Chole's POV:

   I was at work helping clean up after the dogs. I barely started when my hair comb began to beep, and I showed an akuma attack notice on it. I sighed.

    How would I explain this to my boss?  Well, a hero's work is never done, I thought.

    I entered the break room glad no one had followed me. I sat on the floor.

 "Beebee, buzz on!" 

     
I transformed into Queen Bee.

 I flew out of there and tried to locate the direction of the akuma attack.

  "Where is it?" I thought. 

  My spinning top showed me where to find it.

It was in the direction of the zoo.  Why the zoo? That is where Sarah and Nathaniel are I thought. 

  I hoped they were safe.  

 I arrived at the zoo in about twenty minutes. No sooner had I gotten there than I saw him, the new rooster hero, Rooster King was in danger.  I have no time to lose, I better hurry.

  I swooshed over to him and grabbed him up before the bad guy could wack his head off.

 What was the creep doing with an axe?  Where were the others? I knew Ladybug and Chat were out of town. What about Carapace and Rena Rogue no one had seen them in a while either.

    I  helped Rooster King and Kid Zebra.  While the three of us fought the villains, someone else arrived and startled  Rooster King. 

    "Hey," He said as if it were no big deal he had been gone for quite some time.

     "Sorry, I was late. I just got home from my grandma's funeral. I stepped into my house and my bracelet started to glow. I knew I was needed so I transformed and came over." He explained.

   Rooster King and I were sympathetic to him for his loss. Then, we got back to work fighting.

Soon, Rooster King, Kid Zebra, Carapace and I overcame the creeps. Then, Kid Zebra caught the akumas with her grabber and stored them inside jars. She also did something amazing after our usual fist bump. She stopped twice, yelled "Miraculous Zebra," and somehow everything returned to normal. I had never seen that happen without Ladybug's help before, or Misterbug's. 

Who was this kid?  Why did the rooster hero and zebra heroes seem familiar to me?  I had not met them in my civilian form had I?  I did not remember that but who knows?  It could be possible, after all, I have no idea when it comes to  their identities.

     I hid and transformed back. Then, headed back to work before my boss could realize I was missing. I finished cleaning up after the rest of the dogs, fed them, gave them water, and took one on a walk when my phone beeped twice.

What? I looked at it.

  It was a message from my father.  The message read, "Chole, Nathaniel brought Sarah here after their trip to the zoo, and he looked tired. I must say, he is good for her and for you too."

      I rolled my eyes. There goes my dad trying to be a matchmaker again. I could not understand why he did not leave it alone.

       I sighed. Nathaniel was good at helping me with Sarah, and he was good at kissing me. Those were not enough reasons to consider him, as a potential mate, were they?

        I shook my head. Ugh, why was I so unsure? I knew Nathaniel loved me, he had made that clear, so what was my problem?  Was I that insecure I could not accept his love?

     My text to my father..."Dad, Stop trying to push us together. I know how he feels about me, but I am not sure how I feel about him."

   I reflected on where the rooster hero was when I helped him. Why had he been so careless?  He could have died if I had been there. I gasped, why did he look so cute, and who was he?  I blushed at the memory of how it felt to hold him in my arms.

    Great, I sounded like I had a crush on him. That was impossible, right? I had only met him, and I did not know his identity.  Goodness, as if things were not complicated enough for me.

    Text message sent to you from Nath my phone said.  "Do you wish to read it?" 

   "Yes," I said.

   It showed me the text and  I blushed.

  Text from Nath read, " Chole you are like night and day. You are confused. I know I love you, but I am confused about you. One minute you kiss or hug me, the next you don't seem to want affection from me, and then you return to kissing. You don't how much I wish the kisses were out of love."

   Text from Nath..."Bee, you had me stay for supper last night. It was great to spend time with you and Sarah. The kiss on the porch was a shocking surprise. Then, later Sarah was asleep, and it was getting late. I was going to go home, but you insisted I keep you company. So, I stayed and you fell asleep fifteen minutes before midnight. You looked so peaceful in your sleep. I tucked you in and slept on the sofa."

     Text to Nath..."I uh, did not mean to keep you up that late."  

    He had stayed with me all night.  I blushed. 

      Text to Nath, ...."How did the zoo trip go?" I immediately regretted sending that since I knew about the akuma attack. He did not know I knew about it.

       Text from Nath, "...Bee, there was an akuma attack, and I was afraid." 

      Text to Nath, "...I can understand, those things can be rather scary."

   Text from Nath..." Chole, I had a hunch you were there, but that is silly because you were at work."

   Text to Nath, "...Sure, was, ha, ha."  I could not believe it. Does he suspect that I am Queen Bee?

    Text from Nath..." Don't stress, Bee, I am sure the judge will have no choice, but to let you keep Sarah. You have already shown how good you are with her. You don't need anyone to make that happen. you are a great mother."

      Text to Nath,"...Nath, have you ever met the rooster hero?" 

       Text from Nath,  ...I can't say, I have, why?"

    Text to Nath, "...I hear he is cute." 

        Text from Nath, "...Ugh, do not tell me I have to compete with him for you."

    I laughed. I never thought he would be jealous of the Rooster King. Yet, it sure sounds like he is. 

       Text to Nath, "...He is cute, but that does not matter, you are far cuter."

          Text from Nath..."It is a good thing, you can't see me right, now, Chole. I am blushing."

             Text to Nath,..."Nath, will you go out with Dad, Sarah, and me tonight?"  

 I was hopeful. Dad, Sarah, and I were going out to dinner.  It was to spend time together because we felt it was important, but I did not want to go unless Nathaniel came along.  I'm unsure why, but it seemed he should be there too. 

       Text from Nath..."Sure, Chole, I will be glad too. What time?"

        Text to Nath, "You can meet us at 7 pm."

         Text from Nath," See you then."

         Text to Nath, "You need to meet us at the Grand Han Plaza." 

         Text from Nath  "Okay, bee, see you, little bee, and the mayor then."

         Text from the mayor/Daddy "Chole, is Nathaniel coming tonight? Sarah keeps asking."

         Text to  the mayor/Daddy "Yes, he is coming."

         Text from the mayor/Daddy "You need to figure out your feelings."

          Text from to the mayor/Daddy "Don't you think I know that already?"

             I am frustrated because my father keeps trying to set me up with Nathaniel. I have a crush on the rooster hero.  Why did I tell Nathaniel he was cuter than the rooster?

           I shook my head. It is good I get off work by 6 pm because I need to change my outfit before dinner tonight.  I  will deny it if anyone claims it is to impress anyone.
