Crystal Pov

I was playing with my grand piano in my room when I heard a knock. My room is as big as the living room so yeah.

"Who is it?" I asked as I continued playing the song I made.

"Aunt Selly." The voice responded and I smiled.

"Come in." I said as I stopped playing and looked at her as she opened the door and walk in on her business clothes and ten shopping bags.

"Let me help you." I said as I stood up and grabbed the bags from her.

"Thanks, dear. I bought those clothes for you. It's so cute so I thought you might like it." She said and I smiled.

"Thanks, auntie." I thanked as I dropped the bags and all of the clothes floated. Hangers put theirselves in the clothes and I opened the walk-in closet. The clothes got inside and started going in different directions as they find their spots.

"So, Bruce Wayne will be having a charity later on, sweetie." Aunt Selly purred as we both walked in the closet.

"And?" I asked. I already knew about her and Bruce. Honestly, she's dating the Batman.

"And, he invited all of us. Since we're the second richest people in Gotham. And I'm his honorable girlfriend." She said and I sighed.

"I have to wear one of those dresses again, shouldn't I?" I said and she nodded with a squeal.

"Later by 6:30 PM. We'll come by and get you ready." She said as she walked towards the dress rack full of ball gowns and those torture things.

"So, black or white?" She asked.

"Black, obviously." I said and she chuckled.

"Ok, ball gown or a-line?" She asked.

"A-line." I said as I leaned against a rack and pulled out a snowstar from my pouch clipped on my belt.

"Mhm, secondary color. Blue or red?" She asked.

"Blue." I answered plainly as I examined my snowstar. Maybe I can make it sharper?

"Off-shoulder or hug shoulder?" She asked again.

"Hug shoulder." I replied.

"Right, now heels." She said and I gasped.

"No!" I yelled.

"You have to, little diamond. You know that." She said as she went to the big shoe rack and I groaned as I followed her.

"Four inches or three?" She asked.

"Or." I said and she sighed.

"Fine, three or two?" She asked and I groaned.

"Two." I muttered and she stepped on the black platform. It floated up until she's on the third rack.

"Black or white?" She asked.

"White." I answered.

"Stilleto or peep-toe?" She asked and I sighed.

"Peep-toe." I muttered.

"Ok, we won't put make-up on you since you hate it. But we will apply a little bit of lip gloss and mascara." She said as she floated back down and stepped out of the platform.

"Auntie, can't I just wear knee-high boots?" I asked.

"Nope. It will ruin the look." She said as we walked out of the closet.

"But what if there's danger?" I asked.

"You can use magic." She said and I groaned as I dropped on my bed.

"Fine." I muttered and she laughed as she walked out of my room.

I'm already wearing a black long-sleeved hug shoulder dress with blue linings. Then I'm wearing white killer peep-toes. The tips of my hair is a bit curled and right now, my aunties are applying mascara and lip gloss on me. They're already dressed. All of them are wearing sleeveless a-line dresses with three inched pumps. Aunt Harley's red and black, aunt Ivy's green and red, and aunt Selly's black and purple.

"You look gorgeous!" They exclaimed whem they finished and I sighed.

"Remind me why I'm attending this?" I said and they giggled.

"Because, you're meeting your soon-to-be uncle and soon-to-be husband." Aunt Ivy said.

"Soon-to-be husband? Who?" I asked.

"Dick Grayson, duh!" They all said and I groaned as I stood up and grabbed a black purse.

"D's my bestfriend." I said.

"Are you sure it's just 'bestfriends'?" They asked as they make hand gestures and I laughed.

"Ok, maybe I kind of like him but how will he like me?" I said and they just grinned.

"I can still bring my book, right?" I asked and they nodded.

"Jinx!" I called and she floated in front of me with the book.

"Yes?" She asked and I held my hand out.

"The book. I need it." I said and she nodded as she got off the book and it closed. I put it in the black purse and hung it on my left shoulder.

"You wanna come along?" I asked.

"Nah, I still have to call my family." She said and I nodded. Her family lives in planet Crystalancia. So, it's pretty far. It's her home planet.

"Oh!" She exclaimed as she grabbed my necklace and clipped it around my neck. I smiled and pulled my hair.

"Thanks, Jinx. See you later." I said and she nodded as we walked out of my room.

"The limo's waiting with Maria outside." Aunt Selly said. Maria is our house maid but I don't like treating her like a maid since she's like a grandmother to me.

"Hi, Maria!" I smiled as I waved at her when I opened the door and she smiled back.

"Greetings, mistress Crystal. You look lovely." She complimented and I groaned. I hopped in the limo and sat by the window. Aunt Harley is in between me and aunt Ivy. Aunt Selly's at the front with Maria driving.

"I just walked out of the manor and my heels are already killing me." I groaned and they laughed.

"It's not that bad, little ace." Aunt Harley said. Her hair is down and curled. Some of her pink and blue hair are still showing but she still looks beautiful.

