Lisa P.O.V

"Alright time to really start your training." Announced Freya this morning at breakfast. She then nodded over to Maddie to which Maddie stood.

She clapped her hands together, "Alright this is your schedule, listen carefully as I won't repeat this twice. Straight after breakfast you all dress into appropriate training ware where you will meet me at the entrance to the castle in which we will go on a 10km run." She then glanced up and our bewildered expressions. "Then we will circle back to the river in which you will each give me 20 laps, then we will go to the arena and you will train with us warriors. Then you will fight each other, then you as a group will fight us as the warriors." She glanced up again and Kade's food dropped from his mouth. "Then you will spend an hour practicing your powers, go for a another run, but this one will atleast be 5k's, then you will give me 10 laps in the river. Then chill time. And dinner and repeat the next day and so forth and on."

She then looked around at all our bewildered expressions. "Any questions?"

Kate raised her middle finger. "Yeah I have a question...what in the actual fuck! We been training since we found out about this?? We had one ball and that's it and now you give us this training that seems to be our murder plan???"

Maddie was already agitated with Kate for some reason. "Look...if you guys don't want to die when you actually verse the guy who ended your last family line then I suggest you listen to me princess."

Kate scrunched her face up and pointed a finger at Maddie. "Don't call me princess you wa-bi-gah!" She then folded her arms and looked anyway but Maddie.

Maddie smirked. "Any other questions?"

Kade coughed then raised his hand. "Yes, I have noticed you haven't mentioned a lunch schedule?"

We all stifled our laughs.

Maddie looked slightly confused. "Yeah uhhm you guys can snack while we do the one on one training where you have to watch each other fight or fight us etc."

Kade nodded. "Excellent." He then leaned back in his chair.

Nick then raised his hands. "Where are the secret escape routes in the castle."

Maddie rolled her eyes. "Related to the exercise."

Jack smirked, "so there are secret passageways."

Maddie turned to leave "Moving on..."

"Oh come on I for one would like to know where the secret passageways are and lead to and the stories behind them." Said Cassie her voice full of excitement.

We all were excited for this and agreed with Cassie.

Freya slapped her palms on the table. "Enough!" She then looked each of us in the eyes. "Despite us knowing most of what you ask...it is not in our right to teach you such things we are your trainers..." she the sighed. "And it's nothing to ask about like children you obviously will obtain this information when you do your intellect side of your training with not us."

"How exactly are we supposed to fit in our intellect training if you have left no room for that?" I asked genially curious.

"We would've liked this to be a surpise but I guess not." Freya once again sighed. "You will Train with us Monday's, Tuesdays and Wednesdays."

Cassie nodded. "And the Thursday and Friday are all intellect."

Maddie nodded. "And occasional Saturdays, but that's only when you have started an important topic and need to get through it as quick as possible...there are two castles full of Books to study as well as Many secret pathways to discover, your intellect training will be no walk in the park either, you will also learn about your powers and their origins everything you need."

"Wouldn't it be wiser to Train with you guys one day, the next with intellect and back to you guys and so forth, that way it will feel as though the next training endeavour is a break from the one before." Jack asked.

God his so hot when his smart. What is wrong me? My mind is being plagued by a guy.

An extremely hot guy.

I glared at Jack, he clearly peaked into my mind while I was yelling at myself for thinking of him. He just winked back at me.

Fuck off asshole.

Freya nodded. "Yes that is how we used to do things, but that was back when your families had lived here and trained since they were six. Hence their intellect training only started when they were 10, so they were well rounded enough to do that. But since we had to send their kids to a different plan for the sake of the kingdom none of those generations have the much needed training sure we made sure they were aware and had basic fighting skills, but it wasn't enough especially for that type of luxury training."

Kate then narrowed her eyes. "So our I am not sure how many great grandparents had a chilled training life?"

Maddie then smiled. "They even had days or weeks off at times."

Nick smacked his face. "Shut up!"

Kade then pouted his lips. "I like literally can't with that news."

We all started laughing.

Freya shook her head. "Okay well finish your meals then meet us at the entrance once you ready." Freya and Maddie both left the room.

God...Jack so so hot.

I punched him.

"Ow, babe that hurts." He then pouted at me.

I gave him a fake concerned look. "Want me to kiss and make it better?"

