The soldier left to let the heroes in.

Nezu: You think they'll be ready by the raid?

Nezu: treat them like you do, treat them like they are the real and the worse villains, worse than the League, make sure they suffer for what they have done, make sure they don't feel any happiness.

Aizawa: so, Go more lethal on them?

Nezu: Yes and No, I want you to torture and brutally train them so much, *smirks* that they will hate/fear heroes and quit on their own.
