Over the residential district of Musutafu Japan, a big shadow looms over a quiet neighborhood. As it hovers around the houses it finally settles above one in particular. It's appearance is rather nice, both inside and out, with the nameplate on the front gate saying "Bakugou Residence".

Inside a rather pretty woman is folding clothes in her bedroom, listening to music as she did so. Then noticed the shadow casting down outside the window, "huh? Must be a storm coming" she guessed, she began finishing up the last of the clothes before hearing the doorbell ring.

"Huh? Yeah I'm coming hold on" she said walking downstairs. Coming to the door she saw a man approaching the front, same as her "hey honey" she greeted, "hi Mitsuki. We're you expecting anyone?" Her husband asked, Mitsuki pondered before shaking her head. "No I don't think so" she replied, confused as to who could be visiting them.

"I swear if it's a member of the Aldera Junior High faculty complaining about Katsuki's behavior I'm gonna wrong that little brat's neck" she snarled. They opened the door, and were surprised, standing outside was a tall and very muscular man wearing a tight white shirt with a black stripe on the front, green pants, black boots, had brown hair and a full brown dashing beard. With a familiar gauntlet like device on his arm, "hey Mitsuki, Masaru, been a couple years hasn't it?" The man said chuckling.

"BEN?!" The two gasped, Ben raised his arm high before bringing it to his chest, giving them a thumbs up. "You better believe I am!" He said smirking, "woah man, You got huge!" Mitsuki said honestly surprised. "Like All Might huge" Masaru added, "thanks, took a lot of work but I'm happy with the result" Ben said.

Just then a woman fell right next to him, gracefully landing, she had green hair, a well developed and fit body, and was wearing a standard issue Plumber uniform, as well as aviator goggles, which she took off revealing green eyes. "Hey Mitsuki" she greeted them, "INKO?!?!" Mitsuki said amazed by how her friend looked. Back in the day, when they were back in highschool, Mitsuki had always been the more physically fit of the two. Sporty, aggressive and tomboyish, now though seeing Inko much taller than herself, heck she even had some muscle showing from under her uniform.

(Before anyone says anything I couldn't find a picture of Inko that would match what o had in mind)

Let's just say Mitsuki couldn't decide if it was amazing or scary, or both, "Yup it's me. We're back in town, now that Izuku's at the age we've decided to come back so he can fulfill his dream of becoming a pro hero" Inko explained. "Wow, that's great. Maybe we could hang out, since we haven't really been able to. How is Izuku by the way? Haven't seen him since his eighth birthday" the blonde woman asked as they lead them in. "Yeah where is Izuku Inko? Speaking of kids where's Izumi?" Ben asked, only to have said girl jump on his back "Hi aunty Mitsuki! Hi uncle Masaru!" She greeted.

(She looks like this but smaller)

"Aww, hi kiddo, how are you? Last I saw yah you were just a tiny little baby" Mitsuki said remembering seeing Izumi via video call. "Yeah, anyway Izuku said he wanted to do a fly around through the city. That way he doesn't accidentally get lost, since we haven't been here in a long while" Inko explained. "Oh okay, wait Mitsuki is that law about public quirk usage still up?" Ben asked her, she sighed and nodded "unfortunately yes. I get they don't want anyone to cause a panic or hurt others but it gets irritating at times" the fire cracker answered.

"Don't worry honey, Izuku knows about the quirk laws so he's using his hoverboard, and before you and he has his keys" Inko assured him, making him sigh in relief. "Oh speaking of kids, is Katsuki here?" Ben asked looking around looking rather irritated. "Nah the little brat's probably either still at school or just wandering around the city with his delinquent friends" Mitsuki answers. "Judging by your tone I'm guessing he still hasn't fixed his attitude" Inko guessed as they sat in the living room.

Both parents sighed, "We've been trying to curb his attitude but nothing seems to work" Masaru said, "if you ask me I think those teachers at Aldera are enabling his behavior again" his wife added.

