Marwah's POV:

I said my goodbyes to Mom, who dropped me off at school like she always did. I walk over to my locker
And took out my history books.

"Hii bestie" I hear Nathaly voice, I closed my locker and turn around she ran towards hugging me.
"Nathaly oh god" I said hugging her back.

She laughs stepping back looking at me.
"Sorry...I just was excited to see my bestie" she says fixing my hijab.

"It's fine" i smile at her.

"Hello" I turn to see gicel walking towards us.
"Hey" I hug her.

"You okay?" I ask her which she nods. "Only slept for 4 hours" that makes sense.

Literally making up so early and to come to history class...like No.

The bell rings which all of us sighs.

We said our byes to Nathaly and head to our first class. Me and gicel sit down on our seat.

Me and gicel were talking when our history teacher Mr. Bennett Started today's lesson.

He gave us textbooks assignments and sat back down in his seat.

I looked at gicel she kept on looking around, I tapped her shoulder she look at me blushing. "What happen? You keep on looking around?" She smiles "you see Noah friend Allen, he's sitting at the back and I caught him staring at me I think he likes me."
She says with a smile.

I just love it when she's happy. I nodded smiling "I see" "aren't you going to turn in look to see him? Huh?" She questions me.

"What are you crazy, then he will know we are talking about him. And I can't just turn and look at him...it's awkward." She nods smiling.

"If he become my boyfriend, I will feel safe with you, because my best-friend won't cheat on me with him."
I gasp hitting her shoulder. "Kidding...I'm kidding sorry" she says laughing.

"Bruh if Nathaly was here, she would have gotten me embarrassed already"

Time passed now it was lunch time.

Marwah was sitting down she was on her phone waiting for Nathaly and Gicel.

"what's up Marie." Gicel said, making Marwah look up from her phone and hugging her.

Both sat down on the cafeteria chair. "Did you saw Nathaly's text, how she went home due to some emergency." Said gicel.

Marwah nods "she said it's nothing to worry about."

"You didn't get any lunch?" Marwah shakes her head
"I don't feel like it." Gicel nods "same."

Just then they look up to see a boy coming close to their table "sorry..to disturb I am new here, I really don't know anyone here, can I sit here if you don't mind." Gicel and Marwah looks at each other.

"Yes sure." Gicel reply smiling.

"Thank you." He said sitting down in the middle opposite of them.

"What's your name?" Gicel starts the conversation.

"I'm David...and you?" He smiles "Gicel and this is my friend Marwah, but I call her Marie" She taps Marwah shoulder gently.

Marwah smiles.

After introducing himself to gicel, they started talking, gicel was already comfortable with him.
David would every second or two he would glance at Marwah. David would ask marwah some questions, her reply would be short, she didn't give any attention to him. Which made him want to know her more.
Then after some time the lunch bell rang they got up.

David look at marwah then to gicel "what's your next class?" Gicel look up to him "I have math next, that's the class I don't have with Marie how about you" he nodded "I have biology next" Gicel look at marwah "wait Marie don't you have biology next? What's your teacher name?"

"Um yes. It's Mr. Tom" Marwah reply holding her notebook close to herself.
David smile at marwah "I have Mr. Tom too! let's walk to class together."

Gicel look at marwah with a smirk on her face. Marwah roll her eyes at her. "Alright I'll get going" she hug marwah and walk away.

David and marwah started walking to class. David look at her "I think I have half of my classes with you"

"That's good" her reply came.

It was awkward for her, especially in the presence of boys. They walk into the classroom.
Marwah walked over to her chair and took a seat. While David showed his schedule to the teacher. "Welcome David, you are free to sit wherever you like."

David looked about but came to a halt at Marwah, approaching her and taking a seat next to her.

He smile at her, she smile back at him then looking at the teacher.

Just in a few seconds of looking at him and during lunch Marwah notice David brown hair and brown eyes.

She shake her head pulling her phone out.
Class began Mr. Tom was talking for 25 minutes straight.

Mr. Tom passed the syllabus to everyone explaining the classroom rule.

Like if everyone was in elementary school telling them words by words on what to do and not to do.

The class came to end everyone was tired of Mr. Tom he was about fifty five years old.

