You and most of ur guards were patrolling ur land. You are the Prince of The Sea. You were walking at the ocean line(idk) and you happen to see a merman. No you and the sea people are not very close. Anyways you and some of ur men walk forward. And see a green haired boy(Izuku) the merpeople and you have made a deal about none of the merpeople swim up to the surface.and if they do they get beat.  You've seen this boy before. You and ur men beat the shit outta the merman(Izuku) you grab his face and turn him to look at you.
