Ellie

I was standing still, my back rigid and stiff. I let Nate do all the work, his hands clasping both my cheeks as he kissed me. I didn't know what to feel or what to do. All I could think about was-
When hell turns flowery.
"Teenagers," a voice grumbled from next to us, lowering the flash light. Nate pulled us apart, staring ahead at an old man in his guard uniform.
"Sorry Sir, she was just getting a bit feisty and I had to show her who was in control."
My mouth dropped open as blood rushed to my face. I felt Nate's hand trailed down to my backside, cupping it in his hands. I jumped at the unchaste contact, furious beyond matter. Needless to say, I held up a perfect girlfriend facade in front of the guard, not wanting to get in more trouble.
"Not the right area to do this stuff kiddo," the guard told Nate with a gruff in his voice. He sounded tired and bored which made me think this kind of adventure from teenagers around this area wasn't uncommon.
"It just looked dark and secluded- just what we needed." Nate answered back, sounding like the perfect juvenile teenager that brought his girlfriend out.
The guard grunted out something and waved us away, not sparing us another minute of his time. Nate turned and grabbed my hand before he took us back the way we came.
"That was-" Nate started to say but I interjected him with a small aggravated sound. I pulled my hand away from him, glaring at the back of his head. He turned around to look what was wrong and saw my angered expression.
He narrowed his eyes down at me. "You should thank me we didn't get busted."
I stared at him, wondering what was worse - the fact that he kissed me when he had a girlfriend or that he kissed me all together. It wasn't meant to happen like this and he just did it and even added cupping my backside in a vile manner. He showed no respect at all in front of that guard and even though a tiny part of me like that he touched me, it was out of order to treat any woman like that.
I say you really give him a good beating... Trouble Ellie piped up.
Be the mature lady and just walk away... Good Ellie put forward.
I followed my own gut and just screamed in his face which I was pretty good at doing and which he really hated when I did do. Nate glared down at me, crossing his arms in front of me.
"Don't fucking scream."
I screamed again.
"Ellie- I'm fucking warning you."
I screamed at him. "What are you going to do this time? Kiss me to shut me up?" I screeched in his face, standing on my toes to get right in there.
Nate's eyes turned into dark slits, his lips curving upwards. "I'll make sure your feisty ass gets a new colouring."
I gawked up at him, gasping out loud. "Oh my Flowers."
"Yes, and then your flowers will be seen too." It didn't take a genius to figure out what he meant with that statement considering the topic we were on. And I was so done with him.
"You are revolting." I spat out.
Nate scoffed out loud. "I had better."
"Oh my god!" I screeched out loudly, stomping towards his battered Jeep. "Just take me home!"
I was so done with Nathaniel Lewis.

We drove silently back, my mind consumed with erratic thoughts. I thought about the Prison and about Nate's father being in there. I thought about Nate and his girlfriend. I thought about the fight. I even thought about the kiss -which I really did not want to think about.
Nate suddenly stopped and I examined our surrounding. It was a dark place, semi-attached houses standing in a straight line along each road. Every door had graffiti on, odd words and odd signs. I stared widely at the area with wide eyes.
"What are we doing here?" I asked Nate slowly, speaking up for the first time.
Nate glanced at me before stepping out the Jeep. I followed him suit, shouting after him. "Hey! I'm talking to you."
Nate looked at me over the boot of the car. "I'm just picking up something from my house."
His house? I trailed my eyes around the street, the streetlights which were standing on the verge of death illumining the whole place. It looked forbidding.
"Judge all you want, but this is my home. Stay out here and I'll be a minute." Nate gave me on unreadable look before he turned and walked into the house behind him. I watched him jab the key into the keyhole and he entered without looking back.
As soon as he was inside, I felt something crawl the back of my skin. I yelped and without thinking, I ran to Nate's house. I knocked on violently, jumping on my feet and glancing behind me.
The door opened with a smirking Nate. "Knew you'd come in."
I didn't think it was worth giving a reply to as I shoved past him, bumping into the painting on the wall since I tried to get as far away as possible.
"Careful now, all these are Gucci and Chanel paintings." Nate sarcastically said from behind me. That too, I decided to ignore. He didn't even know how stupid he sounded.
I walked into what I thought was the kitchen but it was a living and dining room combined. The first thing I spotted was the TV that was sitting on the dining table, a magician doing some cool tricks on the screen.
"You do magic?" I asked Nate without looking over to him.
"No, I do." I snapped my head at the sound of a new voice, seeing a guy stretched on the floor. I frowned at him, surprised I didn't catch him earlier.
"I just came now."
I scrunched my forehead at him. How did he walk past me without me noticing?
The questions were probably all over my face as the guy stood up and smiled down at me. "I'm a self-proclaimed magician darling."
I nodded up at him, fancied by a male standing before me who claimed to be a magician. He stuck out his hand and I took it slowly.
"I'm Ghost."
I grinned up at him, liking the name. "I'm Ellie."
"-and he's also a thief." Nate butted in. I frowned over my shoulder at Nate, who was watching Ghost carefully.
I snapped my gaze back at Ghost and saw a smirk playing on his lips. I then glanced at his other hand and saw my phone in it. I gaped at him, pulling my hand away from him and going to my back pocket to make sure my phone was still there.
Wishful thinking.
"How?" I asked slowly.
Ghost just laughed and returned my phone to me. "I'm not a thief when I return it." He winked at me.
"Ellie, give me a second and I'll be back. " Nate said from behind me. I nodded my head without turning, not wanting to have Ghost out of my sight.
"So Ghost, are you a ghost?"
Ghost threw his head back and laughed. I watched him carefully.
"No, I can't walk through people...yet"
"Pretty ironic." I told him.
"But I can disappear." Ghost replied back. I cocked my eyebrows at him.
"Let's go, Ellie." Nate said from behind me. I looked over my shoulder to see a plastic bag in his hand and then looked back to Ghost-
-only he wasn't there.
"His disappearing acts are getting old." Nate sighed, walking towards the front door. I trailed behind him, my eyes glancing around to see if Ghost just ran to a hiding spot. But it was like he disappeared all together.
No way... His disappearing act freaked the flowers out of me.

