Hello guys!

Now that ideas are flowing through me like a broken dam.

Writer's Block seems impossible.

But procrastinating is, and also horrible wi-fi problems. I'm not making an idiot excuse for an idiot excuses come from fools and I'm not a fool!

(My sister in the background: yOU ARE AN IDIOT)

But now, I'll present to ya today's chapter!

.: Mono's P.o.V. :.

Author: Second Mono's P.o.V. in like... EVER.

Mono explained to Six and Seven what he and Twenty-Three heard from Rodger, the Hunter and the Nanny.

"You missed out that detail just a while ago," Seven pointed out and Mono sighed, "Yeah, I know. But like I said, this shadow-y black guy is what controls the Lady and the Broadcaster."

"Which the Hunter said," Twenty-Three said.

"Yeah, and this shadow guy must've heard from someone the same prophecy Twenty-Three just cited," Mono explained.

"So, stopping him can make us go back to the real world?" Six summerized and Mono nodded, "Excatly. But the only person here with good rest is Twenty-Three and I'm planning to have some of that before I become low bat while we are outside," Mono said while yawning.

Twenty-Three smiled, "Yeah, I think you all should take a rest. Now that I'm awake I can take first watch."

Six turned to Twenty-Three, "Are you sure?"

Twenty-Three nodded, "I am very sure. Now get some rest," she said as she bit a big chunk on her apple. Mono smiled even if she'll never see it, "Sure, 'night to you," he said while putting himself in a better comfortable position and taking a rest.

==================

Mono woke up hearing the fire cackling, he opened his eyes and fixed his paperbag to see well. Twenty-Three was poking the fire with a metal stick (where did she got that?) while Six and Seven slept side by side.

"Mornin'," Twenty-Three said as she looked at him, "Rested easy?"

"Yeah, but a dreamless sleep," Mono sighed and Twenty-Three hummed while looking over Six and Seven, Six's head was on Seven's shoulder while Seven rested his head ontop Six's head.

Twenty-Three made a little scoff/laugh, "They really have to stand out they're a couple huh?"

Mono smirked, "Well, they are cute together."

"Don't tell me you gave Seven a protective brother warning," Twenty-Three asked while pointing the metal stick to him and Mono raised his hands up, "Can't be helped."

Twenty-Three laughed, silently of course, "Suuuure," she said sarcastically.

"How long was I out?" Mono asked and Twenty-Three shrugged, "For five hours or so," she said, "Wanna eat again?" She asked while pushing a bag of food.

Mono rose an eyebrow, "You went around?" He asked and Twenty-Three sighed as she went back poking the fire, "I was just looking around, nothing much but a single doll and leeches."

Mono sighed, "That's great then," he said while grabbing the bag and picking out a peice of bread and a banana. He took off his paperbag and peeled the banana, taking a bite from it.

"The dream you had," Mono said while Twenty-Three looked up, "What about it?"

"The kid you met. She wasn't just some kid who looked like you isn't she?" Mono asked and Twenty-Three's face instantly lost it's twinkle, she looked down and shook her head.

"Well, I remember telling you about my nightmare world, and how I got a curse," Twenty-Three said as she looked at Mono with fear in her eyes, "I think I just met her."

Mono's jaw dropped, "You met... Your curse?"

Twenty-Three nodded slowly, "She looked excatly like me. But in a doll's body. She calls herself Doll Twenty-Three and I think... I think she loves inflicting pain from others," Twenty-Three shivered, "She told me she has a favor for me. I'm sure I owe her something, but she never told me."

"I'm scared, Mono," Twenty-Three whimpered, "Fighting off the dolls were fine and good, but after seeing that... I don't know anymore... What if she-"

"Don't say it," Mono warned, "You'll tempt her."

Twenty-Three nodded, "Okay," she mumbled, then she turned to look at the sleeping couple once again, "Do you think I have to tell these two too?"

"The sooner, the better," Mono said as he bit another peice of his banana, "But that's what I'm tell you. It's your call in the end."

Twenty-Three nodded, then she smiled, "Thanks Mono, you're a good friend."

A pang came to Mono's heart, although he didn't know why. He pushed the pain away and smiled at Twenty-Three, "Hey, I'm your best friend," Mono reminded and Twenty-Three laughed, the twinkle on her face slowly coming back, "Yeah, my best friend."

They heard the other two finally stirring, and Twenty-Three turned to them, "Good morning lovebirds!" She teased and Six blushed while a slight rumble came through her throat as she wiped her eyes, "D-don't call us t-that..."

Twenty-Three tilted her head, "And why not? Even while sleeping you two showed public display of affection."

Mono laughed, "You guys are too sweet, ants are gonna infest you two."

Six blushed a deeper red and Seven huffed, "Let them be," he said while stretching and turning to the two, "You just like teasing us two huh?"

Twenty-Three and Mono nodded, "Absolutely."

Six sighed while pulling her hood closer to her face, "I've been to too much teasing, will it ever end?" She mumbled jokingly.

The three children shook their heads, "Absolutely not."

Six looked up at Seven and hit him by the shoulder, playfully, "You're being a victim of teasing here, why did you answer back?"

Seven smirked while poking Six's nose, "Because~ even if they tease us two I'll forever tease you~"

Twenty-Three awwed, "Do I need to give you two a moment or something?"

Mono nodded, "Yeah, it's like as if we're invading a very cute moment here. We don't wanna be third, fourth wheels after all."

