Siddharth's POV

" I had started to develop a few feelings but then that bet... I saved it before that."

" Shh... Don't talk about that now. I never did that, sweetheart. I was attracted to you the moment I saw you. I was shocked, so that day when Mayank gave me money, I could not react. I don't even know that Isha said something. I didn't even realise immediately that she hugged me. I am sorry for that. But I proved that those pictures are fake, now I want us to be together officially.  " I said and pulled her in my arms.

" But why?? Why me?? So many girls are crazy about you. "

" Because I am in love with you. "

" But why?? What is so special about me?? I am not even beautiful. "  She said.

"  Are you crazy? You are so pretty. "

" Don't treat me like a fool, I know I am not. "  she snapped.

" Ok, as you wish... You are not pretty. Happy?? "  I said while grinning.

" Siddharth !! Don't grin like an idiot. "

I captured her face in my hands and kissed her gently on the mouth.

" Do you want to hear the truth ?? " I said, she just nodded.

"  I don't think, I have ever seen a more beautiful woman than you, my Angry Bird. "

her lips parted but before she could speak I kissed her again my hand threaded into her hair I wrapped them around my fingers my mouth opened over her and the tip of my tongue brushed against her lips. She made a soft sound of pleasure and her fingers clenched my shirt...

Oh, God!! I needed to control myself.  So I broke the kiss with severe self-control but kept holding her in my arms.

She looked at me and realised that I kissed her again and she pushed me.

" Leave me  !! "

" I can't... I have waited for too long. "

" Dr Jindal...." She started speaking but I glared.

" Don't try my patience... "

" Siddharth, I don't have any feelings for you. " She said avoiding my eyes.

"  Still you kissed me back like that. In fact, you kissed me back every time I kissed you. Amazing!! Awesome !!" I said and smiled at her.

"  There is nothing like that... "

" Yeah ... I know. But I want to make one thing absolutely clear to you that  I love you and I will not let you go out with that Kunal. "

" But Isha?? "

" What about her?? I don't even like her. But you tell me about that good for nothing Kunal. "

" What do I tell you?? There is nothing !! "

" No feelings for him?? "

" No !! But why should I tell you that?? "

" Because I am your boyfriend. "

" Boyfriend?? No way!! "

" Would-be Fiance?? "

" No ! "

" Would be husband??

" Of course, not!! "

" Father of your children?

" Siddharth !!! Shut up! " She said turning crimson. 

Awwwww  she was blushing...

" Ok !! So you are coming to the party as my date?? "

" No !! "

" Shruti ?? Say yes or I will... " He glared at me.

" You will... what?? "

" I will declare you as my girlfriend in front of everyone by tomorrow. And will throw an open boxing challenge if anyone would try to flirt with you. "  I said with a smirk.

" You know boxing?? "

" No, but my brother does... I just have to name the person and my overprotective brother will beat him for me. "

" You are too much. " She smiled.

" So is that a yes?? " I asked her.

" Yes for the party?? " She confirmed.

" What else ?? I am not giving you an option about the boyfriend. You had, still have and will always have only one boyfriend.... Me. Siddharth  Jindal. "

" But I have a choice about going to party with another man ?? "

" No your options are, to go with me to the party or not to go to the party at all. We will go on a romantic date. A very very romantic date. "

" We will see about it. First, you eat something. "

" I am too excited about us. I am not hungry. "  He said with a big smile.

" Siddharth leave me, anyone might come anytime. "

" They won't... I sent them home. "

" What ?? Why?? "

" Because I want to be with my girlfriend. "  I said and bent again to kiss her but she pushed me.

Just then her phone started ringing. She took the call.

Shruti's POV

" Hello??

" Shruti?? Hi, this is Maurvi."

"  Oh, hi !!  How are you?? "

" I am good. I am in Chandigarh because my parents wanted me to come here. So now as they are busy with arrangements, I am getting bored. Even my sister would come at the time of the wedding as she is on her training. Can you come and spend some time with me? "

" Yeah... But I have to come to the hospital and I can't come out at night. "

" It's ok, I will take permission from your parents.  Can you come after that?? "

" Yeah !!  "

" Ok... Thanks. Bye, see you tomorrow. "

" Bye. " She said with a faint smile.

" Hmmm, so where were we?? " I said near her ear and she got startled but recovered soon.

"Nowhere... I have to go home. "

" Wait, I will drop you. "

" Oh, no!! I will go by myself. "

" No way... I will go and drop you there." I insisted.

" Siddharth you are irritating me."

" Please yaar... After all, I am your boyfriend. "

" Siddharth !!! "

" Yes, angry bird?? Please be my love bird for at least today. We cleared all the misunderstandings. " I said, she blushed.

Oh God !!! She blushed again... My life was sorted now.

" Shut up !! " She said but I saw the smile before she could hide it.

" You know what?? You need to take coaching. " I said looking in her eyes.

" For what?? "

" Being a romantic girlfriend. "

" Oh !! From where?? Is there someone who gives such coaching? "  She said with a smirk.

" Hey,  I am the answer to all your queries. I will teach you. After all, you are here to learn things from me. I would love to teach you everything. " I said with a tongue in cheek.

" Oh yes, of course, the hospital has asked me to assist you and learn how to be a good girlfriend. Right?? "

" Absolutely right. "  I grinned.

" Then why are Raman and Anita here?? "

" They will learn different things.  Your case is special... You are mine and hence I need to give you special training. It will be useful for us in our coming married life. You know what I mean... "

" You are so ... "

" Good, romantic, handsome??"

" Bad, manipulating and irritating."

" Whatever... But you have no other option. So accept me as I am.  Now, it's time for the first lesson."  I said and pulled her in my arms again.

" Hey !! I don't need to take this lesson. "

" I will be the one to judge that,  hence please co-operate. " I said and claimed her lips again. This time the kiss was very slow but sensuous.

I groaned softly when we both felt that we needed air.

" Oh, love... I have been dying to kiss you for years but I controlled myself. I can't seem to have enough of you now.  "  I said and looked at her. Red colour had crept into her face.

I just loved to see this colour on her face. She blushed because of me.

" I love you Shruti. I have been waiting to tell you this. " I said looking into her eyes.

" I... I mean... I... Siddharth, it is getting late, I think, I must go home now. " She said all of a sudden to avoid this conversation. I knew what she wanted to say... She loved me too but she was still scared, how his family would react.

" Come with me, I will drop you. " I said and she sat in my car. I drove her to her place. She smiled and said bye to me and I went to meet Parth.

He was really happy and excited when I told him. He congratulated me and we both celebrated.

Just then Maurvi called me again to ask if I was coming and I said that I will be there in an hour.

I went to their place and uncle and aunty were very happy to see me. We had a wonderful meal as aunty had prepared my favourite dishes. Uncle asked me many things regarding my future plans and I told him that I would love to live with my parents.

He became really very happy to hear that. He said that he was glad that Maurvi is going to get married to such a good family.

" No uncle, we are fortunate to have her as a part of our family. She is a gem of a person. "  I said and they all smiled.

Once uncle and aunty got busy with their work, I told Maurvi that all the misunderstandings were clear now. She was really happy and said that she would try to bring us closer.

I was on top of the world...
