A Cup of Tea with Heichou

I run faster and faster as I try to keep up with Petra. I pant heavily as my feet began to grow heavy as we ran around the building. I pout a little bit with small tears in the corner of my eyes groaning.

"I don't wanna do this anymore..." I whine a little sighing.

"Haha don't worry. It could have been the worst punishment," Petra laughs sympathetically as we run beside each other.

"I know but he didn't get that upset."

"Well, you know how he is."

...

"Who gets upset about spilling moping water?! I did it to quicken the god damn process!" I pout as I run more with more frustration.

[Rewind real quickly]

"Today we are gonna clean this building and it better be spick and clean. I don't wanna see any dust or dirt left over. If I find anything I am making you do that whole room again, understood?" Levi stares all of us down.

He's a real clean freak. Like a real freak. Like he can't stand a single mess.

A few days ago when he first brought me to meet the rest of the Recon. He introduced me to everyone and showed me around quickly. He was direct but most of the time he was silent and talked when he explained. So it wasn't anything too exciting.

ANYWAYS

Later that day he gave me a room not too far from his own. I got used to the room and when I got everything I needed, I made my room and someone dropped dinner by my room because Levi had requested I stayed in my room the rest of the day. However, I made the mistake of eating my dinner on the bed and I accidentally dropped some food on the bed by accident while I was eating. I made the mistake of reading a book while I ate and I accidentally spilled my spoonful of mashed potatoes. The second those potatoes spilled onto my blanket Levi busted down that door.

"I was gonna go easy on you but you made a mess. I expect you to hand wash your whole sheets by midnight tonight." Levi stares deeply into my soul with a deadly aura around him.

"Yes, Levi," I gulped nervously.

"Huh?"  A tick mark forms on his forehead.

"Heichou! I meant Heichou! I...I will get to it Heichou!!!" I blush red from saying his name as I jump off my bed spilling the rest of my food onto the floor as the plate falls with a loud crashing sound.

We both stare at the mess I made on the floor.

I'm done for...

"And add to cleaning this whole floor to your list cadet. Is that understood?" Levi's gray eyes stare like daggers into my soul.

"Y-Yes Heichou!" I cried and my miserable night began.

It all started with a small mess. It was a small mess. Then it got worse after.

[Back to Present]

I cried a bit as we finally finish our last lap around the building. I fall to the ground panting heavily. Petra bends over placing her hands on her knees panting beside me and giggles a little.

"Good job! Haha don't worry it will get easier with time," She laughs.

I didn't even say a word I just gave her a thumbs up. I was too tired to even say a word. I slowly roll on the ground onto my back staring up at the slightly red and orange hazed sky. I smile to myself as I reach my hand out to the lovely sky.

"Such a lovely sky," I say under my breath as I take in the cool wind blowing past us.

I was daydreaming like no tomorrow because I didn't notice Petra calling my name. She tries to get my attention but fails as she went silent and stands up straight with a straight face. I sigh as I look up to see Levi staring down at me.

"Seems like you are still not tired. If you have time to sit around and daydream then you have time to clean up again. Get your lazy ass up and get back to cleaning the floors," Levi orders as he smirks glaring down at me in frustration.

"Heichou!" My voice goes up an octave as I quickly stood up straight dusting off my pants.

Levi tchs at me and walks off without another word.

"If you want I can help you..." Petra says but I told her it was fine and that she could get dinner and do her stuff.

She sighs smiling nervously as she just walks off.

I smile a little as she walks off waving to her. I sigh as she disappears out of sight and I walk off to get cleaning supplies and I went to the room I was cleaning before and began to wipe and mop the whole room all over again.

[Timeskip]

"Finally," I sigh as I wipe the sweat off the top of my forehead as I finish cleaning the whole room.

I put away the cleaning supplies and went to take a quick rinse. I put on a large white shirt with a pair of black pants under. I felt my stomach twist in pain as it growls. I sigh as I rub my stomach. I didn't eat dinner. I missed out since I had to finish cleaning that room. I whine a little knowing that it was time to sleep soon. Maybe I could sneak a small snack so I won't be as hungry.

I quietly made my way to the kitchen and look around for a snack. I smile a bit as I spot some food on the counter.

"Some bread and butter! Thank god..." I state as I walk over to the food and prep it a little bit by slicing up the bread and spread on some butter.

I take a few bites enjoying the plain food. I sigh as I sulk a bit.

"I can't believe I've stooped so low to just be eating alone and be eating left overs."

I pout a bit as I ate the bread until.

"Is that so."

I jump a bit and choke on the bread and cough it out as I turn around to look at Levi who was standing by the doorway with crossed arms.

" Heichou! What are you doing here?" I blush a bit.

"I was just drinking some tea. I am a busy man so I made some tea," Levi states sighing.

"I see..."

There was a moment of silence. I took another piece of bread as I began to walk away but then Levi calls out to me making me stop in my tracks.

"Who said you could leave?"

"OH! I uh just thought that maybe I should leave so you could, you know, enjoy your alone time?"

"But I didn't say that you could leave. Come join me," He turns away from me before I could say a word.

"I'm gonna die tonight," I mumble to myself as I slowly follow Levi out of the kitchen.

"Oi," Levi points to the seat across from him.

"Please excuse the intrusion," I state flustered as I sit across from him and look down into my lap.

I could feel the heat rising from my cheeks to my ears. I try to calm myself down as I look up Levi drinking his warm tea. Gods he is so good looking. I glance up at him as he takes a few sips from his teacup.

"You know... you are doing very well. For someone who just was put in without any training, you are very skilled. It's quite impressive," Levi says as he leans back into his seat taking another sip.

I felt a blush form across my face as I gulp looking away from him.

"I ahem I'm glad you think that. I really lov..... I MEAN I MEAN UHHHHH I UH I'M AHEM I THINK OR UH I ALDFHADS I REALLY APPRECIATE HOW  HARD WORKING YOU ARE! It may not be normal to say this but for me, it's a dream to be even with you like this. Hehe, I guess I'm just really happy to be just sitting across from you," I state blushing like crazy as I smile like a dork giggling to hide my embarrassment.

Levi just stares at me which makes me grow more nervous.

"Wow its uh pretty late! Have a good night Le... Heichou!" I stood up flustered and quickly leave to my room.

[Levi's POV]

"I ahem I'm glad you think that. I really lov..... I MEAN I MEAN UHHHHH I UH I'M AHEM I THINK OR UH I ALDFHADS I REALLY APPRECIATE HOW HARD WORKING YOU ARE! It may not be normal to say this but for me, it's a dream to be even with you like this. Hehe, I guess I'm just really happy to be just sitting across from you," She states blushing like crazy as she smiles like a cute little dork giggling to hide my embarrassment.

I felt my heart race as I just stare at her which makes me grow more nervous she squirms a little.

"Wow its uh pretty late! Have a good night Le... Heichou!" She stood up out of nowhere flustered and quickly left me there.

I just sat there trying to keep my composure. I can't help but put my cup of tea down. I blush red as I look away covering my face furrowing my eyebrows flustered.

"What are you doing to me dammit..."
