Lily's POV:
These past 3 days with James have been the best! We're going out on our first official date tomorrow, but tonight we're all meeting up at Hogshead for karaoke night.
"Hey babe" I say while walking down the stairs
"Hey love" he pecks my lips
"I was just talking to James about classes, apparently he has McGonagall too" petunia says as she sips her tea
"you should come with us" I tell petunia
"Really?" She asks excited
"Yea it'll be fun" James says
"Nah I have plans with my boyfriend Vernon" she says standing up
"Well it was nice seeing you tuney" James says hugging her

As we get into the car, James kisses me with all the force of the world
"Wow" I say breaking apart and looking into his eyes
""I really like you" I say bitting my lip
"I love you" he says smiling
"James I'm not ready for that" I say turning away
"I'll be here when you are" he says putting his hand on my cheeks and pecking me
"Remus isn't coming today" I say
"Yes he is"
"He told me no" I say confused
"We're picking up Sirius and Marlene then going over to Remus' house"
"Ok then" I say as he starts driving

"Ok so Sarah is cheating on him" Marlene asks confused
"Yes, he heard a guy on her phone yesterday" Sirius says clearly upset
"Who's the guy" I ask
"Probably Brady barantokm" Sirius says
"Shit" James says
"We're here" Sirius says as James is pulling up to a nice house

As we ring the door, we hear heavy sulking footsteps.
"Hey" Remus says while chugging a beer
"God tell me your not drunk" James says
"I'm not" Remus says smiling
"Quick Solve this, One day, a person went to a horse racing area. Instead of counting the number of humans and horses, he counted 74 heads and 196 legs. How many humans and horses were there?" Sirius asks making everyone smile
"I'm not dumb" Remus says
"Answer the question" Marlene says in a detective voice
"24 horses and 50 humans" Remus says
"That proves nothing, he's smart when he's drunk too" I say
"It saves me from doing homework" Sirius says as Marlene slaps his chest
"Get dressed we're taking you out" I say
"But she..she cheated on me" he says as a tear leaves his eye
"Then fuck her, you are a amazing,sophisticated, loving guy who doesn't deserve that shit" Marlene says making both Remus and Sirius smile
"Ok let's go" he says grabbing his coat and leaving the house

When we get to the bar, we see Alice frank Mary and Peter sitting at our table
We all greet each other until we see Sarah walk in.
"Remus can we talk" she says
"Go away" Mary says as her, Alice,Marlene and I all go up to her
"Excuse me" Sarah says getting all rat like
"Your excused darling" I say feeling proud
I turn over to see James, Sirius, Peter and frank smiling and a embarrassed Remus taking a shot.
"Listen-" she tries to talk but nobody lets her
"No you listen to me, you half ass cheating douchette with no life. Keep away from my brother Remus or your ass is gonna be like your personality...beat" Marlene says
"Ok jeez I'm just gonna go sit next to my friends" she says walking away
"Do you cheat on them too" Alice asks making us all laugh
As we go back to our seats, we see 4 empty shot glasses next to Remus
"Did he drink all of this" I ask shocked
"No shit" Mary says
"Remus how many have you had today" Sirius asks
"One" we all look at him like he's lying
"One times five plus one" he answers
"You don't ever drink" Peter says
"Things change" he says shooting one more shot then getting up and getting on the stage and grabbing a microphone
"This isn't gonna go good" I hear Alice whispers
"Bloody hell you mean, he's one of the best singers here" James says as Sirius, Marlene, Peter and I nod

"Sirius, James I need backup" he says as the boys nod and go up

at this point everyone is up clapping,dancing and or waving their phone flashlight
"He's amazing" Mary says
"Tell me about it, frank do you sing" Marlene asks

"The boys are great but I'm scared Rem is gonna do some shit" Alice said
We all then looked back at Remus who was singing

Everyone is cheering as Remus and the boys walk off stage and sits back down
"That was amazing" I say kissing James
"I'll say" Marlene says kissing Sirius
"Do I get a kiss" a drunk Remus asks
I give the girls a wink
We all get up and go to Remus. Marlene kisses his right cheek, I kiss his left, Alice kisses his forehead and Mary kisses his nose
"Thank you" he says
At this point another couple go up and start singing "Señorita" and it was really good to the point everyone was up and dancing
Marlene was grinding up on Sirius
I was romantically dancing with James
Peter is off dancing with a random chick
And Sarah was sexually dancing with Brady
I see Remus tense up, take a double shot and walk up to them
"Is this who you cheated on me with" he asks and James quickly let's go of me and runs up to Sirius, Frank and Peter
"Remus leave" Sarah says quietly
"No,no this is him" Brady says stepping up
"What's the problem" James says going up to Brady
"Get your princess away from my queen" he says getting into James' face
"Get your face out of my best friends face asshat" Remus says
"Oh what" he asks
"Remus do-" Sirius tried to warn but was too late...
Remus threw a punch. He punched Brady.
"It's on" Brady said with a bloody nose
He punched Remus, and when he did James and Sirius looked at each other and tackled him.
It was hectic
"JAMES GET OFF" I shriek all scared

After mike broke off the fight, we all split up and went home. In James car it was Sirius,Marlene, Remus and I
"That was stupid of you Remus" Sirius who has no scar/bruise from the fight
"Suck my ass" Remus who has a bloody nose said
"SHUT IT BOTH OF YOU" said James with a bloody mouth
"James" I say holding his hand that was on the gearshift
"Lily not now" he says, clearly upset

After Remus was dropped off at his house and Sirius was dropped of at Marlenes (her parents are not in town) we parked outside my house to talk
"I really like you" I say
He looks up and kisses me with force
"I love you" he says pecking all the way down to my neck
"What you did today was both brave and stupid" I say as he still plants kisses onto my neck
"I know, but it's Remus. He's like my brother, and so is Sirius" he says
"Sirius is your brother at this point" I say
"What even happened to his biological family" I ask
"It is a long story but I'm willing to tell you"
