Jack's POV

"Tonks!" I cheer as I give her a hug and she chuckles hugging me back. "You went white, nice" I tell her when I see her hair. "Uncle Remus got a job interview, but he says hi" I add.

"Do you have your list, key and wand?" she asks me and I nod my head. "Then let's go" she tells me linking our arms. "Muggle or magical?" she asks.

"Both" I tell her and she apperates us to the Leaky Cauldron. From there we go to the back and she tips the wall with her wand in three separate places. The archway reveals itself and we enter Diagon Alley. We head for the bank, but Tonks waits while I get my money. "Harry!" when I see him in our vault and tackle him to the ground. "You have a lot of explaining to do, I've been worried sick big brother" I tell him.

"I missed you too Jack, can you get off please?" he asks and I get off him. Before helping to his feet and notice the Weasleys. Smiling I hug them all too. Harry and I got our money, then I had him read back up with me. Tonks sees me with my brother and I look between the two both looking at her. She nods her head and I smile widely before leaving with Harry & the Weasleys.

"Let me guess floo powder" I say seeing the Weasleys and Harry covered in soot.

"Yep and Harry ended up in Knockturn Alley" Fred states.

"What? Are you hurt Harry?" I ask him.

"I'm fine Jack, Hagrid found me then we found Hermione and the Weasleys found us" Harry explains.

"Where is Hermione?" I ask looking for her.

"She already had money so her and her parents will meet us in the book shop" he states. I nod my head as we all leave Gringotts. "Guess who I saw in Borgin and Burkes" Harry tells me, I shrug my shoulders. "Malfoy and his father" he says.

"Not that unusual, but were they buying or selling?" I ask him.

"Mister Malfoy was selling" Harry says. Hermione appears with her parents as Mrs Weasley and Mrs Weasley discuss where to go first. I give Hermione a hug and she introduces me to her parents. It was decided we'd split up and meet in the book shop in an hour. So I went with Harry, Hermione and Ron. We all got an ice - cream before looking around the street.

We past a joke shop where we saw Fred, George and Lee stocking up on fireworks. Then we went to a second hand shop where we saw Percy reading a book of Prefects and their future careers. He didn't look like he wanted company after glaring at Ron so we leave him to it.

An hour later we weren't the only ones heading to the book shop. We saw a sign outside which explains why there was so many people. The author Gilderoy Lockhart is signing his autobiography. Hermione was excited, but the boys and I just roll our eyes not really caring. We enter the shop and find the others close to the front of the line. Which is weird, weren't we getting our books and leaving?

I stand next to Harry as Lockfart, sorry (not) Lockhart is introduced. Suddenly a photographer appears pushing Ron aside to take a picture of Lockhart. Who was smiling broadly looking at all the witches when he notices Harry and I. "It can't be Harry and Jack Potter?" he says making the photographer look at us. He grabs our arms and pulls us forward passing us to Lockhart. He wraps an arm around both of us as we were forced to stand either side of him.

"Big smile you two, together we're worth the front page" Lockhart tells us. I smile slightly not happy at all. He then announced how he is our new defense teacher this year. Then gave Harry and I free copies of his books we needed this year. Harry gave his to Ginny and I gave mine to Ron, we told them we'd buy our own.

"But you loved that, didn't you Potters" a voice sneers and I see Draco appear in front of us. "Famous Harry and Jack Potter, can't even go into a bookshop without making the front page" he states.

"Leave them alone" Ginny and Hermione tell him. While Ginny stands beside Harry and Hermione at my side.

"Look Potter's you got yourself girlfriends" Draco drawled.

"We do not, now leave before I turn you into a toad" I tell him as I go for my wand.

"Now, now Draco play nicely" Mister Malfoy says as he appears and I stop going for my wand. "Nice to see you Jack, Mister Potter Lucius Malfoy" he states holding a hand out to Harry. "Forgive me, but your scar is legend as is the wizard who gave it to you" he tells Harry as he looks at his scar.

"Voldemort murdered our parents" Harry states.

"He was nothing more then a murderer and coward" I finish.

"You must be very brave to mention his name or really foolish" Mister Malfoy tells Harry.

"Fear of a name only increases fear of the thing itself" Hermione tells him.

"You must be Miss Granger, yes Draco's told me all about you and your parents. Muggles, aren't they?" he asks.

"Leave her alone Mister Malfoy" I tell him as Mr Weasley appears. They talked a little before getting into a fight. Hagrid separated them and Mister Malfoy return Ginny's second hand book to her before leaving with Draco. "Guys I have to go, see you at school" I tell them before leaving.

I found Tonks and we have something to eat at the Leaky Cauldron. Before walking through Muggle London for an hour. Then she apperates us back to Uncle Remus' house. Where Soren greets me with a letter and Tonks leaves. I read the letter from Severus and sigh before taking my stuff to my room. Apparently I wouldn't be going on the train this year and would go direct to Hogsmeade with Uncle Remus before taking the carriages to school with the other students.

Uncle Remus was in his study reading and I tell him I am home. Then go upstairs to start reading my course books before dinner. After dinner I got ready for bed and feel asleep as soon as my head hit the pillow.
