Today was one of a tough day to be honest. School, work, projects, and those nosy people always get the best of me.
What's good is that it's finally over for today and now I can go back home and have lunch and get some rest.

Ding! Incoming message.

Mom: Aarav, Son I've got some issues over here. I don't think I can be home soon You should go out or have something ordered to eat. Take care okay. I'll be back by the evening.

Hah.

I went to a restaurant I always wanted to try near the library. So that I could directly go to the library from there.

I was just about to finish up and pay the bill when I saw Vinaya making her way to the library.

"Ohh! She's already here! I should go too"~

I set my hair in the mirror of the library a bit and rush to go inside catching her attention. Wait. She's not alone today. There's a girl sitting beside her.

Doesn't she like privacy? She didn't seem to like it when I was trying to start a conversation with her. I thought I should make my space or else I'mma ruin my image in front of her.

They look close. . Maybe she brought a friend. God. Thank god it's not a boy or something. I would have burnt outta jealousy.

I can say hi right?

"Uh, Hey Vinaya"..

"Um, Hello".

"Ooh who's that? I don't think I saw you being friends with someone here"!! Says Vinaya's seatmate.

" I should be the one to say that? I never saw you here. Especially with Vinaya". I say.

"Oh, It's not like that. Aarav she's an old friend, Allysa. I just got to know that the owner's her brother! And Allysa this is Aarav. He's just an acquaintance.

Just an acquaintance. . . . . ?

Are we that distant yet that she can't even call me a friend?

" Ohh! I see. Hello Aarav".

"Yes. I'll go then. Have a great time you both".

Wow. Allysa and Mr Ryan look so alike.
When I first saw him he definitely reminded me of someone. Now I got to know it's Allysa.

I haven't seen her in a long time. Today she was near the window sill of my seat and when I asked her to move we both were amazed. She was beautiful from the time we used to be in school together and she's become even more now!

"So tell me Vinaya how did you meet this guy hm. Did he approach you or something"..?

"I already told you it's not like that you know. We found out we were reading the same book. So he helped me to get the book and said hello. That's all.

" Okay okay. But he's cute. Don't you think"?

"God, Allysa if you're interested in him so much why don't you just go and accompany him"?

" What I was just askinggg.. Why are you so worked up. . And let me tell you I already have a boyfriend. The sweetest boyfriend ever.

"Ohh really".?

" Yes.. Wanna see a picture of my boyfriend"..?

"What are you talking about Allie. Hm what boyfriend"?

"Ryan! Urgh what are you doing behind us. Were you eavesdropping"?

" No. I was here to say hi to miss Vinaya. And you. What boyfriend hm. I thought you made yourself clear that day that you're not dating anybody".

"Cut the crap Ryan. I m getting a call I m gonna get this. You both continue please".

Allysa lied to make her rescue by using this stupid call excuse. And Mr Ryan sat down at Allysa's seat.

"Hah. What do I do about this girl. Like I don't know it's a silly excuse".

"Uh well Mr Ryan what's so wrong about her dating tho"?

"The problem isn't her dating. The problem is the person she's dating. He's a total play boy. The spoiled son of a rich father. I won't let my sister date someone like that".

" Oh really. That doesn't sound good". . .

"Well, what about you. Miss Vinaya.? Do you have a boyfriend?
