When Izuku was four, he discovered he has a quirk. It wasn't an emitter, transformation or mutant like the other kids at his age or the adults around him. His was a mental quirk yet it is the weird, weak, annoying at the same extraordinary and helpful.

It all started when izuku woke up at eight in the morning and finds his mom, Inko sitting on the dining room table, sadly looking up at the sky from the window.

"Why mommy's sad?" Izuku thought, giving a worried look at his mom as he was about to comfort her, he heard a soft yet sad sound of a piano playing. Izuku turning his head from where the sound of the piano is coming from for a few seconds before hearing his mom starting to sing.

Here in the silence I wait

There's nothing else I can do

It feels like my heart's gonna break

And all I can think of is you

Izuku turned his head and hearing his mom is singing as she was still looking at the sky from the window. He was confused on why is his mom singing a song that he never know? And where does the sound of the piano coming from? They don't have a piano?

And how my aching arms long to hold you

And show you how much I care

But I'm counting the hours without you

And I don't know how much I can bear

Izuku was quiet, not wanting to interrupt his mom singing as she turned her head from the window and looked down on the dining room table as she lifted a picture. Izuku doesn't know what's on that picture but he knows that his mom is looking at it makes her sad.

Cos I miss you

Inko sang as she stood up from her chair, leaving the picture frame behind on the table. As inko began twirle softly like a dance towards the living room, izuku walked to the table and looked at the picture made izuku heart broken. On that picture was his dad, him and mom being together and happy.

But right now, his dad is in working abroad, trying his best to provide them money so that they could a house to live, food and water to drink. Izuku understands why his mommy is sad. She missed daddy so much. She's not the only. He looked at his mom looking at pictures frames where his husband is on it.

You found a place in my heart

Izuku watches Inko sang her heart out about missing his daddy and wishing he was here with them. Him hearing the unknown piano gave it a good melody with his mom's song. Inko puts her hands on one the picture frames then looked at other the pictures she and hisashi were young adults dating to spending time with their three years old Izuku in the park.

If I only knew where you are

Cos it feels like I'm dying without you

My whole world falling apart

Izuku saw his mommy kissed her fingers then put it on the picture before walking back to the dining room. Izuku unknowingly walked back to he originally stood on the spot where the unknown piano played.

Inko was walking back to the dining room table, she swayed her hips lightly like a little dance, putting her soft fisted hand against her chest where her heart is before sitting back on the dining room chair again. Then Izuku saw his mom looked back at the sky again and hearing the piano fading away.

Inko looked away from the sky and see her son. "Oh baby good morning...hey sweety what's wrong" She worriedly asked, already noticing her son giving her a mix of worried and sad look before getting up from the chair and walking to him.

"I miss daddy, I wish he was here with us" Izuku said as tears started to stream down and started sniffing. Inko sighs sadly, kneeled on the ground at Izuku's level to looked at him.

Inko puts her hand on izuku's and softly stroke the tears away with her thumb. "Me too baby me too, I wish he was here with us too to spend time with us but he is in another place to work so he could suppor us at any cost"
"I know, you were were singing and dancing about it about missing him." Izuku told.

Inko titled her head slightly "You saw Me singing and dancing? Honey I didn't do those things. What are you talking about?" she asked softly to her son. Izuku explained to his mommy about her singing and dancing in the dining room and living room.

Izuku even said that he looked at photo of hisashi while she was singing. Including telling her that he heard a sound of a piano even though they don't have one.

When Izuku told her this, inko was weirded out at the same time amazed what her son have seen even though she didn't do those things. She felt in her heart telling her izuku might have a quirk.
