Izuku began to cough up blood,and cough Uravity's attention.She began to cry when she realized who had landed on the concrete like a rag doll."Izuku," was all she could say through her tears.

"Y-Y-Yeah,i-it's me," said Izuku,while on his death bed.

"Why?",sobbed Uraraka.

" Do yo-you remember my silly dream?"

"Yeah,"bawled Ochaco.
"Well,it c-c-came true," said Izuku with a bloody smile.This last sentence mad Ochaco break down even farther and she began to rest herself on his body.

"I wasn't quick enough," screamed All Might as he landed on the ground."Let me take you to a hospital,young man," demanded the number one hero.

"You can try,but i-i'll  die before we make it," answered Midoryia. All Might disregarded the truth and picked up the man. Izuku groaned in agony as his broken bones were shaken.

"Please,don't die,we have another date," sobbed Uraraka. This made Izuku smile,and gave him something to look forward to if he survived.

The two men made it to the hospital,but Izuku was nearing his death,so All Might rushed him into the building and requested help.The hospital's employees obliged,and explained that Izuku may die.

Izuku was diagnosed with six broken ribs,a shattered left leg,broken collarbone,burns,and a sprained wrist.The list of injuries were gruesome,but what caught All Might off guard the most,was that when Uraraka arrived,she told him about Izuku being Quirkless.

"Young Uraraka,you are telling me that man has no quirk," said a baffled All Might.

"None," responded Uravity,with sorrow in his voice.

"But he acted fearlessly.""He reacted instantly,when I failed him by launching that girl at me."

"It's not your fault," cried Ochaco,with tears in her eyes.

"Do you,have history with him," inquired All Might.

"He stood up for me at a bar,and we went on a date a few days ago," sobbed the girl.After a few hours a doctor stepped out and said,"He will live,but it is a miracle.He sustained horrific injuries,and is lucky to be alive."

"Thank God,"cried the two heroes.

The two visited the man after receiving the news.All Might gave the man his admiration,while Ochaco yelled at him for being reckless and making her worry.The girl stayed the night and slept by his side,because she could not stand what happened,to someone she perceived as perfect. Izuku promised the following day that when discharged they could go on that date.

A week passed before Midoryia was released and just before he left,the hospital gave him a letter.The letter was from All Might and said to meet the hero at Municipal Beach .Izuku found this very odd,but he would not decline the offer from his very first idol.

"All Might!",yelled Midoryia.

"I am here!",screamed the man.

"Midoryia do you want to be a hero?",asked the symbol of peace.

"When I was young,but I could never do that now," replied Izuku.

"why,"pondered All Might

"Quirkless,"said Izuku,while staring at the ground.

All Might was certain that he trusted this young man,so he reverted to his normal self,and was shocked when Midoryia did not freak out at his sunken eyes and skeletal frame.

"Huh,guess your not so perfect after all," quipped Izuku.

"Young Midoryia,I want you to be my successor," stated All Might.

This offer caused Izuku to laugh."So you want a quirkless guy,to become the number one hero."

"Yes,I believe you are worthy of my power,One for All," announced the man

This news shocked Izuku and initially he wanted to accept,but he knew he was not worthy."Look,I appreciate this,but I am a bad person.I was once a hero hunter,so I am the last person you should consider,"replied Izuku.

This shocked All Might and initially he was worried about his decision,but than he witnessed the remorse in Izuku's emerald eyes."So what changed in you,"asked All Might.

"Huh?""I guess that Uraraka."

"How did she change you," interrogated All Might.

"I was  given an offer to kill her,but I had only gone after corrupt heroes,and on that same day I met her,and because of my notes I knew who she was.But when we went on that date she changed me forever,she brought back the kind boy that I once was,and I felt compassion and love,All Might.So I decided that the people I worked for must be evil to want someone that amazing dead so I gave it up,the same day I tried to play hero."

"You my boy,may have made grave mistakes,but you are a true hero,so I will ask once again.Will you be my successor,I am worn Izuku,and you are worthy of my power."

"I'll do it,but just to keep her and the people of Japan safe," yelled Izuku.

This response left a huge grin on the former symbol of peace's face.
