~Nicole~

I took a deep breath before opening the door and slowly making my way out. When I went back into the bedroom, I didn't see him. So I went to the staircase and there he was.. Just waiting for me in his formal clothes. I tried not to think negative about what I knew was gonna happen and I also played the part of the "lost girlfriend".

Diggy: Hey babe.

Nicole: Diggy, why are you dressed like that?

Diggy: I just figured that maybe I could take you out someplace nice, is all.

Nicole: Okay. But can you take me back home so I-

Diggy: Please don't.. Just don't get mad at me.. But there may be a surprise for you on the bed.

I raised my eyebrow.

Nicole: Why would I be mad at you?

He shrugged.

Diggy: Some girls just like their independence.

I glanced at the door.

Nicole: You said it's on the bed?

Diggy: Yes ma'am.

He nodded as I approached the door. I took a deep breath before opening it. Hopefully it's nothing trashy.. I thought before looking down at the bed. Folded nicely onto the bed, there was a dress and gold heals to match. I put my hand over my mouth and prayed that it was my size.

Diggy: You like it?

I turned around with the dress in my hands.

Nicole: Yes, Diggy! I Love It!

Diggy: Good. Now go take a bath and I'll be waiting for you in the limo.

Nicole: A limo?

Diggy: Yes.

He nodded with a smile.

Nicole: Diggy, how did you.. Nevermind.

I'd forgotten who's son he was. He just chuckled and kissed my cheek.

Diggy: I'll see you downstairs in a little bit.

He said before he left, but then he popped his head back into the room.

Diggy: Oh and um.. I got a few things for you on the dresser as well. Just go ahead and pick the one you like.

He left immediately after that and my eyes shifted to the dresser. Four different perfumes sat there looking back at me. I looked up at God and shook my head.

Nicole: Why did you give me such a good looking, good man? No complaints intended.. Just wanna say thank you.

I smiled as I took a nice hot shower. Then I finger combed my hair to make it look wavy and finally, I put on the outfit. It fit like a freakin' glove! After I checked myself out in the mirror multiple times, I took a deep breath and picked out a perfume before going out to see Diggy. His eyes went from being calm and cool to a wow state.

Diggy: Wow.. You look amazing.

Nicole: Thank you.

He linked arms with me and we walked out to the limo. Once he got in, I glanced at a familiar hat that sat in the driver's seat.

Nicole: Reverend Run?

He turned around with a smile.

Run: How you doing sweetheart?

I smiled big as Diggy got in the limo.

Nicole: I'm good.. Very good.

I felt Diggy's arm wrap around my waist as he began to converse with Reverend Run.

Run: Ready to go, Digg?

Diggy: Yeah. For sho.

He said before looking down at me.

Run: Alright.

He said as he rolled up the black divider that would separate the back seat from the front. Diggy lifted my chin and I could tell that his focus was on my lips.

Diggy: I promise you. By the end of the night, you'll love this big surprise.

I nodded before habitually biting my bottom lip and taking my gaze away from him. I couldn't help help but think about what the big surprise could be and eventually my mind thought of all the wrong content. Think positive.. I said to myself.

Nicole: Thank you.

I said as I grabbed his hand and looked up at him. His smile shined down on me.

Diggy: Anything for my Queen.

He leaned in and kissed my nose which made me laugh a little.

Diggy: Why are you laughing?

Nicole: My lips are right here and yet you chose to kiss my nose?

Diggy: What?

He shrugged as I continued to laugh before shaking my head.

Nicole: Nothing.

Diggy: Did you want me to kiss you like this?

He kissed my cheek and I started turning red.

Diggy: Or maybe right here?

His lips planted themselves on my neck and I bit my lip.

Diggy: Or did you just want a genuine and sweet one like this?

He placed his hands on both sides of my face and began to kiss me.. This turned into teasing which turned into french kissing and his hand found mine just before he stopped kissing me. I tried hard to control my breathing but my heart was racing. I crossed my legs because I was worried that I might've gotten a little too excited about the kiss. We blushed and laughed nervously just as the limo stopped. He grabbed my hand and lead me inside the place. My eyes scanned every inch of the room in awe.

Nicole: Diggy, what's the name of this place?

He pointed to the sign and I read it before nodding.

Diggy: I figured that I should take the love of my life to a place named after her.

I smiled before gripping his hand a little tighter in excitement. His eyes shifted down to me with a smile before looking up at the waitress.

Diggy: I have a reservation under Simmons.

Lady: Right this way Mr. Simmons.

He held up a hand.

Diggy: No thank you. I can show her the way.

She nodded and smiled.

Lady: Someone will be right with you in a moment.

Diggy: Thank you.

He nodded before leading me up a few flights of stairs and trough a door which lead to a balcony. I could see the whole city from up here.

Nicole: Wow..

Diggy: Beautiful, huh?

Nicole: Very..

I saw him smile and then look down for a while.

Nicole: What's wrong Digg?

Diggy: I just don't know if this is the right time but I want to..

Nicole: Well there's only one way you can find out.

He nodded with a smile before turning towards me.

Diggy: Nicole.. We've been together for a few months now and I.. I can't help but to gain more strong feelings for you everyday. It gets to points where I just can't keep my hands to myself. Each time I kiss you, I'm left with the need of having more of you and I can't keep my love under control for much longer.. I Love You.. And I mean truly love you.. And I guess what I'm try'na say is that..

He trailed off as he reached into his pocket, grabbed my hand and got down on one knee. Shit! It's happening!

Diggy: Nicole.. Will you be my forever? Will you be my eternal flame until we burn out? Nicole.. Will you marry me?
