Siddharth's POV

The doorbell rang and aunty went to open the door. After a few seconds, Nihal came in and the expression on his face changed. 

" What are you doing here?? " He asked.

" That is none of your business. " I said calmly.

" Uncle, why did you allow him to come in?  "

" Because he is family now. " Kriti said with a smile.

" What does that mean?? "  He asked again.

" He is your brother-in-law my dear one and only brother. " Shruti said with a smirk.

" What nonsense ?? How shameless have you become... I will give you a tight slap. "  He yelled at her.

" Before that, I will rip your arm off your body. That day you asked me that who was I to her... Today, I will introduce myself again. I am her legally wedded husband. So I will not think twice before beating you to a pulp, if you even come closer to my wife. "

" Uncle, how could you allow her?? What will I say to my friend? He is preparing for marriage. "  He said to uncle.

" Tell him, I got married already. As it is, I always said that I was not going to get married to him. "

" What is this, uncle??  He has already spent so much money, who will compensate that?? "

" Why don't you do it? He is your friend and you two planned to loot my father in the name of this marriage. Why would a doctor girl like me, marry that 12 th pass duffer?? "  Shruti said.

" Uncle tell her to shut her filthy mouth, or I will break it. "

" Talk to me, I am answerable to whatever she says or does now. Talk to me. " I said but he ignored me.

" Uncle, you have no control over her, see what she has done. " 

" Same way Tauji never had control over you. See what you did to him. "

" Shut up !! Mind your language and be within your limits, or I will kill you. " Nihal said and started coming towards her.

I came to stand in front of her and said, " And who will define her limits?? You?? No way !!  Move back or I will teach you a lesson which you will not be able to forget for the rest of your life. "

He threw a punch at me and  I caught his hand and just then the doorbell rang again.  I smiled as I knew my personal boxing champion was here.

" Shruti, open the door! " I said still glaring at him.

Within two minutes Bhai, Maurvi, dad and uncle walked in.

Shruti's dad was confused as hell. He had met only Maurvi and her dad. He was still shocked at the rate everything was happening but he greeted them.

Bhai came and stood by me and Maurvi went to greet uncle and aunty.  She introduced Bhai and dad. Bhai also greeted them.

Maurvi told uncle and aunty that our dads wanted to talk to them they all went to the living room while bhai stayed with me and Shruti.

I was still holding his fist in my hand my Bhai looked at that and smiled at me with appreciation.

" Great!! You have learnt a few things after all. " He said and patted on my back.

" Shruti, is he that cheap man who calls himself as your brother and then behaves like a beast? "  Bhai asked her, still glaring at him.

" Yes, bhaiya. " Shruti said.

" What kind of a man you are?? Though you can see my brother is quite capable of beating anyone, still, If anyone even touches my brother or even think about harming him, I would beat him so much that he would have at least 602 pieces of bones in his body. Trust me no orthopaedic surgeon can mend all of them. But imagine, what would I do, if you touch my sister?? I will break your bones to 6002 pieces.  Don't even dare to even look at Shruti again. Let me tell you I have been a boxing champion and was ill famous for sending my opponent to ICU. So stay away. " He said going very close to him and caught his collar.

" Leave me  !!! "

" Runaway, never come back in their life. Or orthopaedic surgeon will be a part of your life for the rest of your life. "  Bhai said.

He is awesome !!

" I will see you... "

" I know,  I am handsome, but hey... Firstly, I am happily married and secondly, I am straight. So come to disturb any of us, only if you want to be beaten by me. " Bhai said and he went away.

Cupid's POV

We all were in their living room and there was an awkward silence in the room.

" Dad, you wanted to say something?" I said.

" Mr Singh, He is my friend and Maurvi's Father-in-law, Mr Jindal. I hope you will try and understand everything. You already know that Siddharth and Shruti are already married now and as they both are adults, their marriage is legal. So whether you like it or not but this is not going to change that they are married.  So why don't you forgive the children and accept them wholeheartedly? "  My dad said.

" Mr Singh,  I know that every parent has some criteria for selecting the life partner of their children. They have some dreams and expectations they want to fulfil at their child's wedding. We even save money for a grand wedding... And you feel very hurt when they marry without even asking you. But I will tell you that even we did not attend their wedding.  We feel the same but their happiness is most important for me. Our son and your daughter are madly in love with each other.  So we have given our blessings to them. I wish and hope that you can also do the same. " Uncle said.

"  I don't know what to say... We were looking for a man from our community Only. " Her dad said.

" But,  it doesn't matter much. And the most important thing is that they love each other and wanted to spend their life together. Trust me, Mr Singh, My daughter is married to his elder brother and  I know this family and Siddharth for years. They all are so nice and sweet that my daughter is even happier than I could ever wish her to be. Siddharth is as good as Gautam and I can assure you that your daughter will be very happy as well. Please forgive children and accept them. " My dad said.

" What do I say? ... They are already married. "

" Mr Singh, I assure you Shruti will always be happy with my son. Please be a bit liberal with them. Please accept their marriage or Shruti would never be able to be happy and start her married life. She loves you a lot. She had tears in her eyes all the time. Even she must have wanted you to do Kanyadaan for her.  I know they should have let us be a part of this wedding but let's just say that they are our children. I assure you, my son will always treat her like a queen. "

" Even I can assure you of that. My daughter is more pampered now. They treat her like a princess. I could not have found a better family for her. I must say that our daughters are lucky to have found such nice and cultured boys. Mr and Mrs Jindal have reared their sons too well.  " My dad said hugging me.

" All I can say in, my son's defence, is that my son was too worried over this boy called Nihal. His intentions are not good. He had secretly planned to sell your ancestral property and even one of your stores, that's why he didn't want your elder daughter to go and work there as she was doing very well. I am sorry to say that Mr Singh, but you must trust your family first. I have always craved to have daughters, but I had two sons, but we were fine with that and loved them as much as we should have loved a girl child.  But now I have two daughters. I am on top of the world.  " Uncle said.
