What makes me surprise isn't that. It's the fact that he's willingly to actually admit that he was jealous of Suo for carrying me. I honestly didn't think he would admit the fact that he was jealous of Suo for carrying me on his back. You sure are full of surprises, huh, Haruka?

Y/N P.O.V

Haruka keeps carrying me on his back. Both of his hands are behind my knees to keep me supported on his back. My arms are wrapped loosely around his neck. I rest my chin on his shoulder as he walks towards the direction of Pothos Cafe. He's hoping that Kotoha would know how to give my leg a proper treatment.

"You should've been more careful, Y/N..." Haruka said. He turn to look at me over his shoulder. I lift my head from his shoulder. I smile sheepishly. He let out a sigh. "Man... what am I gonna do with you?" He said.

"Oh, you know you love me..." I said, gently poking his cheek. His cheek turns bright red, making me let out a giggle. "Awee. My boyfrie is flustered~" I cooed softly.

"Shut it..." he said, stammering a little. I let out a giggle at his reaction. I lightly poke his neck. He flinch at my action. "Don't do that! What if I drop you?" He said. He huffed as I just laugh at him.

"I know you wouldn't drop me. I trust you with my life, Haru-Chan..." I said. He just turn his head away. Both of his cheeks turning even redder. The tips of his ears are also turning red. I let out hushed giggle as I place my lips on his shoulder to muffle my laugh.

I help Haruka open the door to the cafe by pushing it. "Hey, Kotoha..." I said, as we enter the cafe. She turn her head to look at me. She raises an eyebrow when she sees me on Haruka's back. He walks towards one of the chair, gently placing me on the chair. "Ow ow..." I said, as I move my leg a little.

"Are you okay? Why is he carrying you?" Kotoha asked as she walks over to me. She kneels down on the ground in front of me. "Did you sprained your ankle?" She said. I smile sheepishly and nod my head.

"Yeah... I had a little accident earlier. Just being a little clumsy" I said. She shakes her head. I just let out a laugh. She gently helps me remove my shoe, being careful as to not move it too much. I wince a little.

"Damn... that's a huge bruise" she said. Haruka leans down next to her as he takes a look. "Better put some ice there to help with the swelling. I'll go and grab some for you. Be right back" she said. She stands up and walks off.

She walks back not long after. "Should I do it or do you want to? She is your girlfriend after all. Take care of her, will you?" She said. Haruka just takes it from her. He turn his head to look at me. He takes a seat on the ground, allowing me to rest my leg on his lap. "Just be careful..." she said.

"I know that. Ain't no way I'm hurting my girlfriend on purpose" Haruka said, looking slightly irritated by what hat she said. He gently places the ice pack on my bruise. I wince a little and he notices. "S-Sorry..." he said, staring up at me with an apologetic gaze.

"It's fine..." I said, reassuringly. I just give him a soft smile, assuring him that I'm okay. I turn my head to look at Kotoha to see her cooing at us. I feel a drop of sweat running down the side of my head. She never misses any opportunity to tease Haruka and I. I let out a sigh and shakes my head.

"What?" Haruka said, noticing my reaction. He turn his head to look at Kotoha who keeps making kissy faces at us. "Oi!!" He said, cheeks turning beet red after seeing the girl's action. She burst out laughing at his reaction. I just let out a hushed giggle. Haruka huffed and turn to look at me. "Are you feeling better, Y/N?" He asked.

"I am... but, it still kind of hurt" I said, wincing a little as he try to examine my foot. He stares at me with a look of concern. "I'm sure I'll be fine in a couple of days" I said.

"Then I'll make sure to look after you in those couple of days" he said, making me smile softly. He gently move my foot from his lap and stand up. "Should I get you home? It'll be best for you to get some rest. So your foot would heal better" he asked. I smile and nod my head. He turn his body around, urging me to get on his back. I just do as asked. I slowly wrap my arms loosely around his neck. He places his hands behind my knees.

"Thanks for the ice, Kotoha" I said. She smiles at me and wishes me to get well soon. I smile softly at her. I place my chin on Haruka's shoulder as he makes his way out of the cafe with me on his back.

A While Later

We reach my house. I help Haruka push the door open with my hand as we make our way inside. He walks to my room and gently place me on the bed.

"Thanks, Haru-Chan..." I said. I smile softly at him as a sign of gratitude. He leans down, placing a soft kiss on my forehead. I smile at his loving gesture. He's always been so gentle with me.

"Anything for you, Y/N. It's my job to look after you because you're my girlfriend. I'd be a bad boyfriend if I let my girlfriend fend for herself when she's injured" he said.

My heart feels warm after hearing his comment. I'm so happy that I get to meet someone like him. I'm thankful that he's my boyfriend. I wouldn't want anyone else. I only want him. I only want Sakura Haruka.
