"I don't remember giving my vote to- who is Midoriya Inko anyway?!" Todoroki Enji barked while sitting among the group of heroes in UA's main hall.

"Your opinion is simply irrelevant" Midnight remarked with a subtle hair flip.

"And thus, you weren't asked or informed about it" Cementoss added.

"ARE YOU INSANE?! I'M THE NO.2 HERO-"

"Not for long"

"What?" The flame hero looked at Nezu in shock, "what do you mean?"

Nezu smiled sweetly and patted a file that was lying on the table "You see, we have some very important things to discuss, Todoroki Enji"

"Actually, Nezu" Ryukyu interjected, "I'm aware that you've chosen Midoriya Inko as our representative and we left it up to you to make the choice but who exactly is she? From the vague details, I know that she's a lawyer and although I haven't heard her name before, I trust that she's capable of handling the whole body by herself…?"

Nezu sipped some tea and grinned, "Yes, of course! Midoriya Inko is a very talented lawyer. She fights against quirk discrimination and that is also the reason why she isn't famous. Her knowledge about the quirk laws and general norms is almost on par with mine. Also, she is a good person who has indirectly helped us with a lot of things. Therefore, I have nominated her from our side"

The others in the room nodded in agreement. Nezu opened the file and smirked at Endeavour. "As I have said earlier, we are going to discuss a few issues that I want to be solved as soon as possible. For this, I have invited Midoriya Inko herself to assist us"

No sooner had he said that, the woman in question entered the room. She was dressed in professional clothing with her hair tied into a neat bun. Inko took a seat beside Nezu and greeted everyone with a smile.

"Good morning, everyone. I'm Midoriya Inko. Thank you for your support and I hope we can get along well"

The heroes smiled back at her and turned to Nezu for him to continue. The Chimera flipped a few pages of the file and cleared his throat.

"We are going to have to amend the quirk laws and act against quirk discrimination. The UA entrance exam pattern must also be modified to allow every student with potential to enter into the Hero course. A number of parameters are to be considered in order to ensure that the future heroes are reliable and incorrupt. Also, a team must be deployed to check the existing institutions for quirkist behaviour. The team would be in charge of monitoring the schools for said behaviour"

"Excuse me, Nezu-san" Miruko raised her hand, "sorry to interrupt but you're planning all this even before the polls are out. I know you've had discussions with the Commission and they seemed pretty pissed off, although that's another story, but how are you certain that it's Midoriya-san who's going to win?"

"Ah, thank you for asking Usagiyama-san. To be honest, I am slightly uncertain about the outcome of the poll but based on the fact that the public is still bitter and untrusting towards the existing Commission, I'm almost certain that we are going to win. All Might, Hawks and myself have vouched for Midoriya-san. Therefore, I think that our victory is assured. I am planning these changes before the outcome so that when Midoriya-san is given the position, we might be able to assure the masses about their trust in us and that we are going to change things for good"

Miruko raised her brows in amusement but nodded nevertheless.

Inko cleared her throat and pulled out another file, "As a lawyer, I've been trying to fight against quirk discrimination but it's been a lonely battle all along. But this has given me a fair idea of the state of things. I've taken up several cases but only a very few were successful because even under the eyes of Law, the ones with powerful quirks are important. We need to change that. My son, who, as you know, is quirkless, has faced a lot of discrimination in his school but the court always disregarded my pleas and lawsuits against the school because it had a reputation. This is the case everywhere in the world and it's sickening how the people with so called weak or Villainous quirks are not even considered human. Every year the suicide rates of the bullied kids are increasing and it's sad how every authority has turned a blind eye to this issue. Whatever the ability, a quirk is a quirk and must not be discriminated against and whether or not someone has a quirk doesn't change the fact that everyone is human. My goal is to create a society where everyone is treated equally. I want everyone to have equal opportunities irrespective of the nature of their quirks"

"That's… that's amazing," Uwabami remarked with a smile. The others nodded in agreement.

The meeting with the heroes went on for an hour after which they were dismissed except Endeavour, who was asked to stay back.

"What do you want?" the flame hissed, "I've got more important things to do"

Inko merely smiled, "If I were you, I'd watch my tone"

"Oh? Why should I be afraid of you?"

"Well if the fact that I know the entire history of your acts of child abuse and domestic violence serves as a reason, then you should probably stop being anymore of a jerk"

Nezu cackled around his tea cup while Endeavour went pale at the mention.