Marwah got up to walk when David said "where are you going?" She looks at him "restroom"

He nods "I will see you later" she nods walking out.

After using the restroom and then she enter her third period class which was Art with Nathaly. But she was absent today.

She sat down after a few minutes David entered his eyes landed on marwah. He smirk and walk up to her, which she was on her phone busy.

"I didn't know you had Art with me?" Hearing his voice Marwah look up.

"Anyway can I sit here with you?" She nods
He nods siting down next to her again "thank you" he adds.

She nods again moving little away from him to make distance.

He noticed she doesn't talk that much, or was it just with him.

Later in class, the teacher announced a new project and stated that he would select the partners. He approached Marwah and David after assigning everyone their project partners. Mr. Austin stated that they would be project partners and that they have to sit in the same seats. David smiled as he nodded, but Marwah remained silent. She didn't feel at comfortable around him. It was the first week of school and stupid project's were assigned Already, and she was still thinking when David remarked, "So, since we're working together, may I have your phone number so we can talk about the project?" She turn to him "Yes," Marwah says as she types her phone number into his phone.

David POV:

as I walked into school late and saw the girl with the scarf on her head My heart skipped a beat She's beautiful Her smile has the ability to murder any man. I approached her, but the bell rang and everyone began to move, and I couldn't find her. I had a look at my schedule. I had gym first, then lunch, then biology, Art and lastly Math.

It was time for lunch after my first period. I walked into the cafeteria and noticed her with a friend, most likely. I approached them. Inquire if I may sit with them. When I first started talking to them, they seemed a little hesitant, but as time went on, I noticed that the other girl, Gicel became more comfortable with me, while Marwah remained a little hesitant. I kept on taking glances at her, her lips were so kissable, she was definition beauty. I came out of my thoughts The bell rang I stood up and inquired about the next class.

When i found out we have Biology and art together I was on cloud of nine smirking about this.
In biology class my whole attention was on her, I kept on looking at her giving her sign That I'm interested in her, but she didn't even notice me.

Not even once.

Fuck this. She must be my girlfriend at any cost.

Then it was third period class, As soon I entered my eyes fall on her. I couldn't express how happy I was. I went near her, ask her if I can sit here. She nodded. I took my seat. I couldn't stop looking at her. She didn't even look at me, she was busy with her Phone, when the teacher started talking about a project, and he came up to us with the rubric and told us we are working on a project. Damn I was lucky today. I had classes with her, and I get to sit by her, and we get to work on a project together. So I didn't miss the chance to ask her number. I know she would give it to me, since we are working on a project together.

Which was economic's class.

As soon as Marwah saw gicel, she smile at her.
And hugged her "finally I get to see you." Gicel said tapping her hijab.

Marwah roll her eyes "come on let's get to class and then leave home."

"We can Always skip you know" gicel said stated walking besides Marwah.

"Really?" marwah said with her sarcastic reply.

They enter class while smiling and sitting down, Noah and Allen who were already seated in the back smirking when they saw them.

"Okay, listen up everyone." Mr evens said closing his room door.

"Like I said last class if you remember you guys will be working on a project, together with your partners that I have already chosen. As I will now call your partners names you will be getting up and moving next to them. The project information is in this paper which is on my desk." Mr evens said walking back to his desk.

Gicel hold Marwah hands "please god...I wish that we will be working together." "Right" Marwah said with worried tone.

Valentina and Thomas" Mr evens kept on reading the long list.

"And finally Gicel and Allen Marwah and Noah"

Marwah and gicel looking at each other. "Oh my lord." Gicel lean closer to Marwah "fuck...I...Allen he's my partner." Gicel said blushing.

"You are here all happy, how about me..." gicel roll her eyes "Marie you are going to work with Noah Jackson" gicel said tapping her shoulder.

"Alright everyone quiet and now move to your partners."

Gicel look at Marwah "you will be okay!" She said getting up and walking nervously to Allen.

Marwah took a deep breath

'It's ok you can do it, it's not like he's going to kill you'

When she felt someone sitting next to her , she turn around to see who it is, no other than Noah Jackson himself.

His gaze locked with hers.

He felt it.

He fell for her.

His true love.

His first love.

"I'm Noah your partner" he said.

She nods "I'm Marwah."

'Mrs. Jackson soon to be' Noah thought smiling.