He nodded, then patted his muscular shoulder. "Right there."

I rolled my eyes and as I leaned forward with my lips, I punched him again.

He gave me a look full of shock. "You wound me." He then patted where his heart would lie. "Right here."

Kade then yelled out. "I have a question!?!"

I nodded at him. "Shoot."

"When the hell did this happen???" He said pointing between Jack and I.

It was only then I remembered we haven't told the group of our idea of dating.

I started blushing, "uhhm well he-I- you-"

Jack then pulled me against him. "Its a story like no other..." he started dramatically.

"If I had known we were going to hear a love tale I would've brought a box of tissues." Said Nick wiping a fake tear.

"I would've brought snacks." Said Kade, to which Cassie fist pumped him and said, "Damn straight."

Kate then rolled her eyes. "Well go on then."

"So it started with a drunk Lisa."
"A confessing Jack." I said adding to the story to which he smiled.

"A confessing Lisa." He said as he nudged my shoulder.

I then sighed. "Then a forgetting Lisa."
He nodded. "Then a Lisa who decided to tell a Jack she actually remembered a bit of last night."

I then narrowed my eyes at him. "To which he ignored me."

He then faced me. "To which she ran and hid from me."

I took a step forward. "To which I eventually got him to admit to us saying I love you to each other in our drunken state."

The group gasped.

"To which I told her of drunk her asking to kiss her and me refusing because it wouldn't be right."

"This all happened while Lisa was gone for all those hours and you went looking for her?" The group yelled at Nick to shush.

I answered him anyway. "Yes."

Jack continued. "To which a very sober Lisa told me to kiss her."

I smiled. "To which a very sober Jack obliged."

Then we both said in unison. "And the rest is history."

Kate and Cassie squealed. To which Kade and Nick looked to each other joining in on the squealing.

Maddie then climbed out of the largest painting in the room. "That's a cute story but go on get ready." She then retreated back into the painting, while whispering. "Don't follow me." To which she closed it.

We all looked to each other with wide eyes.

"Theres been a hidden passage in here this whole time!?" Nick yelled.

Kade then shook his head. "I thought we checked everything in this room already."

"Yeah I remember I checked that exact painting." Said Jack pointing to the painting.

"You must of missed it somehow." Said Cassie.

Jack glared at her. To which Cassie raised her hands in a surrender.

To which I stifled a laugh to have Jack glare at me. "Calm down Mr. Fire."

Kate rolled her eyes. "Well let's check the damn painting!"

Nick walked up to it and opened it to only be revealed with wall. "What in the-" closing the picture.

Jack then pointed to it. "That's what I saw last time."

Cassie then nodded. "It probably needs an access code or-"

Freya then popped out of the big flower pot. "I believe we told you to get ready." She then went back down.

I threw my hands up. "The flower pot is a secret passage?!"

To see Kate looking down in it. "Its like filled with water and a real plant, I-"

Kade then shook his head. "Let's just go get ready."

"My grandmother can sprint faster then you!" Freya yelled as her and Maddie were making a speed that would place both the flash and Vampires to shame.

All of us were breathing heavily, no one spoke besides those two.

"Come on where's the conversation? You guys were so talkative this morning." Said Maddie as she turned to face us.

Kate glared at Maddie. "Huff-Fuck-huff-you-huff."

Maddie winked at Kate. "Maybe later."

To which Kate's already reddened face turned redder.

Nick then said, "huff-good-huff-one." Pointing at Maddie.

Freya clapped her hands excitedly. "We almost done then time for a dive."

By the time we got in the water we were all relieved.

Maddie then smiled. "Take a five minute breather in the water."

Not even a minute later Freya clapped her hands. "Let's go."

"What are they Bad trainer, good trainer?" Said Kade.

"Are you calling me a bad trainer?" They both said in unison.

Jack shook his head. "No it's a tactic. Bad cop, good cop. It's a method people use to get information or in this case train."

I nodded. "It's really effective."

Maddie shook her head. "Well we not doing that."

Cassie narrowed her eyes. "Spoken like a true good cop."

"Enough chit chat let's go." Said Freya.

To which all of us responded with a, "spoken like a true bad cop."

We all cracked up.

Freya added 5 laps in the water.
