Yooin's POV

I have been waiting for Jongin for 2hours and he didn't message me nor call me. Usually, he would message me and tell me to not worry about him and go to sleep early, but now,there's no messages, no calls. The sweet Jongin i knew is no longer here. But i believe he still loves me. He's just too busy.

"Jongin, do you love me?" I asked Jongin while playing with his hands.

"Of course. Why would i not love you babe?" He said and kissed my lips.We shared a passionate long kiss.

That was two years ago.

Jongin ah, don't tire yourself arasso?U must be busy with your dance. Hehe^^ Good nite baby.

Okay. u too baby :)

That was 1 year ago. Now,he would message me 'k' or 'nite'.Which is so cold to me. Today, he did not reply my calls nor my messages. I decided to go to SM Building to find him. Since I'm a trainee there, I was able to enter.I entered and walked to Exo's practice room. I saw Jongin in the room. I entered.

"Jongin..." I mumbled. As he was too focused in his dance, he didn't notice me. I took a sit at the couch behind. When the music stopped,he saw me.

"Oh..What bring you here?" He asked while drinking water.

"I was worried.." I said. He ignored me and continue his dance for 1 hour without stopping

"Jongin. Take a break. Drink some water." I said and passed him the bottle.

"No, wait." He said and continued his dance. I backed off to let him dance.

"Arghh! Why can't I do this?!" He said furiously.

"Jongin, take a break. You have to drink some water." I said.

"Stop irritating me! You're So irritating. Urgh!"He knocked the bottle off my hands. I was shocked. What's wrong with you Jongin? I tried to hold in my tears and picked up the bottle. Someone knocked on the door and it was Krystal.

"Jonginnie!" She said. Jonginnie. It was the only name i called Jongin.

"Krystal!" He shouted and walked to her. He was happy. Really happy.

Author's POV

Krystal entered and gave a bottle of water to Jongin. They sat down and chat happily. They talked and laughed happily. She was prettier, she was more cheerful than you. She had a prettier body than you. Who wouldn't like her? She had everything you didn't have.

Finally, they ended their conversation. Krystal walked out and left Jongin smiling behind. He turned behind and saw you standing, making his smile fade.

"Oh, sorry, I forgot that you were here." Jongin said while drinking the water Krystal gave him.

You felt a hard pang in your heart making it feel like being shot on spot. You swallowed your saliva and pack your things. You cried without him knowing. While you were packing your things, he back hugged you. You got a shock. You closed your eyes tightly and struggled to escape from his embrace.

"I'm sorry Yooin."He burst out.

"Forgive me?" He asked. Your  heart softened and you looked at him.

"Okay, I forgive you. Jongin, please do not hurt me ever again."

"I promise." You smiled at him and he kissed my lips.

-A week later-

Jongin's busy and you are also busy in debuting with your members. Finally, it was the free day for you and Jongin. From that day onwards, Jongin never change. He was still the same. He didn't say 'I love you' nor ask you whether you are tired or not.

My phone rang."Yobseyeo?"I answered.

"Jongin!"I exclaimed when i heard his voice.

"Yooin ah. Do you want to have dinner together  tonight?"He asked.

"Okay!"I shouted and i was happy.

"I'll pick you up at 7.30 tonight."He said.

"Okay bye."I said and he hung up.

Your smile was brighter than the stars in the sky, it could reach the galaxy.You looked at the clock and it was 6pm.You started to get ready and wore the dress Jongin gave you on your 19th birthday,the day both of  you started dating.bYou put on some make up and Jongin messaged you and said that he have reached. You walked out and saw Jongin outside.

"It's been a while huh?"He asked.

"Yeah."You said and made your way to his car entering, so did Jongin.

"So..where are we going?"I asked.

"Secret."He said.

You smiled and knew that he was bringing you to a special place.

He drove to a cafe and parked his car.

"So..this is a surprise?"You asked.

"No, i'm bringing you to another place after this."He said.

Both of you walked in and Jongin ordered Hot chocolate for you.He placed it infront and sat opposite you. You blow your breath on the window and wrote: love you Kim Jongin.bYou hoped that he saw it but when u turned your head, you saw him looking around busily.

"Jongin!"You called out to him. He was still looking at something or someone..

"Jongin.."You called once more.

"What?"He asked without turning his head.

"I have something to show you."You said.

"I'm busy."He said.

You pouted and played with your fingers while looking down.You turned around and checked what he was looking at.Your heart shattered into pieces when you saw Krystal, the 'beauty Queen' walked in.

"Jong-" You didn't even finish your sentence and he walked to her. He walked to the table with Krystal.