-Meanwhile above Musutafu-

High above the street a figure is seen flying around on a hover board, a male standing at a height of 5'6, having a well defined muscular body, a rather handsome but cute face with unruly green hair. Emerald green eyes and a badge on his chest with a familiar hourglass shaped logo on it.

Introducing Izuku Tennyson, son of Ben Tennyson, his family arrived in this universe just a few moments ago and he's starting to feel nostolgia from his home universe. "Hah, this is nice" he comments before flying lower, looking down he saw several people walking on the streets below, some just looked like normal humans, other had interesting features like fins, claws or odd facial characters.

And even a few reminding him of the aliens back in his other universe, "despite the rough start I had here, it's good to be home" he says. Before he could fly farther he hears a loud explosion, looking towards it Izuku saw a large monstrous person. Standing on railway tracks, with several on lookers bellow, as well as multiple pro heroes. "Woah pros, not even five minutes hear and I've already got the chance to see Heroes handle a big villain" he said hovering nearby. "Well, aside when dad kicks their butts at home" he said watching a hero who appeared to be wearing wooden gloves and a wooden mask.

"Woah, I've heard of him. He's the new rising pro hero Kamui Woods, his quirk allows him to control all forms of wood" he said lowering himself next to the bystanders. "Huh? Woah, nice board, and seems like you know your stuff kid" one man said as a few more took notice of him. "Huh? Oh yeah, well I always stay updated on any new pro heroes that arise. I always want to learn about their quirks and their skills so I can become on myself" Izuku explained. A few people smiled, he looked back to the fight and flew higher up, directly above the combating fighters.

Kamui had grabbed one of the villain's arms with a wood tendril and tried to pin him down, only for the villain to sling him around with his superior strength. Then had flung the pro into the air, on a direct path to Izuku "woah boy?!" He yelped dodging, "quick grab on!" He said. Thankfully the pro heard and extended a tendril at him and wrapped around Izuku's board which allowed him to swing over. "Whew thanks kid, hey why are you up here?" Kamui asked him, "wanted to get a better view of the fight, then as bad luck would have it I happen to be in the way of your flight path" Izuku explained.

The pro nodded understanding before swinging back over to the villain, Izuku took the opportunity to analyze the villain with Galvan eyes in hopes to find a weak point. Then had smirked "quick go for the ankles he's standing on a loose railing" he yelled, "thanks for the tip!"

Kamui woods then grabbed the bridge before swinging under and saw the loose railing Izuku was talking about. Then had pulled it up to reveal it was electrified and, thanks to his wooden insulated form, he angled it to point directly towards the villain's foot. Then as the large monstrous crook attempted to move he was shocked by the metal, causing him to spaz, Kamui then perched across from him. Preparing a special move, "Lacquered Chains Prison!" He yelled about to strike with multiple brambles.

However before he could even attack "Canyon Cannon!" A giant woman, much larger than the villain himself, had kicked the guy in the face undeniably incapacitating him. As well as stealing Kamui's thunder, "hey that's Mt. Lady" Izuku said before taking out a tablet and began typing something in, analyzing her abilities. As well as trying to avert his focus away from her trying to give her fans some fan service, "I'm suddenly thankfully aunt Gwen helped me keep my focus on taking notes of the important things when analyzing others" he noted before flying off.

However not before Kamui was calling to get his attention, "huh?" Noticing the pro he hovered down "anything wrong sir?" He asked. "Nah just wanted to thank you for that assist back there, intentional or not. By the way, you know that using your quirk in public is illegal right?" He asked pointing to the hover board, "uh yes I know. This isn't part of my quirk, in fact this thing is more like a skateboard where I'm from" Izuku said. Then got off and allowed Kamui to ride on it, which proved his point and allows Izuku to fly freely.