I smiled and leaned against her as she pet my head.

Dick Pov

I straightened my blue necktie as I stood in front of my whole body mirror. Man, Bruce is always forcing me to attend his balls. I just hope someone can entertain me this year. Impossible. That girl, though. Sorceress. She looked just like her. Black hair and galaxy eyes. I mean, she's the only one who has them. But who knows? Maybe they're custom-made contacts or something.

I was snapped out of my thoughts when my door creaked open and I saw Bruce walk in.

"Hey, you ready?" He asked as he stood in front of me. The both of us are wearing black suits but my tie is blue and his is red.

"Yeah. Have you gotten information about Sorceress? Like, you know. Who she really is?" I asked and he chuckled.

"I know you want to see your bestfriend again, Dick. And yes. I found her file. It's a little harder than I thought since she blocked access but I managed. Her real name is Crystal Galaxia Grimmie. Her parents died because of Vandal Savage and she ran away from Haly's circus the day you were adopted. I think that's the reason why she didn't come to say goodbye to you that day." He explained and I widened my eyes. It's her. It's really her.

"Grimmie? As in the ex-villains' ward? I mean, yeah they're good now and very successful." I said and he nodded.

"Apparently, she's attending your school. Ever seen her?" He asked and I nodded.

"Yeah, I'm always eating lunch with her. We both have every class together." I explained and he chuckled.

"I guess you two really are meant to be." He said and I widened eyes.

"What do you mean 'meant to be'?" I asked and he chuckled again.

"It is obvious that you like her, Dick. I mean, who would keep on searching for her for five years?" He said and I groaned.

"Ok, so maybe I like her but you said no girlfriends." I said and he smiled.

"If it's true love, I'll consider it." He said and my face lit up.

"Really? I mean, if I asked her out you'll agree?" I asked and he nodded.

"Yes!" I cheered and he chuckled.

"Oh, and she'll be here tonight. I invited her and her aunts." He said as he walked out of my room and I cheered silently.

"Yes, yes, yes!" I exclaimed as I made sure I look great. This is the first time I get excited attending Bruce's ball.

Galaxia Pov

I climbed out of the limo and stood in front of the manor. It's a little bigger than ours but who cares? A home is a home when there's family.

"Let's get in, honey." Aunt Selly said as she grabbed my arm and dragged me inside. I saw people chatting, eating, and drinking. But where's the music?

"Selina!" I heard a certain billionare exclaimed as he hugged aunt Selly and she let go of my arm as she hugged back.

"Bruce!" She exclaimed as she kissed his cheek and Bruce chuckled as aunt Selly pulled away.

"It's great to see you again, Crystal. You look as beautiful as usual." He smiled and I chuckled.

"Thanks, uncle Bruce." I thanked and aunt Ivy and aunt Harley stood beside me.

"Sorry about the place. The pianist will be late due to traffic and I don't think anyone knows how to play here." Bruce said.

"Well, a star just fell from the sky. Little ace can go and play until the pianist arrives." Aunt Harley said and I nodded.

"Great! You're a life saver, Crys." He said as he kissed my cheek and I chuckled.

"Of course I am." I said with a smile as I walked towards the grand piano by the stage and sat on the bench. I opened the lid and startee playing. Since this is a ball, the songs should be classical and slow. Maybe a few love songs, too.

"Wow, who's playing?" I heard whispers and I smiled.

"A real life saver." Bruce whispered to aunt Selly and I continued playing. Someone suddenly tapped my shoulder and I looked back with my fingers still playing. My foot pressing the pedal to make it louder.

"Hey D, you look nice." I complimeted with a smile and he cackled.

"You look great, G. Never thought you'll wear heels, though." He said with a smirk as he stood by the piano and I sighed.

"It's killing me." I muttered and he laughed.

"Atleast you look great." He said and I smiled.

"Thanks, D. Really like your hair when it's not combed back, by the way." I said and he looked away with a small blush.

"I ran out of gel." He muttered and I laughed quietly.

"You still look better. I mean, when are you not?" I said and he smiled.

"Uhhmm, excuse me?" I heard a male voice said and I looked beside me to see a boy in a suit with a black tie.

"Yes?" I asked and he smiled.

"C-can I make a request?" He asked and I nodded.

"Sure thing. What song do you want?" I asked and he scratched the back of his neck.

"Rivers flow in you. Can you do it? I mean, it's fine if you can't. The song is pretty hard." He said and I laughed silently.

"Everything's easy when you put your heart in it. I can play it, no worries. Is it dedicated to someone?" I asked as I looked back at the piano.

"Well, my girlfriend's with me and it's her favorite song." He explained and I smiled.

"You're a pretty sweet boyfriend. The girl's lucky. Go back to her and lead her to the dance floor." I said and he nodded as he walked back to his girlfriend. I finished the song and played the one he requested.

