Mahi's POV

There was no other option, but to accompany him, so I slid into the front passenger seat of his car and he seemed to be in a good mood now as he was whistling softly. I glared at him but he gave me the most innocent, child-like smile.  If I didn't know him so well, I would have thought that he was a very simple and nice man. But fortunately or unfortunately, I knew him too well.

" Don't!! "  I said.

" Don't? What??"  He asked innocently.

" You know very well, what I am saying,"  I said.

" No!! Please tell me what you want, or don't want me to do to you. After all, if we are going to spend our life together, I must know what pleases you. " he said sweetly.

Ughhh!!

" Don't act as if you are an angel, I know you are a devil. "  I retorted.

"  You don't like my decent, soft, and nice behavior?? Do you want a dominant lover? Your wish is my command, baby. "  he said and winked.

" Oh, shut up!! Stop behaving like this, you are irritating me. "  I said, getting annoyed with him.

" Like what?? "  he asked coming too close to me. I backed out as much as I could in the confines of a car.

" Like as if my wish is your command..."  I explained.

" You have been crazy about me, I am sorry that I tried to be Angel.  I should have thought of it that you like me being the devil. Who am I to change if you want me to be a devil to you?? "

" Ranveer!! Stop it! And what does it mean, , I don't even understand what you are saying. "

" Devil at your service, my love. If you don't want me to follow your command then let's do the opposite, I mean that from now on, my wish will be your command instead?? Wow!! My cute little Mahi has surely grown up. Fine!! Come and sit on my lap, gorgeous, and make me go crazy with your naughty touch and sultry kisses. " he said.  I was shocked.

What happened to him all of a sudden??

" Ron!!! Will you please shut up?? "  I said and he smiled and came very close to me all of a sudden and My breath was stuck in my chest.

He bent further and stopped with just a few millimeters between our faces.  He looked at my lips and I got nervous and licked my lips as I felt that my mouth had gone dry all of a sudden.

" No!! You want me to dominate you, so you will do as I say,"  he said and bent a bit more towards the side of my face and then more towards my neck and my heart was thumping against my chest by now. But he just pulled the seat belt and secured it around me. I took a quick breath and he smiled devilishly.

" So, you are not affected by me, you don't care for me anymore and don't want me in your life now?? "  he asked and every word was dripping with sarcasm.

" Y.yes! Now will you please drive, I have a lot of work to do."  I said looking out of the window of the car.

" Come to me, sweetheart, I want to reward those lips. "  he cupped the side of my face with his big hand and made me look at him.

" What?? Why? "  I asked pushing him.

" For calling me Ron again. "  he was grinning.

" Oh God! Fine!!! You have all the time in the world to waste but I am too busy. So, you stay here, I am going. " I said and tried to release the catch of the seat belt but he placed his hand over mine and caught it in his big hand and pulled my hand to his face and kissed it slowly, caressing his face against it as if he was hell-bent to prove that he really had all the time in the world to waste it.

I tried pulling my hand away but his grip was firm though it didn't hurt me.

" Oh, Mahi, I missed you. I know you loved me and so did I. Why don't you stop tormenting me and accept that you still love me? "  He said coming very close to me again.

" Never!! I did accept when I was stupid enough to lo... like you, I have changed, have understood a lot of things and I like younger men now.  I think it is high time you understand that I have really moved on. "  I said.

" You are a liar!! If you have moved on, why were you getting jealous of that girl who was flirting with me at our showroom? "  he asked with a smirk.

"  You got to be kidding! I was not getting jealous. Why would I ?? " I asked.

" Because your heart still beats for me. C'mon love,  accept it. You looked very cute when that girl asked about me. "  He said.

" Nonsense!! I was not at all jealous of that stupid girl.  She can have you for herself, I was just annoyed as she was wasting time, I was supposed to work there at your showroom, and not to see some stupid brainless girl batting eyes and wasting time."  I said, and I again said something that showed that I was annoyed as hell.

" Oh, really ?? I am not convinced as your tone was very possessive when you said that you needed me,"  he argued.

" Possessive? My foot! Go to hell, with anyone, I don't care anymore. "  I said firmly.

" Okay!! We will put this to the test some other time, let's go shopping. Our first shopping together, I am looking forward to it."  He said and started driving.

We went to various furniture showrooms for office furniture and though he irritated me a lot in the beginning, he got to work finally and then we selected those pieces that we both liked and sent pictures to my mom for suggestions and his mom for selecting.

The office furniture was almost selected and then he suggested that since we were here we should select some pieces for his home as well because I had to work on his home as well. 

It was a sound suggestion and I nodded. After a lot of discussions, giving logic, healthy arguments, and testing all the parameters, we short-listed some wonderful designs for Roohi and Ruhan, keeping their personalities, and requirements in mind.

" Wow!!  We have shortlisted a lot of good stuff for Roohi and Ruhan, I am sure they will like them. Now let's take a break and have something to eat  "  Ron said.

"  No! We are here so we must find some options for Raj-Myra and your room."  I argued as I wanted to finish the work and go back. Staying with him for long hours was injurious to my heart.

"Oh, please, I am famished now. We must have food to gain some energy first."  He said.

" This is too much, you didn't even want to eat anything in the morning and had food after so much persuasion and now you are behaving as if you will die if you do not eat anything right away. " I said.

" That's because you made me jealous when you served food to my brother but not to me. I was jealous so got upset as you are mine. Don't ever do that again. I wanted to beat Ruhan for the first time in my life."  He said looking into my eyes. I rolled my eyes again.

" Oh, please don't start again. "  I turned to move away from him.

"  Then let's go, my wish should be your command, or I will punish you. " he winked with a naughty smile. My heart missed a beat.

" I have work to do... I should have come alone. "

" What if I had rejected all the things?? You would have finally had to come with me, love. "

" Don't call me all that or I will throw something at you. "

" Throw yourself at me, I swear, I will hold you. Now come with me or, I will pick you up as a lover does and will take you with me to have food. They don't know me and I don't care, but you might feel awkward coming here for your work. Come, sweetheart. Let's go and eat something. " he said. Caught my hand and we went to his car.

" I am not going out with you ever again. I will tell our moms' about all this. "

" Yes, please do it. And I will make sure that you have to go out with me every day as my mom is desperate to know about the girl, I want to marry, she will be overjoyed to know It is you and will give Shagun for you on the very next minute. ' he smiled again like a devil.

Ughhh!! I hate him.
