Chapter Three

Hello again! Ash writing.
------

Frank looked at his phone. He sat his hot cocoa down and took his skeleton gloves off so he could type. He picked the phone up. "Hey, Gerard." He typed and laid down.

He looked up at the ceiling. It was white. Not the bright white as the snow outside was. The sort of dirty and dusty kind of white. He never really understood why he took such interest in the smallest things. He continued to stare at the ceiling until he saw some small, black thing crawling from the corner of his eye. He turned his head and saw a spider on his nightstand. He immediately grabbed his phone, sat still for a couple seconds, then ran.

Fuck spiders.

He ran downstairs. "Mom! Can you get the spider in my room?" He sounded like a scared five year old. His mother laughed, but got up. She grabbed a shoe and went into Frank's room. Frank poked his head in the room just as his mother killed the spider.  "You're such a big baby, Frankie." She giggled. "Mom! I am not!" He whined. He paused and sighed, realizing that he was.

He just rolled his eyes and went into his room. He looked at his phone to see that Gerard had messaged him. "What're you doing?" He shrugged. Might as well tell him.

"There was a spider in my room and I got scared.." He sighed and shook his head. He's so childish, but he can't help it. He laid back down and turned the TV on. He took a sip of his hot cocoa as he watched the show. His phone buzzed and he already knew it was Gerard.

"You're still scared of spiders?"

He nervously laughed and replied, "Yeah, I always have been and mostly always will be."

"My brother believes in unicorns." Frank laughed.

"Seriously? Wow. That's something."

"Yes it is."

Soon enough, they started talking about random things, and by the time they were done, it was about midnight.

Frank yawned and managed to type, "It's getting late. I should probably go to bed."

"Yeah, me too."

"Goodnight, Gerard."

"Night, Frank."
