(A/N: Story will be narrated on Third Person POV)

10 years prior...

Musutafu, Japan.
July 19th, 2031.
2200 ZULU.

We see a 7-year-old Izuku fleeing and running in Musutafu from his bullies and his twin-sister.

Just then, he is stopped as he is surrounded by them and due to Shoto using a freezing quirk after Katsuki uses his explosion quirk to stop Izuku from fleeing.

Bakugo: You have no way out of this, Deku... You'll never get away from us as long as you're quirkless.

Izuku: SOMEONE HELP!!!

Todoroki: Hah, How pathetic...

Izumi: No one can hear you, Deku... Scream all you want.

Izuku: HELP!!!!!!!!

Just as he screamed like that, a girl appeared around Izuku creating a barrier around him and her.

Mirko: It's going to be fine, Izuku... Leave it to me!

Izuku nods as she looks at him.

Katsuki: Who the hell is she?

Mirko: I don't reveal my identity to bullies, how can you do this to your so-called friend? Quirkless doesn't mean useless!

She defeats them in combat easily with her quirks, knocking them down and later unfreezes Izuku's legs.

Mirko: You're okay, Izuku?

Izuku nods, almost unable to move and about to lose his consciousness.

Mirko: It's not over yet! Over here!

She takes him in her arms.

Mirko: Let me take you to a safer place!

The girl takes Izuku on her arms and gets out from there running with him.

Several minutes later, Katsuki, Shoto and Izumi wake up.

Izumi: Hold on! Where's Deku?

Katsuki: If it wasn't because of that girl... She was lucky to be overpowered.

Shoto: I cannot believe he fled with her! Whoever she is, i hope she burns in hell!

While being healed in the medical bay of a Military Base in Japan, Izuku has a nightmare related to his past before waking up.

Once awakened, he is greeted by the same girl that saved him.

Mirko: You're finally awake! You've had a nightmare, haven't you?

Izuku nods.

Izuku: They've been bullying me and abusing me since i was diagnosed quirkless, and my mother and step-father negl-.

Mirko: I know all of you, Izuku... It's okay now, you're safe here with me.

Izuku: Where are we?

Mirko: Yokota AFB, in Fussa, Tokyo.

Izuku: So, i'm on a military air base?

Mirko: Exactly... Seems like your wounds have been healed, while you were unconscious i shared some quirks with you so you can use them for good just like i do.

Izuku smiles.

Mirko: Remember, Quirkless Doesn't Mean Useless, Izuku...

She disconnects the healing machines that are connected to Izuku.

Yokota AFB.
Fussa, Tokyo, Japan.
July 21th, 2031.
0600 ZULU.

Izuku wakes up as he is now able to move, he looks at her.

Mirko: By the way, I haven't presented myself yet... My name is Rumi Usagiyama, but you can call me Mirko.

Izuku: Nice to meet you, Mirko... And thanks for before...

Mirko: No problem, Izuku... I was just doing my job... Starting today, i'll be your Virtual Assistant and Girlfriend, as well as your Superior... Is that okay for you?

He nods.

Mirko: Alright... I'll give you some self-defense experience starting today... But first of all, i'll need to planify your affiliation assigments

Izuku nods as he follows her outside.

As time passed by, Izuku first joined the National Police Agency as a Special Assault Team for 3 years before being reassigned to the Japan Ground Self-Defense Forces and later the Special Forces Group of Japan.
