Ana, Dizzy, Mal, Evie and Jane are in Ana and Dizzy’s room and the Tremaine girls are doing their homework, well mostly Dizzy is doing her homework from her other classes, Evie is sewing something with Ana’s sewing machine that she has. Mal is reading her spellbook.

“Mom says, ‘if a boy can’t see the beauty within, then he’s not worth it.’ Can you believe it…what world does she live in?” Jane complains about her mother as no one was really listening to her ranting.

“Auradon.” Dizzy and Ana say in unison, and without looking at each other they smirk as they’re both reading books.

“Iz, do you like it?” Evie asks Dizzy as it’s a short Victorian dress that’s a teal color.

“I love it.” Dizzy says with a little squeal as Evie smiles at the girl.

“Thanks.” Evie says as she doesn't want to tell Dizzy that it’s going to be hers.

“I’ll never get a boyfriend.” Jane says as she sits down on Ana’s bed.

“Boyfriends are overrated.” Mal says as Ana nods her head at the purple haired girl.

“And how would you know, Mal? You never had one.” Dizzy says as Mal shrugs her shoulders.

“It’s because they’re a waste of time.” Mal says to the girl and she couldn’t help but nod her head.

“I forgot to do Chad’s homework! Oh, no! Oh, no, no, no.” Evie says as she grabs Chad’s backpack and starts doing his homework. Ana and Dizzy both give Evie a look, as they wonder why she’s doing his homework, when he should be doing his homework,

“Evie, I have a question?” Dizzy asks as she doesn't look up from her history book.

“What’s that Diz?” Evie asks as she starts his chemistry homework.

“Why are you doing Chad’s homework, when he should be the one doing this work?” Dizzy asks as Ana nods her head at Dizzy.

“Because in order for me and him to go on a date, I have to do his homework.” Evie says getting slightly agitated.

“Oh.” Dizzy says as she turns the page to her book. “Sounds fun.” 

“It really is.” Evie says as she’s almost done with his chemistry.

Ana and Dizzy’s bedroom door open and it’s revealed that a girl who is the same age as the girls, walks into the bedroom.

“Hey, guys! I’m Lonnie. My Mom’s Mulan?” Lonnie says as Evie and Mal look up at her like she’s crazy or something. “No? Anyways, I love what you’ve done with Jane’s hair, and I know you hate us, and, well, you’re evil. But do you think you can do mine?” Lonnie asks Mal in particular, as Dizzy smiles at the girl.

“Why would I do that for you?” Mal asks Ana tilts her head confused, but doesn’t say anything.

“I’ll pay you 50 dollars.” Lonnie says, shaking the little bag that she has, and Evie immediately gets up once again and walks over to Lonnie.

“Good answer. I need to buy more material. Let’s see, I’m thinking, we lose the bangs, maybe some layers, and some highlights.” Evie says as she’s thinking what she can do for Lonnie’s hair..

“Yeah, no. I want it to be cool. Like, Analia’s,” Lonnie says as Ana stops reading her book and she looks at Lonnie confused.

“Really?” Ana asks her like it was a stupid question.

“The split ends too?” Evie asks Mal, and she groans before getting up, with her spellbook in hand.

“Beware, forswear, replace the old with cool hair.” Mal says, reading off a spell from her book and when she’s done, Lonnie walks to the mirror and admires her new hair.

“I know. I know. It looks like a mop on your head. You know what? Let’s cut it off, layer it….” Evie says and Lonnie turns to her and then back at the mirror shaking her head.

“No, no, no, no, no! I love it.” Lonnie says and Evie gives her a look and Lonnie continues to smile at her new hairdo.

“It’s just….” Lonnie says before ripping her dress, that she’s wearing. “Now, I’m cool.”

“Like ice.” Dizzy says smiling and Jane goes to the mirror and does the same thing that Lonnie did and then she realizes her mistake that she did and she covers her mouth with her hand.

“What did I just do? Mom’s gonna kill me!” Jane says shocked that she actually just did that, and her mother’s gonna be mad at her, when she finds out what she did to her dress.

“Just say that it got caught on something, and she’ll maybe understand.” Dizzy suggests to Jane, as Mal, Evie, and Ana all give her a look and she shrugs her shoulders.

“Okay.” Mal, Evie and Ana all say before looking in different directions.

Jay is sitting in the bleachers with the tourney coach, and he’s talking about how he wants Jay to be on the team after seeing his abilities that he’s seen at practice earlier.