"What the hell do you think you are doing?" I screeched in a whisper at Nate who, mind you, was getting ready to sleep. In my house. In my room. In my bed. The plastic bag he had brought with him was his spare clothes and essential. I thought he was going somewhere else but not my house.
"I'm sleeping here." Nate said so casually, like it was normal to sleep over.
I raised my eyebrows at him. "Are you insane?"
"No."
"We are fighting! We are not meant to be talking!" I told him.
Nate pulled his jeans jacket off and threw it into my open closet. He pulled his shirt over his head, his bare chest slapping my face. His whole back and stomach was coated with dark ink, words and pattern designs filling every space. He put on a black t-shirt and just as quick covered it all.
"We won't be talking, we'll be sleeping."
"Why the hell do you think you'll be sleeping here?"
"Because I need to talk to you first thing tomorrow when you're not being a bitch."
I blinked at him. "You what?"
Nate rolled his eyes at me and climbed on the bed. "Just get in bed and we'll talk tomorrow morning."
I didn't move. First of all, seeing Nate in my bed was a sight to devour and secondly, he was totally insane. "You don't understand Nate, you need to listen to yourself."
"Just get in the bed Ellie and explain why in the morning."
I shook my head at him. "No Nate, you need to leave."
Nate let out deep sigh. "I can't leave alright."
"Why not?"
"Look- I'm still not okay after visiting my dad. Just this night, can I have a peaceful sleep."
I stared at him, utterly rendered speechless and in shock. I was taken aback by how he felt the need to sleep in bed with me just after visiting his dad.
Let him have this night.. Good Ellie put forward.
You can always cuddle... Trouble Ellie piped up, always seeking for any sort of physical touches.
I took a deep breath and glanced at the door. My father was leaving for his trip to another City in the morning, to work on one of his high demand case and the like hood that he would come in my room was next to nothing. But then the maids were another worry so I turned towards the door and turned the key. I wasn't allowed to lock my room, only for extreme measures and right now it called for an extreme measure.
I turned around to face Nate, who was leaning against my headboard. He was tucked under the covers, watching my every move carefully with disclosed eyes. "No touching and we'll have a pillow in between us."
I wasn't comfortable in bed because normal I liked sleeping with the covers partly thrown over me and my legs spread apart. Of course that wasn't possible. One thought that kept flashing right before me was the fact that I was locked in my own room with Nathaniel Lewis in my bed.
Sleep was a myth.

I heard soft murmurs coming from my next to me.
"Just make sure nothing happens to Andy. Ellie will flip."
I frowned in my sleep. Why would I flip?
"Ghost, you're my little cousin and you will do as I fucking say. Just make sure Andy is alright."
The soft voice faded slowly and I fell into another darkness as sleep engulfed me.

I woke up with something warm and heavy on my thigh and something hard pressed against my backside. I scrunched up my nose, my mind taking far too long to process what was going on.
Until a soft groan reached my ear. I snapped my eyes open and it immediately landed on the tattooed hand that snaked around my waist. I focused on the hard thing that was pressing against my backside and my eyes widened when I realised what that thing was.
It came back to me then, how Nate decided to stay over the night, regardless of the fight we had previously. How we kissed under the guard's flashlight and how I met Ghost and his chilling disappearing act.
"Oh my flowers!" I whispered, itching away and pretending I did not just wake up with Nate and his-
Nate groaned again, shoving his face in my neck and pulling me back into his chest. Where the hell did the pillow go?
"Morning guys," a different voice came from in front of us.
Oh my flowers.
This cannot be happening right now.
I lifted up my head slowly, willing every possible thing worth willing for that who's voice I heard was not in my room. But there she was, sitting on my chair with her legs crossed at the knee and in her perfect peach suit.
My Mother.

Hey guys! Another update! I'm really sorry if this chapter was beyond rubbish. I personally think it was so err yeah.
Also, I was thinking of doing a FAQ book since I've been getting a lot of similar questions regarding the Garments Series. If you guys think I should do it then just leave me a comment and I'll do it :)
And I was also thinking of putting what story and chapter, in the garment series, to read next so you won't get as confused. So..