The young Tennyson then flew around some rooftops before seeing something on the roof of a building. It was a man, a rather skinny man, he looked very malnourished, skeletal like, had long blonde hair with long crest like bangs and, dark dead like eyes with bright blue pupils. Was wearing a white T-Shirt and camouflage pants with black boots, he also seemed rather panicked. "Hey is everything okay?" Izuku asked hovering down next to him. "Huh? Oh, uh hello. Neat board" he said, "thanks, so what are you doing up here? And why do you look worried? Is there anything I can do to help?" He asked, then picked up the board, "well... I was tasked by a pro hero to keep a very dangerous parcel safe... but as I was walking along I accidentally dropped it somewhere. And believe me when I saw it is important I get it back" he explained.

"Oh dear, would you like some help?" Izuku asked, "I honestly would prefer it if I did it alone. Wouldn't want you getting hurt" he said, "well if you say so, I'll keep my eyes peeled at least" The boy replied, then hopped down to the ground and walked through the alley ways. 'That's a nice kid, maybe he could be... no, not now. Even if I'm losing time, I need to focus on finding that villain. I can pick up my search for a successor later' the man said before somehow increasing in muscle mass. Then hopped to another roof.

After making a turn Izuku heard something echo, by the sound of it it seemed to be liquid in nature. And it wasn't any sort of normal liquid, this stuff seemed like it was moving around on its own. He decided to follow the sound using Wild Mutt's hearing, as the noise started to get louder Izu ran faster. He also heard footsteps in the same direction, then a loud burst of liquid as well as a menacing laugh. Followed by a an angry shout as well as a girl screaming, becoming worried he booked it faster using XLR8's legs.

Once he got to the source Izuku was both shocked and horrified, the thing making the noise was a large villain, composed of a disgusting green sludge like substance with two eyes and a hideous maw. In addition he seemed to have set multiple fires around him. "W-what the?!" He stammered, getting its attention "well what do we have here? Another meat suit for me to use" the sludge said. 'Meat suit? What does he mean by-OH CRUD?!' The villain then formed a tendril and tried to lash at Izuku, in response the Tennyson jumped out of the way before sticking to the wall using Bullfrag's arms and legs.

"Hey!" He jumped again "hands off slime ball" he said spitting fire at it, "oi I wouldn't do that" he said before forming a hand out of his sludge. Then touched several trash cans with it making them weightless. This confused the green haired kid before realizing what was coming, and quickly he dodged incoming garbage, "woah man, not exactly strong but this quirk handles pretty good" the living mass of god knows what said. Then blasted explosions at him "this one on the other hand is way better"

Dodging between the tendrils and random flying objects Izuku's confrontation with the villain had attracted the attention of several civilians. As well as some pro heroes,  'oh good some pros are here, still how is he doing that? His quirk is obviously his sludge body, so how's he levitating everything?' Izuku thought.

Then, was forced to dodge a tendril before blasting water at him using Water Hazard's hand. Which revealed something that shocked him more, the reason behind why the sludge seemed to have two powers, and why he called Izuku a Meat Suit. When his water blasted him... it revealed a face, the face of a terrified girl. He captured someone and was trying to take over their body, which also meant using their quirk. And with both that also meant he had two people inside him.

"P-please, Help Me?!" She yelled as the slime began to cover her up. "Oh no!" Izuku said before phasing out of the way of a tendril, "he has a hostage, dang it why aren't the pros doing anything?" Izuku said looking to the pro heroes. Who were unfortunately floating also due to the quirk the girls had or were held back by the raging fire from the other person's quirk, "ha ha, look at those pros helpless against my power" the villain laughed.

"Dang it, none of us have the right quirk to beat him" one pro said, while Mt. Lady, who had just arrived groaned as she was stuck in a one lane street. "Can't move, I'm stuck" "I can't reach" Kamui grunted trying to stretch his wood down. Which also got burned from the fire.

Realizing that the pros both weren't doing anything because of their limited abilities and couldn't do anything due to the fire. Izuku decided to do what his father always taught him, first he dodged again, then began jumping around the building walls around them. Using Echo Echo's head to blast the slime off the girl, revealing her to have short brown hair in a Bob style, with brown eyes and a perpetual blush, as well as a head of spiky blonde hair that looked oddly familiar"don't worry! I'll get you out!" He said before leaping into the air. Then turned his arm into Diamond Head's and aimed for the sludge's face. Before the villain could react he found a shard of crystal embedded into his eye courtesy of Izu.