"This is Krystal." He said while introducing her to you and both of you  shook hands.

"Hi,i'm Yooin,Jongin's - " You wasn't able to finish your sentence and Jongin cut in.

"My bestfriend."He said while smiling.

Kim Jongin,am i only a friend to you?

Your heart hurt a lot.

"She's coming with us."

You felt your body heat up with anger. You thought it was just you two, not anyone else. You thought it was a date with only Jongin. Didn’t he realise how long you have waited just to go out with only him?

Hiding your true feelings, you nodded with a weak smile. Jongin  sat on his seat as Krystal sat beside him. With shaking hands, you pick up your hot chocolate and took a sip trying your best not to cry in front of them. Feeling left out, they talked about their members in their group as you sat there not listening to a thing they were saying. Wasn’t this my date? Isn’t he supposed to be accompanying me not her? Am I… the third wheel?

You stood up.

"I'm sorry,i have to leave first."You said. Jongin only nodded his head and continued talking to Krystal.

Yooin's POV

I  left with tears in my eyes and ran as far as my legs could carry mev.I fell down at a dark alley and cried my lungs out.

"Yooin?" Someone called me from behind.

"LuHan Oppa?"It was LuHan Oppa,Jongin's bestfriend in EXO. I ran forward and hugged him.

"Ssh..don't cry."He said. I told him everything and he was very angry with Jongin.

"That Jongin..Don't worry Yooin,i'll make you forget about of him

."Oppa,i'm scared i would not forget him.It has been 3years."I said, still crying.

"I will help you." He said. I nodded my head and he fetched me home.

Author's POV

Jongin walked Krystal home and found out that you was missing.

"Krystal, ai need to go back to the cafe first.bSee you tomorrow?"He asked.She nodded her head and Jongin drove back to the cafe. It was closed and you were not there. He started to panic and drove to your house.

He rang the bell and you opened the door in your pajamas.

"Yooin, where have you been.I had been worried sick!" He said.

"Worried sick?" You asked while trying not to laugh.

"Eo! I found out that you was missing and you didn't text me nor call me"Jongin said.

"Even if I had text you, you wouldn't care." You said with sarcasm in your tone.

"What do you mean Yooin?"He asked, which was the most stupid question in the world. He entered your house and you closed the door.

"Kai. I'm tired of your nonsense. It had been 3 freaking years. I'm tired Kai."

"Stop calling me Kai." He paused. "I hate it."

"Kai."You said.

"I SAID STOP CALLING ME THAT!"He shouted and I flinched a little.

"You didn't care about me Jongin!"I shouted back at him. He stepped forward and i stepped back.

"I'm your boyfriend. Why wouldn't I care?"

You shook your head.

“No you wouldn’t Jongin. Then how come you didn’t realise I went?”

Jongin stayed silent as he felt a pang in his heart. You were right, he didn’t realise that you went.

"You were having fun with Krystal you didn’t even realise Jongin." You said as tears build up in your eyes.

"You ignored me."

Jongin didn't say anything. Yes, he did ignored you. Yes, he didn’t realise you were gone. But he couldn’t admit his mistakes.

"You like her right?"You asked Jongin.

He stayed silent.

"Of course.She's prettier than me.She's much better than me."You said with a laugh.

"No.."He said.

"Jongin..I..Let's go separate ways. It would be better for the both of us. I'm sure you would be fine without me." You said while crying.

Jongin stared at you, waiting for you to say that you are joking. But, tears don't lie.You was crying. Your heart was aching. Jongin was hurt as well. He felt his heart aching and he now understands how you feel all this while.

You pushed him out.

"I'll see you another day Jongin." You said and was about to shut the door. You remembered something. You took a box out. The box was filled with photos of you and kai, the presents he gave you and the watch you are supposed to give him that day on your 3rd anniversary with him. You handed him the box. You took out the couple necklace you have with him and place it on his hands.He felt something cold on his hands and looked at his hands.

"Give it to Krystal. Kai, thank you for loving me. I loved you." You said and kissed his cheeks with tears on your face.You closed the door and he cried. He held the necklace tightly and drove back home. I love you Yooin. Jongin thought as he drove back home, crying. When he reached home,he opened the box of things you gave him and he saw everything inside. He looked at a photo placed on his desk. It was our 2nd anniversary. Now he remembers.He held the photo tightly and tears hit the photo. He fell asleep while wearing the watch you gave him and hugging the photo tightly, while saying 'i love you' repeatedly.

He knew it was too late. Everything's over. She wouldn't return back to him. Everything was caused by him. He regret it now.
