So, today I decided to go over Jacob's and the first person that I called was Nicole as I searched through my closet for my bathing suit.

Autumn: Ayo, Nicole!

I said, mimicking how Diggy might sound.

Nicole: What up B?

Autumn: Well, I was thinking that since you and I have nothing to do today-.

Nicole: Hold up. Now what makes you think that I don't have anything on my agenda today?

I rolled my eyes.

Autumn: Nicole.. You and I just went over this when I came over. Now are you coming or not?

Nicole: Damn.. What bit you in the ass?

She sighed and then answered me.

Nicole: Yeah, I guess.

Autumn: Great. Bring a bathing suit. Do you want me to come pick you up?

Nicole: Naw, girl. I'm good.

Autumn: Alright. Bye.

Nicole: Bye.

She hung up the phone and I called up Diggy.. I guess you could say that I was kinda avoiding Trevor at the moment.. I didn't want another moment like we had at his house when I mentioned Jacob. Nor did I want to end up in another mess of hell if he tells me that he loves me again..

Diggy: What up, what up?

Autumn: Hey, Diggy.. Um..

I had to get Trevor outta my head. He was making me nervous.

Diggy: You good?

Autumn: Yeah, yeah. I'm fine. I just wanted to know if you wanted to chill with me and Jacob today..

Diggy: I don't know if I can, but just in case, where?

Autumn: His mom's house. If you do come, you might wanna bring your swim gear.

Diggy: I'll see what I can do.

Autumn: Alright and Diggy?

Diggy: Yeah?

Autumn: Two things. One, Nicole is going to be there..

Diggy: Cool..

I could hear him smiling on the other line.

Autumn: And two.. I need you to call Trevor for me.

Diggy: Sure, but um.. Why don't you just call him?

Autumn: Long story.. But I'll see you there, okay?

Diggy: Alright, Autumn.

Autumn: Take care.

Diggy: You too.

I hung up the phone as I got into my car. My hands were shaking as I placed them on the steering wheel. I Love You.. echoed into my head.. At first I heard Trevor's voice and then all I heard was the calming sound of Jacob's I Love You.. I smiled to myself and sighed, but heard a knock on my window. I looked and there he was. I blinked as I looked at my car.. It was on and running, so I rolled the window down.

Jacob: Hey Autumn.

Autumn: Hey..

I was beyond confused.

Jacob: Glad you could make it.

Autumn: Yeah.. I am too.

I blinked again and realized what I said. that sounded desperate and stupid! What are you doing? I screamed in my head.

Jacob: Are you feeling okay?

Autumn: Yeah! I'm fine. Let's go.

I said as I got out the car. He shrugged and followed me to the backyard.

Autumn: And I hope you don't mind, but I asked a couple of good friends of ours to come too.

Jacob: No, I don't mind at all. It's Trevor, huh?

I grinned and shrugged.

Autumn: Maybe..

He shook his head as he sat down and put his feet in the water.

Jacob: Of course it is.. How are you guys, anyway?

I cringed mentally. But on the outside, I strolled past him and took his hat off of his head as I eased my way into the water. How in the hell am I gonna answer this?

Autumn: We've been doing fine, actually.

Jacob: Fine? I expected you to at least try to make me feel some type of way about y'all bein' together.

I rolled my eyes as my phone rang. I got out and looked at my phone.. Trevor.. I didn't get to my phone in time, but what I did see was the fact that he had called me about five times.. Damn.. But for the moment, I ignored it and got back in the pool.

Autumn: Shut up Jacob. You just mad that we ain't together anymore.

Jacob: Damn right, I'm mad!

He laughed.

Jacob: I lost the best thing that I ever had and the only man that I can blame is in the mirror.

He said softly as he looked down at me. I took off his hat and placed it back on his head before backing away from him with a grin.

Autumn: Exactly..

Jacob: Hey wait, come here.

He said as he grabbed my hands. I looked up at him.

Autumn: What?

Jacob: You can keep this one, I got another one in the house.

He put it back onto my head and left. I smiled to myself and then it faded when I saw a car pull up in the driveway. Jacob came back after a moment and stuck his legs back in the pool.

Autumn: Jacob, I think someone's here.

Jacob: Oh yeah. That's Trevor. He's in the bathroom changing.

My heart stopped. I didn't want all hell to break loose now! This makes me wish that I hadn't of invited anyone to come over.

Jacob: Tell me what I missed while I was in hell.

I was confused for a bit and then it hit me.

Autumn: Well, while you were in the hospital, I graduated from our school, but I never got the chance to walk across the stage. When the accident happened, they gave us two weeks off of school and I spent that time at the house. Then Trevor came over to check on me a lot more which caused us to hang out more and eventually.. We got together once I became of age and a trust was established..

I shrugged as the door slid open. Jacob and I looked over at the door and there stood Trevor.. Have you ever seen so much sexiness in one area? But at the same time, I was freaking out. So I backed away from Jacob and took off his hat.

Jacob: Aye, what up Trev.

Trevor's eyes locked on me and I began to sink into the pool.

Trevor: Wassup?

Jacob: Autumn was just tellin' me what I missed while I was in prison.

Trevor: Oh really? What she say?

He said as he started making his way into the water.

Jacob: Why don't you just ask her for yourself, man? She's right there.

Trevor: Alright, I will..

Bad move! Bad move! Somebody touched the red button and now I'm freaking out! Thank God that Trevor and I know how to pretend in front of others.. I tried to get away from Trevor, but unfortunately..

Trevor: Gotcha!

I screamed as he held me by my waist and lowered his head to my ear.

Trevor: Why don't we go and talk for a little while..

Jacob: Bruh.. This is my mom's pool. You ain't bout to be fuckin' up her shit and gettin' me cussed out. Take it somewhere else.

Trevor looked up and smiled before picking me up out of the water and carrying me into the kitchen.