"Look at you, being all nice to people you don't know." Dick smirked.

"One, it's rude to decline. Two, he's a boyfriend doing something special for his girl. Those kind of boys are rare, you know." I said and he cackled.

"Crys! Thanks for playing, the pianist is here. You can go and enjoy the party with Dick." Bruce said as he walked towards us with a man behind him.

"Just in time." I said as I finished the song and stood up.

"You play good." The man complimented and I smiled.

"The stage is all yours." I said as Dick grabbed my hand and dragged me to their backyard. Their garden still looks beautiful.

"Finally." I muttered as I sat on a bench and Dick soon followed.

"The stars look great tonight." He said as he rubbed my hand with his thumb and I smiled.

"Yeah, it's beautiful." I said as I looked up with a smile.

"Yeah." He said and I looked at him. He's looking at me not the stars and I chuckled.

"I know I'm good looking but don't stare, D." I teased and he hid a blush. I laughed and squeezed his hand.

"Relax, dude." I said and he smiled as he put his head on my lap. This is very normal since we're bestfriends.

"G?" He called and I looked down at him.

"Hmm?" I hummed and he sat up.

"Tell me, are you Sorceress?" He asked and I widened my eyes.

"W-why are you asking a stupid question, D?" I tried avoiding his question and he lifted an eyebrow.

"G, answer. Please, I need to know." He said and I sighed.

"Y-yeah. I'm Sorceress, D. Sorry for not telling you." I said as I looked down and he suddenly hugged me tightly.

"Thank Olympus. It's you." He whispered and I awkwardly hugged back.

"Me? Who's me?" I asked.

"G, remember me? Dick Grayson from Haly's circus?" He asked and I widened my eyes. It's him. Dick.

"Dick. Thank goodness." I whispered as I hugged him tighter.

"It's you. I finally found you!" He exclaimed as he stood up and spun me around. I laughed and he put me down as he hugged me again.

"I knew it was you. You're the only one who has galaxy eyes." He whispered and I smiled.

"D, I know you're Robin. We both have second lives, huh?" I said and his grip tightened.

"Y-yeah. You helped us on our mission two months ago. Please tell me you're joining. You're already thinking for two months." He said and I smiled as I leaned back and looked at his eyes.

"Will it make you happy if I said yes?" I asked and he nodded with a big smile.

"Yes! You're joining!" He exclaimed and I laughed.

"Yeah, I am." I said and he smiled as he hugged me again. He was about to say something when an explosion was heard. We quickly pulled away and ran inside. People are rushung out of the manor and people on ninja suits are jumping in using the windows.

"Hero time." I muttered as Dick and I hid in the bathroom. I pulled my book out of my purse and it rotated around me.

"You are Sorceress." He gasped and I laughed as I magically turned to my suit.

"When have I ever lied?" I asked rhetorically.

"Well, when you stole my lunch then when you skipped Math since you were bored then--" I cut him off.

"It's rhetorical!" I said and he laughed.

"Right." He said and I let gold dust circle around him and when the dust faded, he's on his Robin suit.

"Come on." I said as I pulled my hood up and ran out. He followed me and I saw my aunts on their suits but more decent and Batman fighting some of the ninjas.

"Took you long enough!" Aunt Harley yelled as she knocked off a ninja with her baseball bat. She's on her black and red suit with her hair tied into heir normal pair of pigtails. Aunt Selly is wearing her dark purple Catwoman costume and aunt Ivy is wearing her normal green swim wear like suit. I cackled as I jumped on a ninja and held on his shoulders. I turned around as I pushed him down and kicked another ninja. I let go of the first one's shoulders and my book opened as it kept on rotating.

"Fall into a deep slumber and wake up but don't remember." I chanted and all the ninjas dropped to the floor.

"Well, you sure made the job easier." Batman said and I chuckled.

"So, the party's over?" I asked and they nodded.

"Yeah. We have to go home, Sor." Aunt Ivy said and I nodded.

"Hey, tomorrow morning at the telephone booth by the alley. I'll wait for you there by 8:30 AM. To introduce you to the team." Robin said as he stood beside me and I nodded again.

"Sure. See you tomorrow." I smiled as I kissed his cheek.

"Let them explore the world, let them fly like a bird." I chanted and my aunts floated up. We all flew out of the manor and back to our own manor.

"Disappear to be unseen and hide from the human beings." I chanted and we turned invisible.

"So, you kissed Dick's cheek. Does that mean....." Aunt Harley trailed off.

"No! Just a bestfriend kiss that's all. I mean, he does it to me on my forehead." I said and they laughed.

"He totally likes you, Sor." Aunt Selly said and I sighed.

"I don't think he likes me. I mean, he just found out that I'm his long lost bestfriend." I said.

"And he never gave up on finding you. Which means......" I can almost see aunt Ivy smirk. I just sighed and kept on flying.
