"Marwah finally you came." Layla said walking up to her daughter and hugged her, she pulled back and looked at her. "Everything alright?" Marwah nods fake smiling.

"Some girl named Valentina had come earlier asking for you. She said, she had called you and you didn't answer." "Oh really?" Layla nods, walking back to the kitchen.

"Who is she?" "She just relocated here from Mexico, and she's incredibly kind. I've met her a few times and we've become friends. We then traded phone numbers. She works in the mall. I Should call her again"

Marwah slowly walks to the stairs when Layal said "I will be in my room, I feel sleepy." "Alright mom"

She closes the door after entering her room. She sets her bag aside. "Phone--my phone, where is my phone?" She recalled scanning the area of her bedroom.

When she couldn't find it after searching her room, she looked in her purse and discovered her other phone, which she only used for work-related matters. She sighed, took a seat, and continued to wonder where she had put her phone.

When she last remembered it, she was at the mall. After that, she was so stressed out with Allen's behavior and words that she didn't even think about her phone.

She picked up her 'work phone' and quickly ordered a new iPhone.

She bites her nails just thinking about him.

'He still loves me? after all I did? He doesn't hate me?' she thought to herself.

Flashback

Without looking at him, she hesitantly spoke up and asked him to drop her off at the pediatrician's office so she could drive her own car home as they were on their way home. He ignored her and continued to drive for approximately an hour without saying anything. When he stopped the car by the pediatrics, she was taken aback. He had one hand on the steering wheel and the other on his thigh as she looked at him.

She turns to get off when he said, "I will meet you again love." she just stared into his eyes. his beautiful eyes she had missed but then she moved away from him and exited his car.

He waited until she got inside her car and drove away fast.

Flashback ends.

She got up from her bed lost in her thoughts.

'I want him, and I don't want him. I want him near me, but I also don't want him near me.'

'He didn't get married? No kids? Somewhere in my heart I was scared what would happen if he moved on with his life over the years. I just couldn't forget him. She then walked off to the restroom to take a shower.

Next day Saturday Morning

Noah was in his room standing near the mirror putting his watch on his wrist when he heard a knock on his door. "Yes?!" Noah said, turning around to see who it was that was knocking.

Slowly the door opened and revealed his dad.

Noah just stared at him with no emotion, behind him entered his guard ben.

"Hello, son!" Logan approached Noah, grinning, and gave him a bear hug. Noah slowly encircled his father in an embrace.

That was new for them both. Even the last time they gave each other a hug has slipped Noah's mind. He took a step back and turned to face his son.

"Ben, my lovely son, is just like me in terms of appearance." Logan said laughing he looked around to see no one laugh at his joke. His smile slowly disappeared from his face.

"Ben you may leave?!" Logan says nodding at him. Ben nods and leaves, closing the door gently.

"Everything good?" Noah was still standing as Logan asked while seated on the closest sofa next to him. Wakely glancing around and then back at his father, Noah nods. He was berating him and telling him what a terrible son he the last time is they spoke.

Leaving little room between them, Noah sits down and turns to face his father. "You all, right? Noah touched the top of his head. He appears weak.

Logan smiles and nods. "How are you?" "I'm okay"

"Are you here for any particular reason? " Noah says, because when his father visited, he always had a request for him, about business.

"I just —I missed you and wanted to spend some time here with my son," Logan said. "Now you've remembered, you have a son?" Looking at his hands while speaking softly, Noah says.

Logan currently felt hurt, regret, and guilt. From his son, he turns his gaze.

Logan whispered, "I'm sorry," but Noah heard it.

Because he wasn't in the mood to argue with him, Noah simply nodded. He wanted to let him know that his apology couldn't undo the troubles or distance he had brought into their relationship.

"Did you already have breakfast?" Noah shakes his head standing up.

"Me too, then let's have breakfast" Noah nods.

"Valentina" Marwah calls her name as she walks into the store smiling. Valentina who turned around because she heard her name and saw Marwah. She smiled and walked towards her.

She hugged Marwah tightly and pulled back. "You forgot all about me, didn't you?" she fake glared at Marwah. "I know I'm so sorry Valentina --I had lost my phone it was just bad day" Valentina nodded understanding. "And you came to my house, right? I'm sorry again I was not home-" Valentina pulls Marwah arm and walks to the corner with her.

She stops and looks at Marwah. "Don't forget I'm at work so it has to look like you're my customer," Marwah laughs, nodding her head.