Then after he landed, the shapeshifter had sped on a direct course for the girl with XLR8's legs before ramming into the sludge. Then popped out the other side holding her in his arms, while the other individual was thrown out the back and was revealed to be a boy. "It's okay I got you now" he assured before jumping around. The girl feeling relieved of being out of the villain's grasp, then blushes getting a better look at the boy who saved him.

"My hostages! No matter, I'll still beat anyone if you heroes" the sludge said smugly preparing to take another meat bag. Before he could, Izuku then placed her at the edge of the alley before flying back to the sludge, "okay slime ball, you may think you've won because of the danger you pose" he said before turning his arms into Atomix's. "But as a great man once said, a hero is always willing to go in and risk their lives to protect others. Without any regard for the danger they may face, so I'll show you the what it really to be a hero" he said before his fists glowed brightly with atomic energy.

A smile on his face Izuku appeared directly underneath the slime and pulled both of his arms back. "Some my go beyond, But I Go Infinitely!" The boy then brought both his arms together to the slime in a clapping motion "PLUS ULTIMATE!!" Once his hands met a large explosion of energy blasted the slime to complete oblivion. Sending a powerful wave of force into the sky, not only creating massive amounts of wind but also generating a massive updraft.

Causing it to change from a sunny to rain, "woah, that kid is strong" "did you see that?! His blast caused the weather to change!" "Man that guy's gonna be a cool pro!" We're some of the responses from the watchers. However before the pros could come over to question both the hostages and Izuku, the boy had taken out a set of keys with a key fob and pressed a button. "Sorry, would love to stay and chat but I got a ride to catch" he said, just as Izuku said that a loud engine sound was heard and a high tech cruiser flew in. With Izuku reaching up with a Flourana tendril to catch it as it flew away, with him climbing into the cockpit and piloted away. Activating the cloaking function while he was at it, "that sure was close. Luckily no one managed to get a good look at my face" he said. Then saw a screen on his dashboard flash, wincing he decided to face the music and answered, revealing his parents.

"Hi mom, hi dad... I'm guessing you saw the news" he said, "Izuku are you okay?!" Was Inko's first response, "really son are you okay? You're not hurt are you?" Ben asked him equally concerned. "Yes I am, but I'm also aware that what I did was dangerous. I know you two are very mad at me. I shouldn't have tried to get involved, but there were two people in trouble and as you raised me dad. I couldn't just stand there and do nothing when I know I had the power to help them" Izuku said.

"While yes I am a bit angry because you almost hurt yourself Izuku, (sigh) I do know that is how a raised you. Because of that, I'm very proud, today you did prove what it meant to be a hero. Despite the consequences of what could've happened Izuku, you were willing to go in and help those two kids the sludge villain caught. Granted one of them was Katsuki, but I'm still glad you helped them" Ben said, "I was wondering why his hair looked familiar" Izu muttered.

"And besides, I'm not that mad, sure they may have caught it on the news, but you were moving too fast for the cameras to catch you. So you won't be in that much trouble when you meet us at the ship" Ben added, "right, I'll meet you in a bit. Send over your location and I'll be there" their son said as he changed course. However Izuku wasn't aware of two people tailing him from the ground. With one of them having a look of astonishment and realization, 'it was him, I was right the first time. He's the one, the next holder' they thought.

After meeting back up with his parents Ben and Inko hugged the life out of Izuku, despite the worry he caused them. Both of them were glad their son was unharmed, "ooh don't you ever scare us like that again" Inko said, "okay okay, I won't mom" Izuku said hugging them back. "Good to hear, now we can dole out your punishment later, for now let's meet back up with Mitsuki for dinner" Ben said as Inko headed for the controls. Then saw the man Izuku was talking with bellow them, and he was looking at the ship, "huh, that's odd" Inko said.

