James POV:
"Ok you can start" lily says
"Ok so Sirius black comes from a abusive type of family. Everyone hurts each other in that house hold. When Sirius and I met in the 6th grade we became best friends instantly before met Remus and peter. We became like brothers. We then met Remus and peter a week or two later and became the marauders. In the summer after the 6th school year, Sirius started staying over a lot up to the point where my mum and dad made a guest room his personal room. My mum always had a open place in her heart for Sirius and the boys because she had me at a older age and never had more children afterwards even though she wanted a whole bunch. She always thought of Sirius as her own. After the end of freshman year, his family became more and more abusive. They even cut slits in his arms when he misbehaved. One rainy night Sirius came to my house around 2 in the morning with a black eye and busted lip. I still remember the weak smile he tried to give me but the pain in his eyes. My parents found out and had a huge fight with his parents. His parents refused to let Sirius live with us so Sirius ran away. They didn't care enough to look for him. Sirius was so happy that it happened! He's been calling my parents mom and dad for years now and he's been calling me and Remus his brothers. He even wants to change his last name but he's isn't 18 yet. Sirius met marlene when he was visiting for the first time. They bonded instantly. My parents had a long going bet with Marlenes parents. They knew that they would get together but they didn't know who would tell who first. The guys thought Marlene was gonna confess her love and the girls thought Sirius was."
I say
"Wow James thats crazy.." she says
"What about Remus, what's his story" she asks

"Well Remus has always been neglected. His dad is a business man and his mom is a lawyer so they bring home the money but no love. He had nothing until he met me, Sirius and peter. We helped him see he's something in this world. That he's our friend. Sirius, Remus and I are very close and are like brothers. We even have a room for him in my house. That's why Sirius is so protective of him, he doesn't want to see his brother be in a bad and fucked up situation. I'm less protective because I know Remus is smart and will get through it"
"Shit, well what about peter" she asks

"Peter is a rich boy who has other mates besides us. He likes hanging out with us but stays quite and doesn't help us when we all need it. He's nice but not as close to me as Remus and Sirius are."
"James you are...the best person I've met" she says pecking my lips
"Why?" I ask
"You're just so generous and loving and so is your family"
"Lily, it's 4 in the morning. You should go in" I say holding her hand
"Only if you come in so I can give you a ice pack" she says dragging me out of the car

Once we get in we see her mother and father sitting on the couch
"What in the name of Merlin where you doing out this late" she asks getting up and going over to us
"Mum,dad I'm sorry but James got in a fight and I was helping him clean up"
"Why did you fight someone" Mr Evans asks concerned
"My best mates girl cheated on him and when he saw them in the Hogshead he got drunk and picked a fight. My brother Sirius Black and I both helped out because we didn't want Remus to get hurt" I say as lily comes back with an ice pack
"Remus as in Remus lupin" Mrs Evans asks
"Yes he is one of my best mates" I reply with the nod of my head
"He's a very nice boy! I would love for petunia to get to know him but she chose Vernon" Mrs Evans says
"James, it's 4 in the morning, just stay over tonight on the couch" Mr Evans demands patting my back
"No it's fine, my parents will be worried" I say while hugging lily from behind
"I'll call them in the morning, Lily go help James clean up while I make him a spot to sleep on" Mrs Evans says
"Thank you" I say
"Let's go" lily says dragging me up the steps and into the bathroom
"What a shame you can't stay in my room" she says wiping the blood off my mouth
"Lil, we haven't even been on our first date yet" I say smiling
"I know, but I won't be able to sleep knowing that your on my couch" she says wetting the towel more
"It'll be fine my love" I say kissing her nose
"Ok, let's go to bed" she says as we walk out, kiss out in the hallway and then going out separate ways.
The second I lay on the couch I fall asleep. What felt like 20 minutes later I feel a body lean against the front of me
"Lily" I whisper
"James I couldn't sleep"
"It's fine...no it's perfect actually" I say kissing the back of her shoulder
She turns around so we're face to face
"You are so adorable
"Really?" I ask
"Yes you are" she says kissing my nose
"I love you " I say wrapping my arms around her and pulling her closer to me
"Night" I say
"G'night" she says
We fall asleep a way that I want to fall asleep every night

"Mum look how adorable" I hear someone whisper
I open my eyes to only realize that I was big spooning lily on the couch of her house and petunia and Mrs Evans we're watching from the top of the stairs
"Love" I say kissing her cheek
"Mhm" she opens her eyes just a little and rolls over to meet my face
"Your beautiful in the morning"
"Awww" I hear her mom and sister say
"Are you always this sweet" she asks with a chuckle
"Only for you" I say cuddling her more
"They're watching is aren't they" she asks
"Yep" I say as she turns to her mum and sister who are now joined by her dad
"Lets get up" I say as she stands up
I stand up next
As lily was walking up to the kitchen counter, I grab her by her waist and tickle her
"JAMES FLEAMONT POTTER" she screams and laughs
"Ok lovebirds, don't you have somewhere to be?" Petunia asks
"Oh yea go get dressed Lil, I'm gonna go home and get ready" I say leaning down to kiss her
"James" she says pulling away before I can kiss her
"We didn't brush our teeth" she says
"I care SOOO much" I say kissing her hardly
"Mornin James" Mr Evans says shaking my hand
"Mr Evans, I've got to be on my way now" I say grabbing my coat and getting out of the house

As I sit in the car and put on my seatbelt, I see lily run out of the house and outside my window
As I roll down my window, I say "How may I assist you Evans"
"I just brushed my teeth" she says crashing her lips onto mines
"Minty" I say into the kiss
"I'm getting in" she says running into the other side of the car
"Lil I gotta go" I whine
"No, kiss me" she says as I kiss her
I deepened the kiss as she moans into the kiss
I travel down to her neck and kiss all around it.
"James" she moans
"Shh" I say against her neck
"JAMES" she moans louder
"Ok ok I really gotta go" I say kissing her lips once more
"Fine bye, I'll see you in 30" she says

I get home and take a shower. I go to Sirius' room only to find Sirius and Marlene making out. Marlene was on top and Sirius absolutely LOVING it
"Huh, I didn't know Marlene would be controlling the relationship " I say as Sirius and Marlene break
"Oh bite me" Sirius says laughing and pulling Marlene back in
"Ok I'm out" I say grabbing my shit and leaving
I quickly drive into the store and get a 13 roses
I drive up to her house