“I could really use a tough guy like you. The team’s a bunch of princes, if you know what I mean.” Coach Jenkins says explaining that a team is like a family.

Jay misheard what the Coach says and thought that it was something else, and the Coach stops him. “Jay! Jay, Jay, Jay!”

“You rip…” Jay says and the Coach grabs his arm and brings him back to sit on the bleachers.

“Let me explain a team. Uh, it’s like a family.” Coach says to Jay and he turns his face to what he was going to say and thinks of something else.

“You do not want to be at my house at dinner time.” Jay says to the Coach.

“Okay, okay, um… You know how a body has a lot of different parts? The legs, elbows, ears. But they all need each other. Well, that’s what a team is…different players, who work together to win. Make any sense?” Coach explains like he was talking to a child and Jay turns to him with a smirk.

“Can I be the fist?” Jay asks the coach and he nods his head at the teenager and Jay holds his fist up at the coach.

After he gets his first jersey he goes to Ana and Dizzy’s room where the rest of the VKs are. He opens the door and walks in with a smile and the rest of them minus Jane.

“Yo-ho-ho!” Jay smiles and everyone looks up minus Dizzy who fell asleep about half an hour before Jay came. 

“Hey!” Carlos and Ana reply in unison as he’s sitting on the edge of Ana’s bed with Dude in his lap.

“Did your plan work with Jane? Are you going to see the wand?” Jay asks Mal and she looks up stressed, as she’s been trying to work but none of the spells are working like she planned.

“DO you think that I would be going through every single spell in this book? If I hadn’t completely struck out?!” Mal snaps at Jay and he holds his hands up in defense.

“Oh, someone’s in a bad mood.” Carlos mutters Mal's right behind him and she thumps him on his head.

“My mom’s counting on me!! I can’t let her down!” Mal says as Carlos rubs where Mal thumped him on his head.

“We can do this…if we stick together.” Jay says starting their little mantra, that they have.

“And we won’t go back until we do. Because we’re rotten…” Mal says.

“To the core.” They finish their little manta as Dizzy mumbled it in her sleep.

“Oh yeah. I found out that fairy godmother blesses Ben with the wand at the coronation we all get to go to. I have nothing to wear of course.” Evie says as Mal looks up, giving her a look, and then there’s a knock on the door that catches all of their attention and makes Dizzy suddenly wake up from the noise.

“What?” Evie says as Mal gets up before turning to Evie, who is confused as she thinks that she said something.

“Hold that thought.” Mal says smirking at Evie before walking towards the door and it reveals that it was Charleigh who was knocking on the door.

“Hey, Mal. I didn’t see you guys today. I was just wondering if you had any questions or anything…that…you needed…” Charleigh says trailing off a little with her words, and Mal shakes her head no.

“Not that I know of.” Mal says turning back to the rest of the VKs and they shake their heads no also.

“Okay. All right. Well uh, if you need anything, just uh…” Ben says and then Mal shuts the door in her face, and she was about to leave when Mal reopens the door.

“Oh, wait! Um, is it true that we all get to go to Ben's coronation?” Mal asks the blonde girl and she nods her head.

“Yeah the whole school goes.” Charleigh says answering her question and Carlos smiles at the thought of going to the event with Ana.

“Wow. That is beyond exciting. Do you think that it’s a possibility that the six of us could stand in the front row next to Fairy Godmother, just so we could soak up all that goodness?” Mal says as Jay and Ana give her a look for almost ruining their plans to steal the wand at the coronation.

“I wish you could. Up front it’s just me, my brother, my parents and my boyfriend.” Charleigh says as Jay is shocked that she has a boyfriend, as she never mentioned one.

“And your boyfriend?” Mal says a little confused that Charleigh has a boyfriend as the girl never mentioned that she has a boyfriend.

“Yeah, I’m sorry.” Charleigh says frowning, and Mal and Jay nod in understanding.

“Okay, thanks bye.” Mal says closing the door before he could say anything Mal turns to the VKs, smirking.

“I think it’s time for Miss Charleigh to get herself a new boyfriend, and I need a love spell?” Mal says as Carlos tosses her the spellbook and she catches it swiftly.

“Wait, who is Charleigh’s boyfriend?” Jay asks out loud as he’s still shocked that Charleigh has a boyfriend.

“I think his name is Eli, he’s the son of Eugene and Rapunzel.” Dizzy says rubbing her eyes sleepily as she was having a good dream.

“That makes sense.” Jay says with a frown on his face at the thought of Charleigh having a boyfriend as he’s seen Eli on the Tourney Team and he’s full of himself,