Marwah comes home with shopping bags in her hand she had bought from the mall. She sets them on the table and looks up to see her mom smiling and talking on the phone. She then walks upstairs to her room with the shopping bags. "MARWAH MARWAH" she heard her mother's voice as she was shouting. Her heart dropped as she turned around to run just when her mother ran inside her room.

"GOOD NEWS!" Layla said hugging her daughter. Marwah gently pushed her back "MOM YOU-YOU SCARED ME!" Marwah said rasing her voice at her. "Sorry-but guess what? Mena aunty and her son is coming to our house so you guys can meet each other and tell us your decision.

Layal grins tapping her daughter's shoulder. "I am so excited I have to get Everything----Salma Salma I need her back. I have to call her. You make sure you're home tomorrow no matter what!" Before Marwah could say anything, Layla walked out of her room and immediately called Salma.

Marwah just sat on the bed touching her heart.

Logan Pov

As I'm walking around my room, I think about everything. What should I do? first thing is first I need to talk with that Muslim girl. I pick my phone and call ben and told him to set a meeting with her.

Out of all my guard's ben is closer to me. He has been working for me for years, He knows all my secrets. I trust him a lot so this time too I called him and told him to handle the situation.

Noah has been in the office the whole day, it's 7pm right now. He's been working so hard. Ben informed me earlier that Noah was still in office he didn't even go out for lunch break. It honestly breaks my heart seeing him like this.

I started coughing which reminded me I need to take my medications. I have talked with the doctors about my condition, I got to know I have stage one cancer.

I came out of my thoughts when my phone started ringing, I picked up my phone to see ben calling me.

Parking his car, Noah exits the car walking inside his mansion giving the car keys to the servant who was standing near the door.

he walks upstairs to room and locked his door, Throwing his phone on the bed. He quickly took a 15-minute shower when hurry dress up and he stood in his prayer mat and started praying Maghrib salah (Evening prayer).

After he had done, he stayed in his place and once again rested his forehead on the prayer mat. Feeling relaxed and letting out everything that was bothering him.

Today he was in the office all day getting work done. Not only was he stressed and not in the mood but the whole office, his secretary was stressed working super hard. He wanted to finish all his work, his meetings. Because starting tomorrow he wants to focus on her, He wants to take off from office work for a while.

He then stood up and put the prayer mat away.

He picked up his phone which was lying on his bed and turned his phone on, and he smiled, looking at her picture. He had put his phone screen.

"My love soon. You will be with me —just mine.!"

Next day Sunday Afternoon

Marwah looks up at him. He was sitting in front of her staring at her with his brown eyes. "This is a little awkward I-I going to talk, I guess. Someone has to talk." He laughs nervously.

"My name is Abbas Hakim I'm 25 years old." Yes, Abbas was sitting in front of her. They had already come to Marwah's house. Their parents had sent them to the garden to chat and get to know each other. But they had been sitting here for almost 10 minutes.

He continued talking about himself as she just nodded. "Okay I'm done here any questions for me?" Marwah, who wasn't even paying attention to him just quickly shook her head.

"I assume you're just nervous I get it. I am going to be honest with you. I like you. I liked you ever since Mom showed me your picture. But I have one question/Request. I do not want you to wear the hijab after our marriage. Especially during our Nikah, all that. You are beautiful without doubt but without the hijab you will look hotter-" He stops talking when he notices her eyes. His smirk drops. She was glaring at him.

A glare that scares him.

"Sorry to disturb you Guys But ma'am everyone is calling you inside." Marwah nods, looking at Salma. She stood up as he too and walked inside both walk-in silences.

"Marwah where are you going? Tell me what's your answer? How did it go?" Layal said walking behind Marwah as they exited their house.

"Mom when I come back, I will tell you everything I just need some time please" Marwah said unlocking her car she turns around to look at her mother.

"Please just give me a little space mom. I am going to Valentina and we're meeting up in a restaurant. Okay? I love you" Marwah tried hard not to be rude to her in any way. she talked to her softly and kissed her cheek. She got inside her car and soon drove away.

Layla just stood there with a sad expression looking at her car as it disappeared.

"HE WHAT? HIS AUDACITY? WHAT THE FUCK NO WAY?!" Valentina shouted at Marwah. They were seated and had already ordered their meal and were waiting on it. When Marwah told her what happened earlier. And why is her mood so off?

Marwah moved forward her hand and put it on her mouth shutting her up. As she shouted the whole restaurant was gazing at them.

Marwah cheeks were red due to the embarrassment she felt. Valentina pushed back her hands. "Sorry" she muttered looking at Marwah.