"What… What do you mean?!"

"Hmm?" Inko raised a brow, "Oh nothing serious! Just the fact that you've been abusing your children, especially your youngest all this time, caused the deterioration of your wife's mental health, hid millions of collateral damage from the public eye, disregarded the norms on various occasions, all for making your 'perfect weapon' the No.1 hero just to surpass All Might which your trashy ass couldn't and that it might incur a heavy sentence, penalty and would strip you off your hero license. See? Nothing serious"

Well, Endeavour wasn't sure what was more terrifying; the fact that the seemingly innocent woman knew enough to throw his life into a volcano or her sickeningly sweet smile. The flame hero knew for a fact that she has concrete evidence for everything from the way Nezu was smirking at him.

"Have anything to say for yourself, Todoroki Enji?" The greenette asked slyly.

For once, Enji chose to be a wise man and kept his mouth shut.

"Very well then, you have two options" Inko began, "1. Admit your faults in front of the live TV, get your license taken and serve your time in prison or…. 2. Give up the custody of Todoroki Shouto to someone he wants, because he's the only minor out of all your kids, get your wife out of the mental institute, give up 50% of your wealth for public welfare, take up minor missions with no pay and do community service for 10 years. You also need to attend therapy twice a month and give up on your stupid obsession. You get to keep your position and hero license if you choose the second option. The choice is yours"

"The only reason we're providing the second option in the first place is because the public is already in a state of distrust and chaos. The incident with the commission has shaken them and if your crimes are out, they'll lose the little trust they have in the heroes. You are the No.2 hero and it's high time you took responsibility. Remember, if you choose the second option but fail to comply with the conditions, we will be forced to reveal your true nature to the world" Nezu explained seriously, causing the flame hero to gulp.

Endeavour waited for a few moments before sighing. "Where are the papers?"

Inko smirked and opened her briefcase to take the papers out. Endeavour read through the documents and conditions before signing them.

"Seems like we have a deal then. I hope you adhere to the conditions without fail and set things straight. Remember, you aren't in the clear yet and this is just the beginning of your hell. You brought this upon yourself and now you pay for it" Inko spat coldly. "We'll be monitoring you regularly and even one mistake could cost you everything"

Endeavour wiped the sweat off his forehead and stormed out of the room. Inko and Nezu clinked their teacups with vile smirks in celebration. Needless to say, the world was in for a huge change.

A decade later, Midoriya Inko was voted as the chairman again as per public demand due to the changes she had brought forth. Strict anti-bullying policies were implemented all over the country and a separate branch was deployed to monitor the same. UA accepted all worthy students into the Hero course after they were certified by Aizawa, Hawks and Nezu.

Endeavour was constantly under watch and had improved a lot. After seeing the change in his conduct, his pay was returned to him but he was no longer the No.2 hero. Todoroki Touya had returned to his family after serving his sentence. The others were taken in by UA where they underwent a rehabilitation program. Shigaraki and Toga went on to be heroes while the others decided to become the staff of UA. Many amazing and just heroes were created after Inko's amendments to the law. Many changes were made to the hero ranking system as well with the current No.1 hero being Suneater. All Might, upon insistence from several people, was given advanced medical treatment which improved his health significantly.

One For All was a difficult topic as the ones they found worthy rejected the quirk. But the improvement in All Might's health gave him enough time to look into the next gen heroes. After careful consideration, the young girl they had rescued from the Yakuza was chosen as the 9th wielder of OFA. 17 year old Midoriya Eri, who was adopted by the Midoriyas, whose original quirk "Rewind" paired with OFA made her the most powerful teen in existence.

Hatsume Mei had become the top business person in the world with her venture Hatsume industries. Shinsou Hitoshi was the No.2 underground hero as Aizawa hadn't retired yet. Shouto went on to become the No.3 hero and had chosen Aizawa as his legal guardian.

As for Izuku….

"Shhh!" A young boy hushed his noisy classmate, "it's time for the orientation!"

"I can't wait for him to show up!!" Another boy squealed.

"I heard that he's going to give us personal classes every week! Isn't that amazing!? He's like, the best!!" A girl chirped.

"He's my idol! I'm just like him!" Another girl squeaked in joy.

The hall fell silent as a tall green haired man dressed in a black tux walked onto the dais with a smile. He stood at the podium and cleared his throat.

"Good morning, my dear bright sparks. I'm Viridian, No.5 Pro Hero and your principal" He introduced himself with a warm smile.
