"Tony" my mom said softly as we approached them all

"Let's go to my lab to talk" he said to us and we followed him down the hall

Once outside the lab my mom stayed outside and I entered the room with Tony.

"I hope she doesn't hate me, god I can't have that idk what I'd do if she did, I also hope she doesn't blame me for what happened because I would, I would blame myself as I do, if I'd protected her better and if I didn't let her run she'd be safe" he said in his head

"I don't blame you" I said

"What?" He said confused

"I umm heard your thoughts" I said

"Oh" he said

"And mom made me promise not to blame myself so you can't either" I said taking the seat beside him now

"But I should have stopped you, I should have at least gone after you" he said

"I run it's instinct for me, you wouldn't have known" I said softly

"Why do you run?" He asked

"There was this time when I was four it's as vivid of a memory as the day it happened, it came back to me at hydra" I began

"I was playing in the yard while also watching my dad work on one of his classic cars he had, it began to rain and he was turning to tell me to go inside but three men in all black attire appeared, they got to me first and he shouted for mom, he told me to run but I stood frozen and watched as mom shot all three dead, I guess I run because I feel that if I don't then it might happen again" I said softly

"It's not your fault either" he said

"I'm trying to believe that" I said looking down at my hands

"Do you know what abilities you have so far?" He asked changing the subject which I was grateful for

"Telekinesis, mind reading, heightened senses, enhanced strength, magic, energy manipulation, that's all but mom said their could be more" I said

"Maybe we could do some tests, I do want you to start training with the team me included and work on those abilities, I was hoping to throw you a party since we missed the birthday one, and" he began

"I'll train, but we don't necessarily need a party" I said nervously

"I want to officially announce you as my soulmate" he said

"Id like that" I said

"Good, oh here since you missed the party for your birthday" he said handing me a box

"You didn't have to" I said

"I overheard you telling Nat that you weren't here for my money and I promised myself that I'd spoil you even more because of it, so on top of that you need to go shopping because you barely have anything in your closet" he said

"I never needed much, just some necessities, essentials some clothes and trinkets I got from my dad" I said

"Well it's too bad cause I already planned with Nat and Wanda to take you shopping, now open it" he motioned towards the box in my hand

I took the bow off the box and opened it, inside was a replica of the bracelet we made together because I had lost mine when at hydra. It looked exactly the same could it be the same one?

"I found it in the base, I also touched it up to be more accurate and safe with Jarvis to tell me immediately if there's an unknown person that might be a threat to us, to you" he said

"Thanks bear I really appreciate it, I'm happy you saved it for me" I said and kissed his cheek

"Hate to break up the beautiful moment but fury is pissed and called a meeting immediately" Natasha said as she rushed in with my mom behind her

"Crap" Tony said as he grabbed my hand on instinct and we rushed off

When we got to the common room floor where there was also a conference room. He didn't let go as we entered and he pulled me along causing me to blush. There was a lot of people in here, some I didn't recognize and some I did. He sat down and pulled me down with him so I was now sitting on his lap.