Izuku then went over and saw "hey that's the man I met today" he said, then explained how the person was tasked by a pro hero to transport something for them. Inko then beamed him up into the ship, as he appeared he felt very dizzy "woah boy... that was weird" he said holding his stomach. "Eh, you get used to it"  the family said, "so why were you so interested in our ship?" Inko asked, "wouldn't anyone be if they saw a random space ship floating in the air?" The blonde man asked.

Realizing that space ships weren't exactly normal on this version of earth they understood "point taken" they all said. "However, I wanted to talk with your son there" he said gesturing to Izuku, "young man, I saw you had been fighting the sludge villain. Even after the pros arrived, you never tried to run, why is that?" He asked him. Izuku rubbed the back of his head, "well, for one thing. The sludge had two hostages with him, even though the pros could've handled it. None of them were either able to due to the circumstances or willing to because they weren't equipped to deal with it. It didn't sit right with me, and even though I'm not supposed to use my quirk, I couldn't just stand there knowing two people could've perished when I had the power to help" Izuku said.

"And even despite the danger, you rushed in" the man said, "no matter what the consequence, my father always told me that a hero will always do the right thing. And my other idol All Might does the same, in spite how dangerous any of his enemies are, he always rushes in with a smile on his face. To show the world that he is here, a symbol of justice dedicated to protect everyone" Izuku explained further. That made the man smile, "that's right, and you are correct young man. In the stories of all heroes, one thing is common in all of them" his body then started releasing steam, and he began to grow larger.

Causing the family to be concerned, well aside from Ben who was smiling seeing a familiar face. "For all true heroic people, they always rushed in, willing to risk their lives to protect the innocent and fight for all good and justice" he said as his voice got deeper. "And because of the bravery and willingness of sacrifice you displayed today young Tennyson" he said as Izuku and Inko began to recognize the man's face.

"I want to say this! You can be" with his transformation complete he stood tall and mighty with a big smile on his face "A HERO!"

"A-A-ALL MIGHT?!"

Standing before them was indeed the No. 1 hero in the world, the symbol of peace and justice, All Might!

"That's right, due to a nasty battle I had ten years ago I can only stay in my All Might form for a maximum of two hours at most. And due to my crippled state I was unable to keep a closer lid on that villain from earlier" he explained. "Wait, so that villain..." "was the thing I told you I was transporting, I'm sorry for the trouble I have undoubtedly caused. So I thank you for your help... PFFT!!!"

And just like that he deflated back into his skinny form from earlier while spitting blood out of his mouth. "ALL MIGHT!" Izuku yelled surprised, "don't worry this is normal" All might assured wiping his mouth, "Not on the floor I just had the baby cleaned!" Inko screamed as she was rather attentive to her personal jet's condition. "I keep telling you Toshi, you're welcome to come to my universe where our special extraterrestrial medical experts can heal you completely" Ben said.

"Toshi? Dad you know All Might?!" Izuku said shocked, "technically yes, I helped him out during his fight with toxic chainsaw" Ben answered. "Why didn't you tell me before?!" Izuku asked, "well that was around the same time you were told you getting bullied, and I was pretty angry and it slipped my mind. Sorry" Ben apologized.

"Yes, also my civilian name is Toshinori Yagi. Still, i do have another reason for wanting to speak to you young Tennyson" he said catching Izuku's attention, "like I was saying, because of the heroism you have shown today young Tennyson you are indeed worthy of the title of a hero. However I want to ask if you'd like to be my successor" he asked surprising them, "s-successor?" Izuku repeated, "to take my place as the No. 1 hero, and become the symbol of peace and hope to take my mantle" he asked.

Astonished, Izuku didn't know what to say, all might saw him as the next possible hero to inherit the title as the symbol of peace. And he wanted him to be his successor, unable to hold in his excitement he spoke giving a similar smile to All Might "yes All Might!" He said "then I deem you worthy to inherit my quirk!" All Might added...

"Wait... what?"
