Narrators point of view

To say that izuku was terrified would be an understatement a really big understatement expected to find the bloodthirsty muscular ready to attack innocent and injured people but what he did not expect is that muscular had a hostage one that was very close to izuku , It was Kota . 1 million thoughts raced through his mind as he looked upon the struggling tear eyed child trying to get out of the villains grasp. How did they get him here he wondered but there was no time to go into discussion about it the second izuku sort of hoping he blasted muscular is arm to release the boy touching him in his arms and placing him down behind him

Muscular recovered quickly as muscles began to form all over his body once again as he swapped to his more serious glass eye: you've gotten stronger since the last time we saw each other... Good this is already getting my blood pumping!

Kota  is legs turned to jelly, it's true that over the past few years little boy has gotten a bit braver and after witnessing The deeds of his hero but he still wasn't ready for something like this he wasn't ready to face his parents killer, izuku could see that you realised that muscular was going to the same tactic as he was before he was trying to make him go all out to protect Kota and it was working but this was a completely different scenario they were in a city city that was filled with fleeing and scare people, he couldn't go all out otherwise it will cause more damage and that wouldn't be good especially with a child in the area

Iuzku turned back to kota to them walked back slowly as muscular walked menacingly towards them: Kota , Run as fast as you can to the big building in the sky there's a girl that with red hair and a V tattooed on her cheek a cheek a friend of mine run back to her and tell her what's happened do you not look back no matter what

Kota tears in his eyes not wanting to leave his hero: but... but what about-

Muscular charged forward interrupting the boys plead izuku grabbed Kota and jumped up in the air just narrowly avoiding getting crushed by the giant fist of muscular

Izuku: there's no time to argue go now!

And when they landed Kota took one final look at his hair before he ran as fast as he could to the really big building in hopes of finding the girl with red hair and a tattooed V on her cheek

Izuku what is now left alone with muscular who is still doing his cocky smile as he walked slowly towards the hero as muscles began forming outside of his skin. But now with Kota out of harms way izuku went in for an attack with 20% power, he saw an opening and kicked muscular straight in the chest but it did absolutely nothing instead izuku leg was grabbed and he was thrown into a wall

Fortunately izuku i've been thrown around a lot so he was used to feeling the pain of rubble being smashed against his bones: that's knew you weren't able to exorbitant power that easily you've been working out in prison muscular?

Muscular laughed maniacally: nah working hours for the week the good doctor is here gave me an upgrade shock absorption so now you're way too weak to even hurt me! Thanks to the doctor has now been modified to fight you even at 100% of your power this is the end for you kid!

He charged forwards as muscles began growing on his left arm there was only one thing izuku could say: oh hell

He was then punched right through the wall, Meanwhile with coater he was heading through already panic streets of built over just heading straight for the strange building that is izuku told him to go to. He didn't understand what was so important about this person that his hero mentioned but he trusted his judgement and just went straight for the building in hopes of finding this person He mentioned
As he approached the building he saw a group of people were surrounded by a bunch of guards none of them look like the person that was described but that's when three other people exited the building all three of them had bruised faces but one of them matched the description that izuku said

Caitlin's mother looked at her daughter who had a bruised face: Caitlin what did those monsters do to you!?

Caitlin rubbing some blood away: It's okay Mum I'm alright, those guys got away though we had them but only just started to turn into black goo and disappeared

The professor: under normal circumstances I would've thought that to be the biggest lie I would ever heard , However after the recent events I cannot help but believe in something like that is possible.

Jacelooking at the panicked people the invoices were doing their best to maintain order but the superpower beings that were attacking their Greek city or too strong: The cities in all the chaos we need to do something!

One of the council members: we wouldn't be in this situation if it wasn't for you!

Vi: Not that I don't disagree with you and trust me I wanna vomit just for saying that but I don't think fighting amongst ourselves is going to help right now we need to get to-

A girl from the under city was interrupted when something grabbed her leg she turned around and saw it was a scared little boy wearing a hat with horns

This tune grab everyone's attention boy wasn't letting go of vi as he was shaking it was clear that something was scared him

Vi looking down at the boy: excuse me but what are you-

Didn't get the time to ask the question when a building suddenly exploded and from the rubble emerged two figures izuku fell on his back while muscular emerged from the smoke landing on his feet chuckling which only furthered Kota fears of the man

Muscular chuckled: Face a kid you can't beat me this time just surrender and let me see you bleed!