"I'm sorry girl but I'm about to throw hands on his stupid ass. I should have been there, No I still can't believe" Valentina has found out about what abbas had said, as Marwah let her know.

"Red flag that's him. Please tell me you rejected him? or you are going to reject him?" Just when the waitress came and served them the food they had ordered.

"Thank you" Marwah said pulling the burger and fries to her side gently. After the waitress left Marwah look at her. "Mom asked for my answer when I am coming here to meet you. I told her to give me some time.

Valetina nods. "All I know is that you're going to reject him. And look for better guy."

"Ben what happen to the job I gave you?" logan said going through some papers on his bed. "Tomorrow is Monday which means she will be at work, sir you can meet her tomorrow without any problem." Logan sighs, he stops whatever he was doing and looks up.

"I don't even know how I am going to look at the girl? and ask her to be my daughter in law."

"Marwah--- Marwah is her name." Ben said looking at his boss.

"With a gun, I warned her to stay away from my son. I destroyed both her and my son's lives. I-" just then they heard a phone ringing sound. Logan and ben looked around when the sound was coming from behind the closed door. ben without wasting any second, he walks to the door and quickly open.

There stood Noah. in his hand was his phone ringing but he wasn't paying attention. He was frozen in his spot.

Ben and logan was shocked to see there standing and he had listened to their conversation. He was looking for his dad but before he could knock, he heard what they said.

He had crimson eyes. He experienced goosebumps all over his body. His back touched the wall as he took a step back as his body began to tremble. Ben and Logan were unable to leave their position. It was like They appeared to have witnessed the angel of death.

"Son---Son" Logan said scared slowly taking steps towards Noah.

"It was you---My own father who made her disappeared from my life." tears leaving his eyes. He slowly looks up into his eyes.

"My own father snatched my happiness. My peace, my life. You knew how much I loved her?!" His voice was so deadly, but he did not raise his voice.

He takes a step forward pushing ben aside he walked towards his dad and stood in front of him. His dad in shame and guilt lowered his eyes from his own son and looked down.

"This whole time you knew everything--yet not once you spoke up or brought her to me? four years! four years passed with pain i-i have no words." he paused.

"Everything was a lie!? From the beginning you acted like you care! but you never did." "Please listen-" Logan tried touching him but Noah immediately steps back and raises his hands. "Do not touch me!" he said, running away from the room.

He ran downstairs crying.

crying like a baby.

He sat inside his car and locked the doors. He had no one to go. He put his hands on his face and cried as much as he could.

his throat was hurting from holding back. The scream.

With shaky hands he took his phone and texted his guard who was keeping an eye on her. To send her address where she is at.

Within a few seconds her address was sent to him. Putting the address on the map in his phone he started driving.

He wiped his tears smiling. his heart felt relief in knowing that she didn't betray him.

When he arrived, he quickly exited the car, looking up, he saw his guard. "There she is" The guard pointed to Marwah. She exited the restaurant with Valentina, and hugged each other, parting their ways.

Marwah was walking to her car when Naoh ran and stood in front of her. She gasped and got scared seeing him so suddenly. He was taking deep breaths. Without wasting any second, he hugged her so tight.

his hands were around her waist tightly like she was going to disappeared.

before she could push him back. She heard him sobbing.

her body froze. his cries broke her heart. "Noah" she calls worried.

He didn't respond but kept pulling her more into him, wanting her arms around him. Wanting her touch.

She close her eyes and finally hugged him back and rubbed his back. "Noah" she called again but now he was silently crying. her hand went to his hair, she touched softly and tried again to step back from his hold, but he wouldn't let go. She again tried and this time she placed her hands on his face and cupped his face. Making him look at her. She wiped his tears with her fingers gently.

"Noah what happened? you're scaring me?!"

"I have found the truth about my dad how he separated us!" her eyes widen looking at him. He nods.

"My own dad did this to me!—to us!" He hugged her again.

He pulls back and stares at her. "Is that why you were gone like that? Do you know how much I desire for you? how much pain I was in. How much I cried for you!" She put her head on his chest, closing her eyes.

"How can you be so cruel denying my love for you? you are telling me you never loved me?!" He made her look at him.

"Tell me! Talk to me. everything— from beginning till now!" She pushes him back.

"It doesn't matter now it's too late now." He glares at her.

"EVERYTHING MATTERS WHEN IT COMES TO YOU." She closes her eyes looking down crying.

He touched his head, his back hit the car, just then he fainted on the ground. "Sir" the guard called running when they Saw Noah on the ground. Marwah opens her eyes and gasp she then sat down near him touching his face "NOAH NOAH"
