The man of progress was thrown against the floor of jinx's old hideout, but it had gone through some drastic changes since the last time she was there on the way now giant containers hanging from the roof filled with liquid and some sort of creatures inside. I think his workshop was still there but it had gotten an upgrade in the worst possible way instead of having machines in weaponry laid on the wall there are a bunch of chemicals in and a smallnomu on the table watching a man of progress with his BDI is creeping him out a lot

The villains were all around him He was scared of them partly because some of them didn't even look human and they were all smiling at him but with different types of smiles somewhere sweet and genuine smiles but had a sense of creeping us behind them and there's worse miles of madness all in all though everything about the room creeped him out

Jace trying to stand tall but was forced back onto the ground by some villains that were much strong girl than him: what do you want from me!?

A voice that echoed from the crowd spoke up: it's quite simple young man

A hole formed in The group of villains in front of Chase on the other side of the hall was an old man sitting in a chair

The doctor adjusted his glasses: We want you to finish making the machine that drinks made, despite her talent she was unable to create the perfect machine you will make it better

Jace knowing what the villains would do if he went through with it: so you could bring an army here to invade our world know the kid was right I never should've let those two go

The doctor giggled: oh you must mean toga and twice I would let you be formally introduced to them but they're busy at the moment, and I believe your name is Jase is it not?

Jase glared at the man: what's it to you?!

The doctor (for the record I'm only calling him this because none of us actually know his real name and I mean like his real real name) got off his chair and walked forwards: it's just I believe the two of us are rather similar you see I am a lot like you I had an ideal and barely anybody listen to me at all I was trying to do was improve peoples lives

Jase: you and I are nothing alike I won't fall for such obvious lies, these people attacked my people I don't wanna even think about how many people are dead or injured so we are nothing alike

The doctor tsk: to the contrary I believe that we are what is it they say two peas in a pod. you see I came up with a theory for my people I called it a quick singularity theory it was the belief that as time went on and and more mutating of the quirk genes they became more complex more powerful, do you might seem unstoppable but the truth is we're not our minds keep up with the power level we have got our bodies do not the example of this could be seen in One of my fellow friends Dabi he can burst flames out from his hands but his body cannot withstand the money has ended up getting burned a lot. When I first presented my theory people laughed at me claiming it was unbelievable and had no proof I was black sighted from the science community and it was so bad that I became homeless but then one individual so the benefit in my work I believe isn't that something you can relate to?

The man of progress wanted to protest but he saw similarities between him and the doctor he knew what it was like to have people stomp on your dreams and all your work claiming it was impossible

The doctor continued: and I know what the certain green haired boy has probably told you about us but the truth is we're just trying to make sure I will world has the best possible chance to succeed, do you know that in our society we can do pretty much anything we wanted to but they are these rules that prevent us from doing what needs to be done. The people like the boy you've met are so hung up on something that's so outdated about what's right I'm trying to save humanity from a doomsday is because of my methods they have labelled me a villain they do not wish to admit that the coming apocalypse could be upon us until it's too late

Jace: okay look I admit what you're saying makes some form of sense, but I have to go with what I've seen so far and your people don't exactly seem very interested in helping mine so tell me why I should help you and tell me why I should believe you to begin with

The doctor shaking his head: oh dear I thought you were smarter than that boy, I thought we could have a mutual understanding of each other but I see now that I have to resort to drastic measures therefore if you don't help us...

The doctor stop talking as one of the giant tubes were slowly brought down from the ceiling revealing revealing what's inside it was Councilmember Mel inside she looked like she had been drugged she was floating around in a bunch of chemicals but she didn't appear to be drowning. Jace Eyes immediately widen that she tried to run towards is lovely but the other villains grabbed him by the arm is it forced him back

Jace yelled furiously: let her go! What are you going to do with her!?

The evil doctor smirk as  he played with his moustache: well... it's a rather complicated to explain but I suppose the simplest answer would be she is going to turn out like this

The doctor revealed creature that was standing behind him let me a side of it made jase want to vomit

The doctor: she will turn out like one of my little ones here unless you help us

Jace held in the sickness he felt in his stomach he looked at the doctor with such fury and anger but then looked at his lover who was in trouble and against his better nature the man of progress agreed to help

The doctor putting on a happy smile: excellent let's get to work straight away

As the man of progress was being forcibly dragged to where the machine was on the rooftop of the hideout where toga, twice, mr compress and Dabi

Toga: with that guy now helping us with a step closer to being reunited with our old friends

Twice: yeah this is going to be a piece of cake, I have some doubts

Mr compress: indeed soon our main actor can enter in on the centre stage it would be so good to have our King return

Dabi: let's not get ahead of ourselves and the kids going to be coming we're entering the end game now

Meanwhile back in the upper city izuku We're getting ready for the assault as what was left of the enforces were infatuating the City it didn't matter if they were Appetitor under city everyone was welcome to the evacuation.

Jinx had managed to find some scrap pieces of metal which he managed to make into some new guns and a few explosives. Caitlin now had A gun with plenty of ammo strapped to her while vi had found some giant robot hands that was supposed to be used for mining but she was going to use them as knuckledusters

Kato was told to go with the evacuation of the city with the professor, izuku didn't want him getting in the middle of the crossfire and the professor was the only other person he trusted

Jinx finishing up loading the last of her weapons: so ... I know I like to seem like I go in willy-nilly but do we actually have a plan for this or are we just going in guns blazing

Izuku: honestly I don't see any other option than going in head first even though we don't know what's waiting for us down in the under city at the very least we know where the machine is we need to get to your old hideout rescue jase and Mel and pray to whatever God is listening but they don't bring their leader back before we get there

Caitlin examined her new gun when she let out a small bit of laughter catching the attention of everyone else: Sorry sorry it's just all the things that could've turned out with this situation I never thought i'd be doing something like this

Vi understanding that and let out a small chuckle of her own: yeah no kidding one minute you're just out of prison and you want to take down the guy that ruin your life now you're somewhat trying to save the world. It is amazing how your goals can change

Jinx: no kidding right let's be honest if we didn't meet up the way we did I'd probably trying to kill Caitlin. And probably tried blowing up the council building by now

Everyone let out a laugh realising how far they come from what was originally planned, but as the laughter died down the realisation of what they had to do begin to sunk in how little of a chance they had at winning the fight.

Izuku trying to boost up morale: look guys I know we all really don't know each other that well and I know that all of us have our own differences and reasons for going back down into the under city but right now we need to put that aside right now we need to work together as one. Today we don't just fight for one family or one City or for one World we fight for two of them your world and mine are in danger if, we fail it's game over. This is the fight of our lives the fate of everyone rests in our hands

Jinx: geez no pressure or anything

Izuku chuckled a bit:  okay sorry I guess what I'm trying to say is let's do our best because in the end that's all we can do

Vi: this is gonna work izuku

Izuku: I know it is... Because I don't know what I'm going to do if it doesn't
