Jackson looked down at his phone after finishing his radio interview with US stations. He sighed walking out the bathroom, opening his laptop to resume his work, he was currently working on the team Wang fashion label, looking over some final designs. He had prepared a lot for his fans, and he couldn't wait to showcase his plans to the world. He leaned back into his bed, the laptop on his legs as he typed away. Some emails, some schedules, he had always been this busy. His phone went off moments later. Jackson tore his gaze away from the screen, reaching over to the side table to reach out for his phone.

Jackson sighed, turning back to his screen, rushing to type the last of the email so that he could talk to her. His hands worked furiously against the keyboard the back of his mind replaying thoughts surrounding her. It took him about ten minutes to finish it. It would have been five but thoughts of her began to plague his mind to the point he had to stop himself a few times. Finally hitting send, he closed the laptop and placed it on the side, before moving to message her.

Irene sat up from her bed, staring at the message in disbelief, it had been months since they had last conversed and just when she was on the verge of breaking he had swooped in yet again. And he always managed to do just that. She was contemplating leaving it, to not bother messaging him back but ultimately she had missed him. She had missed him a lot. She hesitated, her hands hovering over the screen as she bit her lip.

Irene jumped into her duvet, scrolling through her phone, a smile on her face, thinking of him. And just as her thoughts increased, her train of thoughts were broken with her phone ringing and a picture of him flashing to her view. "Hey." She spoke softly. "Hey Babygirl. It's sorted." "You didn't have to but thank you." "I didn't do anything Rene, I've just contacted your company to handle it properly like they should." "Jackson-" "No Irene, they don't realise that your more then just an asset for your face, you've been working with them for 11 years they should be fucking protecting you properly, and I told them exactly that." "Jackson are you serious? You know S.M. they don't like being told what to do-" "Yes I do know that Rene, but after the conversation I just had with them I think they've come to a realisation, better late then never." "I'm joking Wang, you have a wondrous spirit and I love that, just take me with you next time." She could hear the instant excitement in his voice. "You want to come home with me?" He asked. "I'll follow you to the ends jack, wherever you want to go I'll be there." "Then let's do it. It's gonna be awhile since I'm actually going to be here for the next three months-" "THREE MONTHS!" "That was my ear Bae." "And I'm not sorry, three months!" "Come visit me." "When this lockdown is over, it doesn't make sense for me to come when there is the two week quarantine period, S.M. won't allow me to be gone for that long." "I can phone them." Irene laughed leaning back into her pillows, "Yeah I don't think they'll agree to that. But hopefully soon." Jackson hummed, as Irene closed her eyes. "I've missed this." Jackson laughed, "I've missed you too Babygirl, I'm sorry I haven't been able to contact you." "It's fine Bubs I know how busy you are, and I understand. Don't worry." She huffed cutely, until he heard his team Wang design people walk into discuss something. He held up a hand, with a blink of his eyes signalling for them to give him a minute. "Babygirl I need to go. I need to sort something out for team Wang design." "Okay that's fine Bubs, I'm buying everything by the way." Jackson chuckled slightly at her cuteness. "Send me pictures when you do." "Hmmm I'll do one better babe. Now go be a CEO." "Of course, call me if you need to talk Bae, you know I'll always make time for you." "I will thank you." "I love you." He said. Irene froze for a second, until finally a smile broke out on her face. "I love you too." He smiled. "See you soon." "Bye." They simultaneously hung up, both wearing smiles on their faces.

And the next day SM released an official statement stating they would take action if Irene or seulgi were mistreated again. Irene couldn't help but smile, the power of the Wang shone bright yet again, and she was grateful he reached out. And so was he.