Jinx picking up a broken piece of a pipe: come on we Gotta help him!

Before anyone to do anything izuku raised his hand to stop them: no he's too strong, I've got to do this myself I've got an idea but it's gonna get crazy you might wanna take a few steps back

The hero got to his feet still bloody improved and tired from all the writing it been doing for the past few days with barely any rest he knew this as he listed it off in his head: i'm afraid I only have a few more minutes left before I pass out I'm so tired from the fighting and running around I've been doing for the past few days... But even so I have to stop muscular

Muscular's muscles grew twice the size as they were before he was like a ball of pure muscle and bloodlust discharged directly for the green haired boy as he raised his fist

Izuku let his power flow as electricity started to appear on his entire body: because I am...

Suddenly there was a burst of electricity coming straight from the green haired hero is shocked everyone including muscular as a gust of wind emanated from him as well: The worlds symbol of peace and justice!

The hero leap forward straight into the villain to raise their fists and that they smashed into each other creating such a wind pressure that almost sent everyone flying

Muscular getting cocky: didn't you listen to me before I've got a new power it's shock absorption!

Izuku smiled: yeah so what!

The two of them then began to punch each other but each and every punch was been caught with the other ones first until finally they were both in an all-out brawl

Caitlin grabbing hold of the ground cause she wasn't able to stand on around 2 feet because of the wind pressure being created by the punches: He's gonna find that muscle guy head on!?

Vi holding onto Kota: whoa! Their-so fast!

Jinx try to get closer to them to help , But she couldn't the wind pressure was too strong: Janet! I can't get near either of them!

izuku in the middle of the all-out brawl: you said the doctor gave you shock absorption not nullification! That means that someone in your body there is a limit to how much you can take right!?

Muscular as usual cocky smile suddenly faded when he realised the boy was right he was being pushed back and that was something that now he thought was nearly impossible. So being a villain muscular went for a sneaky tactic he went straight for izuku chest destroying one of his ribs forcing him back just a bit but the determination in his his heart didn't fade away izuku Sprung straight back into action is punches were even stronger than they were before

No matter how hard it must've thought he was being pushed back and he didn't understand why until his opponent enlightened him: so you you were upgraded to fight me right if you can really now which stand 100% of my power then I'll just have to go beyond that and force you to surrender!

Punches were getting most of you now izuku was getting a clear shot in musculus head he was able to get in multiple punches one of which sent his glass eye straight out of his socket which disoriented muscular for a moment allowing izuku for his next attack

Meanwhile the other councilmembers and three girls watched it all it looks like it was just a random bra but vi could just narrowly see something something that truly surprised her: he's giving it is all even though he's injured and tired... Those are just random punches either there's a rhythm to every single punch is targeted and every single one of them is more than 100% of his power!

Izuku I found an uppercut which sent muscular flying up in the air, he quickly followed him with a jump: A real hero!

Muscular got his bearings and tried to smash izuku back into the ground but he blocked the attack: we'll always find a way for justice to be served!

He then kicked muscular off of him sending him even further into the air. But using his float ability izuku Was able to follow him in for muscular had time to react the hero grabbed his arm and slammed him straight back into the ground Earth cracked on the impact and everyone was left speechless

Izuku landed as muscular impact with the ground I sent him slightly up in the air: how muscular I know you've heard these words before but I don't think you truly know what they mean so allow me to educate you!

Izuku reached his fist back: go beyond... Plus!.... Ultra!!!!!!!

The fish made impact with the villain and it was like a miniature explosion, was sent flying it was almost as if he was a bullet to shut out of a gun. He flew up so far up into the sky but there was not a sign of him left or any indication of where he landed

Caitlin getting to her feet still in complete and total shock:
that was like the finishing move in some sort of fairytale he punched the shock absorption right out of that guy! I've never seen that kind of brute strength

Jinx equally as surprised as the enforcer and her sister: imagine having power like that he must've been punching that guy over 1000 times a minute

Vi looked at the boy and looked at the younger one in her arms who was cheering One thought went through her mind: he really is the best

Jinx thoughts: that must be how they do it back in his world

Kota ecstatic: That's him the number one hero Deku he's the most amazing person in the universe!!!
