"We can't leave you like this!" I shouted but Knightwing just smirked at me.

"We'll be fine. I knew this was coming for a long time, we all did." She says dragging us towards one of the back doors.

"Shiela! Izzy! Get these two out of here! Things are gonna get dark." She smirks as the black haired Shiela and blue haired Isabelle come rushing over.

The two girls smirked at one another and nodded and I watched Knightwing prepare herself.

Her eyes turned completely red as she knelt down, preparing herself for her big power. Black smoke appeared out of her hands and began to fill the entire room before she began to change.

First her hand and feet, changing into giant black paws before it worked up to her back, extending her tailbone into a tail, and her face? Well that gave her sharp k-nines and glowing red eyes with long black slits

She was a black wolf.

"Alright, you saw her, now let's go." Shiela says pushing me through the door and out the back.

"We have to go back! We can help!" April shouts trying to run back, but Isabelle grabs hold of her forearms, forcing her to listen.

"I know you can. And it would be incredibly amazing to fight with you but that's not how things are written." She say forces into my blonde to listen to her.

"Yeah, we gotta get you two out so you can get to Aurora so you can find at the library A-"

"Shiela Shoosh! We don't want You to spoil the story! You gotta at least let them figure some of it out by themselves." Isabelle warns and I raise my eyebrow.

"So you guys already know?" I raise my eyebrows at her.

Isabelle tugs at her lip, "it's hard to explain..."

"No it's not. Basically the author has written four books, one for each of you. Some parts cross over and become one book itself, which is what happened to you and April." Shiela explains proudly and simply.

"That means you know who the others are? Their names, what they look like? Can't you tell us now! It'll get everything done so much faster!"

Isabelle looks to Shiela in conflict, "It's not a good idea. It could disrupt the whole story, and I want things staying exactly as they are."

I sigh in annoyance, "And we can't change your mind?"

Isabelle shook her head to say no, and reluctantly, Shiela followed.

"Elle, it's ok. We can get through this. We've figured out so much already. It just proves that we are using our brains the right way." April argued as we slowed down resting against a tree, catching her breath.

I sat down, as so did Shiela. I think we were deep enough through the forest to have lost them. We had stopped on a clearing, which just seemed to be the end of a dirt track in front of us.

"If we follow this track, there's a train station which has a bus that goes to Aurora." Shiela pointed out. The dirt track looks like it was walked on, but not recently. That's shown by the slightly overgrown weeds which are making their way into the track.

But the sound of guns in the distance gave me a worrying feeling in my stomach.

"They'll be fine. It's not the first time we've been ambushed. They try to shoot us down but we get back up again."

"Does that mean there was more of you?" Quizzically April asked.
