"Tooth, this better be important, it's almost Christmas." I say.

"North, I know you're busy but it's kind of urgent." She says.

"Oh? Well make with news." I bite into a cookie.

"It's about Jack, he's been acting strange." She says.

"Strange? No, did not notice." I say.

I turn.

"Ay! I told you to pain them red." I say.

"Noka?!" He yells.

"I don't care about that; Christmas is in a week's time!" I yell.

He groans and nods.

"North, can we talk privately?" Tooth asks.

I turn to her. Her face looks sour and nervous at the same time.

"Of course, come to my... office." I open the door.

Tooth flies in. I close it. The lock locks itself. I take up a fruit cake.

"Fruit Cake?" I ask her.

"Uh, no, no. Thank you North." She says.

I throw it aside. I sit down.

"So, what on mind?" I ask.

"It's about Jack... do you ever get visions in your dreams?" She asks.

"Hmmm... can't say that I have." I shrug.

I turn to her.

"Where is this coming from?" I ask.

"Jack saw his mother." She says.

"What?" I ask.

"He seemed flustered. But his memories are-" She starts.

I hear a loud thud. I hear a scream. I take out my swords. 

"What was that?" Tooth asks.

"We find out." I say.