Six rolled her eyes while pushing Seven's finger away, "Haha, funny," she said and looked down on the bag then she looked at Twenty-Three, "You got more food while we were sleeping?"

"You expect me to sit down here and wait for you all to wake up? Nu-uh, so I walked around and saw this," Twenty-Three said while raising the metal pole, "And those," pointing to the bag.

Seven rubbed the back of his head, "How long were we out?"

"Five hours or so," Twenty-Three said.

Six nodded, "Well I'm fully rested, let's eat and walk to that big shadowy guy's place. Where is it anyway?"

Mono shrugged, "We don't really know, but Twenty-Three believes he's in the Principal's Office."

"Oh goody, the Principal's Office, the room a child will not dare to go," Seven mumbled while biting the cheese from the food bag.

Twenty-Three nodded, "Exactly, so we'll have to go," she said and looked at the stairs that was just close to their corner they are hiding at, "Up."

==================

.: Six's P.o.V. :.

Finally after they finished eating and Twenty-Three doused the fire as Mono fixed his paperbag. Seven looked down on the bag with some food, "Should we bring that with us?"

Twenty-Three shrugged, "If you want to."

Seven looked at Six and that gave them a quiet conversation. Given that Six could get a hunger strike, it would be nice to have some food.

Seven smiled, "Welp, I'll bring it," he said and picked it up, he saw inside, there was food that can fit the pocket of his jacket, so he inserted the food in the pockets.

Twenty-Three nodded once seeing the others fix up, "Okay then, I guess we go," she said and walked on, the three following behind her.

They climbed up the stairs and Six looked around to see closed classroom doors and lockers.

In those doors... A different nightmare universe...

Six shook from that idea. It was so impossible and terrifying that each door contained a different nightmare universe and it's like the school is the station. And given that a big shadowy dude controlled that all, he must be stronger than the Lady and the Broadcaster.

Which is so not good.

Twenty-Three huffed while blowing a strand of her hair out of her face, "This school seems to be bigger than I expected," she mumbled while looking around.

Six raised an eyebrow when she saw a door of a classroom open slightly, "Hey guys," Six called them and they looked at her.

"What is it Six?" Mono asked and Six nodded to the door, "Let's go there."

Twenty-Three turned to the door and to Six, "Mm...... Sure, why not?" She shugged while going near the door, Six following behind her.

They saw a little Nome peek out the door. It was like any other Nome, but it had a cute pink bow on the top of it's hat.

"Aw, that's cute," Seven smiled and the Nome ran to him, hugging his leg and Seven stumbled a bit yet he regained his composture, "I still have that Nome-friendly factor huh?"

The Nome looked up to Seven and Seven picked it up, "You're too girly for a guy. So I'm guessing you're a girl," Seven said and Mono faceplamed, "Oh god..."

"I'm calling her.... Nanette!" Seven smiled and the Nome nodded, pleased with the name.

Six cleared her throat, "Shall we go in?" She asked and Seven chukled while putting down the Nome, "Yeah, let's go in."

"Good riddance," Mono mumbled and Twenty-Three giggled. Six smiled as she opened the door wide, like old times.

They went in and they heard steam going out holes. Cranking and creaking of machines, and pulley systems heading somewhere. It had metal tables around the room and it glowered reddish purple and steamed a bit.

Six looked around the room with a sensation stinging through her gut, This place seems familiar...

Fast scuttling metal noise was heard, Six turned to Seven and Mono, "Can you guys give me a boost?"

Mono and Seven nodded. The Nome - excuse me, Nanette - and Twenty-Three watched them hoist Six up. Six looked around and her eyes widened and her mouth dropped low.

On another table was a wheelchaired spider like old man with long hands that created... Dolls, small children dolls.

The Craftsman.

Six gulped, We're in the Nest.

"What is it?" Seven whispered and Six looked down, "There's an old wheelchaired spider man who crafts dolls just near to us," she whispered as the two boys let her down.

Twenty-Three shivered, "Oh dear, don't tell me that's all the dolls here."

Six sighed, "Nope, there's waaay more dolls."

Twenty-Three gulped, "Wonderful. Let's see what we'll find here and get out," she said and they walked pass the metal tables like a maze.

Finally they made it the the hall that lead straight to the door, the Craftsman continued to craft a-plenty more dolls.

They tip toed to the door and Twenty-Three went to reach the handle, but the Craftsman stopped crafting, one of those spider legs with a drill whirring to a stop.

"It feels wierd," The Craftman rumbled, before turning to look around. The four split up to the different tables as the Craftsman searched the place.

Six held her breath, they're gonna get caught and they're gonna die. She closed her eyes hoping the Craftsman won't see him until the door had a knock.

Six opened her eyes and peeked out to see the Craftsman walk to the door. He opened the door and Six saw the levitating Butler who had telekensis.

"What is it Butler? I have deadlines to finish, packages to make, shipments to give," The Craftsman rumbled and the Butler cleared his throat.

"I was just wondering if you would want some dinner," the Butler asked and the Craftsman perked up, "Oh goody, bring it to me like always," the Craftsman rasped.

The Butler nodded, "Very well," he said and floated away. The four looked at each other and nodded. The Craftsman turned and closed the door behind his back, letting the four - and the Nome - give them a chance to sneak out that room.

Twenty-Three sighed in relief, "Whoo," she said, "That was intense. Where should we go now?"

Six looked around and heard someone throwing stuff in the room at the end of the hallway. She turned to the group, "I think that way," she said while pointing to the door.

Mono nodded, "Very well, you're the boss."
