end up with Stevens metagross, Jaden's gardevoir and Haou's gallade "get your Pokemon to use psychic on the hunters, and for the ones that are awake we need to use hypnosis" I whisper quietly "Steven when this is done I'm going to need you to call the police. I'm going to go find a bug type Pokemon that can help us" I say before walking off "hello there little caterpie, could you help me, I'm trying to free some Pokemon from hunters and I need someone to help me tie them up with string shot" I ask the cute little Pokemon, who in return nods and climbs up my leg and onto my shoulder. I laugh at the cute Pokemon and begin walking back to the others. "When our boss gets back you'll pay!" I hear one of the hunters shout. I look at the Pokemon on my shoulder and it gets the message as it shoots sticky webs at the hunters binding them. "What's the name of your boss?" I ask with a glare "we meet again my pet" I hear the familiar yet unwelcome voice. Jaden's eyes are glowing yellow with anger "you again. Didn't slifer and yubel send you to oblivion?!" Jesse shouts in anger. "Kai" I say calmly but my face shows my anger with a glare. For some reason my eyes glow white "you called" a powerful Pokemon voice says while appearing in front of me. "Is that...?" Steven mutters in shock "arceus" Wallace finishes equally shocked. -/how is he back? Me and slifer we sent him to oblivion\- yubel says while appearing "I looked into your memories when I brought you here, I know all this man has done to you. I know what you wish as well. I will take care of your friends while you battle." Arceus says I nod and turn my attention to the man in front of me. His position shifts and I know he is going to run at me. He runs as fast as he can towards me "using the same tricks are we" I mock as I leap back and kick his legs out from under him. From nowhere a beam of ice hits my foot, freezing it to the ground. "Dear dragon master, I controlled you before and I can do it again. After all, all I have to do is hurt your brother or loved ones and you'll be completely at my mercy." Kai says with a menacing laugh. "when will you learn that dragons breath fire. Salamence use flamethrower" I shout. A stream of fire comes from the trees and melts the ice on my foot. I look at the ice in wonder "your the one that hurt salamence" I growl and in reply he sends a smirk my way causing me to flinch. "Yes I injured the Pokemon. I've done it to you many times haven't I dear. Remember that time on the hill, you said you'd do anything if we didn't hurt your brother, and where did that lead you. The thing that determines your innocence was stolen and your brother left you alone. The past hurts doesn't it my pet. I will always remember your screams as I punched you" he says with a evil grin. I fall to my knees and shake my head trying to rid my mind of the memories. "You bastard" Jaden shouts, his eyes glowing a brighter yellow. Haou looks at me and then back to Kai and growls. Suddenly black vines appear from the ground and head for Kai, the vines wrap around his waist, wrists and ankles before suspending him slightly in the air. "When you mess with Alex you mess with all of us" Haou says with a growl. Suddenly a large group of ice beams head straight for me. Knowing I don't have time to avoid it I create a barrier which is hit by the ice. I'm cased in an ice sphere and my eyes glow red. I gather up a small amount of energy and send out blaziken. "Blaze kick" I say to the Pokemon with a smile. His foot is then covered in fire and he kicked the ice prison I'm currently trapped in. "Thank you, get some rest now blaziken" I say softly to the Pokemon before returning him to his pokeball. I look at Kai and see he has his eyes closed and is focusing on something, at the same time I feel a pulse running through my mind "you won't control me again Kai so you may as well stop" I say calmly. Suddenly Kai disappears, "well that's a new trick" I say with little amusement. I close my eyes and focus on his presence, he appears behind me and holds a knife to my throat. "I summon slifer the sky dragon" I shout and use the small amount of my remaining power to summon the beast. "If you make a single move slifer will attack. But if you move you will have succeeded in you mission of ending me, is it worth your life Kai?" I question calmly, considering the situation I believe I'm handling this quite well. "Not only that but the wild Pokemon you hurt are also willing to aide me, my friends too." I continue "Alex stop, there too much of a risk" May shouts 'I am aware of this but the thing is that he has an obvious weakness. He's too prideful to die, he's proven that multiple times' I think to everyone. "Your plan is flawed. If slifer attacks me he will be attacking you as well" he says while leaning down and licking my neck...