She look away from him to Mr. Evens.

Mr. evens came and passed the rubric to everyone saying "I forgot to mention the name of the project is budget project"

She look at the paper and was scamming through it, she felt him staring at her but she ignored him.

'So, we have to make a poster and answer the questions related to economic.' Marwah said mentally to her self.

She look at him and passed the rubric to him

"Thank you." He said looking at the paper.

"So, do you want to start working on the project or the questions?" She question looking at him.

'Don't look at like this, my heart is pounding'

"You alright?" She said making him come out of this thoughts.

"It don't matter." She nods.

"Then, I will work on the poster while you do the questions okay?"

He lean close to her "anything else?" She lean back
That was unexpected.

"No" she turn ignoring him. Her heart beating faster.

"What's your number?" She heard him say. Turning to him she raise her eye brow "why?" Her soft voice didn't sound soft this time.

He smirk "remember your my....." he paused

"I'm your what?"

"My partner" he said smirking And pulling his phone out and forwarding it to her.

She look at him and then to his phone holding his phone from the corner to avoid touching his hand and he did notice that.

She quickly saved her number and passed back to him.

Feeling satisfied he took his phone and right then he saved her name as 'Mine ❤️‍🔥'

She pull her computer out of her bag and starting searching about their project.

While Noah just lean on his chair just straight looking at her.

She knew he was looking at her the entire time but didn't say anything.

Not even a word.

And he too knew that she knows that he's staring  at her but she didn't say anything.

After reading some websites about their given topic she felt tired and look up at him, he was just looking at her.

"It's been half an hour, why are you staring at me? Instead of working?"

"So you finally notice?" She gives him 'are you serious look'

"Can you stop looking at me." "It's my eyes"

She sigh and turn around to see gicel and Allen laughing and talking so comfortably.

She turn back around at him.

And pull her phone out for the last five minutes of class.

"Do you have a boyfriend?" He randomly question.

She ignore him.

"I'm talking to you."

"And it's my mouth which i don't want to respond to your question?" She said still looking at her phone.

He laugh.

And everyone Attention was them.

Just then the bell rang. She didn't even glance at him without wasting any second she walk out of the room not waiting for gicel.

"Wait Marie" gicel said running after her. "Why did you leave without me?" Gicel said walking besides her. "Sorry it was just that I need to get home something came up." Gicel nods. "First I need to use the restroom."

Noah's POV:

Walking up late this morning, my head was hurting about all the partying last night. I look at my phone to see missed calls from Allen, just then I for some reason feeling excited to see her.

She has been in my mind since my eyes landed on her.

Last night everyone was asking why I didn't invited girls. I ignored their question most likely.

Dad, my dad is Almost never home. He's the CEO of the Jackson industries. He's waiting for me to graduate high school and slowly pass on the company to me. I'm the only heir. I have no other siblings My mom died two years ago from a heart disease.

Anyways after taking a quick shower I ran downstairs with my keys and phone in my hand
I told my bodyguard to drop to school, I was not in the mood to drive not right now.

I arrived at school around 1pm. I know it's late almost end of the day but I cannot afford to miss a class that I have with her.

After meeting Allen we entered class and sat down in the back.

When Mr. Evens Announce my name with hers, I smirk and look at Allen who was already smirking too.

"Good luck" I heard him say when I got up walking to her, when I sat down next to her, she turned about to see. That's when I fell for her.

It's like my world is complete she was the one I have been waiting her.

She looks hard to convince.

How do I work this out between us, I mean i don't have any problem with her being a Muslim.
I don't believe in god. I never had the connection towards god.

When she ask me to stop looking at her, she seem annoyed.

I have never met any one like her, then something came up In my mind, her beautiful with all her looks and having a simple makeup.

How about if she has a boyfriend, or someone In her life that is not me.

Nope not happening at all.

When I asked her about her having a boyfriend.

Her reply was deadass was so funny, I couldn't help but laugh.

After the bell rang she quickly left without looking back.

Me and Allen walk out of the classroom talking when he told me, gicel seem to like him back. Allen was all happy about getting her number.

I mean I get and understand his feelings because Currently that's why I'm feeling.

As we were walking in the hallway I saw her walking towards the parking lot and getting inside her friend car.
