" Jay beta , Santosh bhaisaab ko phone kardena " she said . Jay took his phone dialing his number to inform their family about shehnaaz .

Sidharth was done with all the formality work . It's been 2 hours she had been taken in the operation theatre . The doctors informed that it's going to be an normal delivery . He was roaming outside restlessly joining his hands praying for their safety . Mahi and jay joined them , Riya was with Tara at home .

A nurse came out , Sidharth rushed to her to know what was happening inside . " How is my wife ? " He asked . While she answered him saying " sir would you like to join your wife to help her " .

He looked at her in shock then his jay patted his back to give him strength . He looked at his mother , Maa nodded her head . He entered the room where the nurses , doctors were treating his wife who was laying their pale . He moved to her she looked at him and smiled .

I wanna be the reason behind your smile because surely you are the reason behind mine .

The words ranged in my ears . She said once , And its true our happiness was with eachother .

Flashback :

Shehnaaz was 8 months pregnant , she was sitting with Sidharth and suddenly she asked " Mai tujhe bahut pareshan Kar rahi hu na "

( I'm troubling you ? )

He frowned at her then taking her leg in his hand , as he was doing her nails she was sitting on the couch and he sat down .  He asked " aur tujhe isa kyu lagta hai ? "

( And why you thought like that ? )

" Vo Mai tujse itni attention le rahi hu , aur tujhe office bhi Jane nhi de rahe hu . Tu mujhse gussa hogaya tho " she asked .

" Abey ghadi , Kuch b bolti hai tu " saying he tapped on her forehead .

( You donkey , say whatever you feel like )

" Tere liye Kuch b Karu Kam he lagta hai mujhe , aur gussa tho Mai Kabhi nhi hu tujhse Jaan hai Tu mere " he said kissing her leg , she nodded her head and giggled making him smile broadly .

" Ye Jo tere smile hai na iske liye Kuch b Kar sakte hu Mai " she said .

( I can do anything for your smile )

" Huhhh " he said .

" Kyu ki Tu mere kushi ki vajah hai aur Mai tere kushi ki vajah Bana chahti Hu " she said .

( Because reason for my smile is YOU and I wanted to be the reason behind YOUR smile )

She took his hand intervined it . He lean down to her level and could only hear " dard ho raha hai Sidharth " . His tears leaked down from his cheeks not caring about their surroundings . He kissed her forehead saying " I'm here , Jaan 💖 " .

( It's paining Sidharth )

" Mr.Shukla " Doctor said , he looked at doctor . " Help her , she needs you now " the doctor said . Sidharth wiped his tears nodding his head he looked at shehnaaz .

" Ready Baby " he asked her were she nodded her head .

After an hour they heard the scream of crying baby .

He looked at the baby could not take his eyes from the baby . The doctor congratulated them saying " It's a Boy " his smile grew wider then looked at shehnaaz who was having smile closing her eyes being totally exhausted .

" Sir do you wanna do this ? " Nurse asked . He moved taking the scissors he looked at the baby then the mother of his child , his wife who was smiling forgetting everything that had happened seeing the bundle of joy in his arms cut the placenta with a smile .

The nurse took the baby to clean when they heard shehnaaz scream again . Sidharth n Doctors looked at her , " Omg another Baby " doctor said making Sidharth eye go widen . Another Baby that means they had twins , they didn't knew that . she was again in labour .

Sidharth moved towards her caressing her head " Jaan 💖 I'm here " her nails were digging in his palm . The doctor said " push "

" push baby " he said . She glared at him , he kept quite didn't said further . As he received I will kill you wala look from her .

They took the other Baby out who was less weight compare to the first . She went unconscious after that . Sidharth was looking at everything in shock . He was witnessing everything but not registering anything .

" Shehnaaz " saying he moved towards her . " Mr.Shukla she will be alright plz co-operate with us sir " doctor said . Nurse said " Congratulations sir it's a Baby Girl " While he moved and looked at his other baby who was super tiny , his palm was bigger than her . He chuckled looking at the little figure . The surprise Baby she was .
