"Have you two gotten along yet?" Her voice came back.

I turned around from the bathroom doorway. My gaze looked at the mirror. "Um... I guess?" I rose a brow, walking softly over to it. She was sitting only in the mirror on the small seat in front of it.

"Sit. You seriously need to listen to me." She said. Her voice took on a different tone, it shaping to reflect mine. I sighed softly, still standing behind the seat she meant, my arms crossed.

"Why do you sound like me." I said, not wanting to listen at that moment, it odd to me that she did that.

She slowly started to be slightly colored, her climbing out of the mirror, "Follow me then... I'll show you."

"I'm not leaving without Garroth." The words came out of my mouth faster than I could realize I said them.

The girl chuckled softly, "He might as well come... he knows a lot too..."

I slowly walked towards her, "I didn't mean that... just come on... let's go before he gets suspicious."

She sighed softly, "Okay... Come on. I'll meet you at the pizzeria down the street."

My head gently nodded before she disappeared, no trace of her spirit around the room. I sighed quietly, grabbing my jacket, unlocking my window, and silently slipping out of my room. I bit my lip as I glanced at Garroth's room.

He was on his bed reading a book, not seeming to have noticed me. I bit my lip. My heart rate started to pick up, realizing what I was doing tonight. My arms stung as I could feel the beat on my skin. I quietly tip toed over to the door, silently opening the door and locking it behind me. I sighed softly, running as fast as I could towards the pizzeria.

I moved my arms as I ran, faster than I would have been if I didn't. Sudden tears sprang in my eyes, my vision blurring so badly, I couldn't see anything before I felt the rock on my toe. I gasped, the ground coming up and body slamming me. My shoulders pinched together before my elbows bent, nothing between my face and the sidewalk before they smashed into one another. Everything went dark for a few moments before water I felt the stings. Palms, cheeks, knees, arms, things stung from blood. I coughed, my head ringing.

"Momma, can we please go? I promise I'll be good!"

I looked around, curious as to where the voice came from. My head was ringing, things going in and out of blurriness, goosebumps beginning to flow over my skin. I sighed softly before softly pulling up my jacket sleeves. Dark red blood stained the bandages already. I frowned, "I just got these on..." Pulling my sleeves down again, I brushed my hands off and continued to Freddy's.

It took a few minutes to get there, having to jump the fence. I bit my lip, climbing upwards before I felt a tug on my ankle, half taking me down. I shouted, snapping my leg outward, it not hitting anything, the grip still there.

"(y/n) ... stop." A familiar male's voice said. My breath escaped to quickly before my head turned around. Anger started to fill me when I realized who it was.

Garroth.

"(y/n), please get down. We have to go home." He said, his voice tense.

"Why?" I raised a brow, the venom in my voice obvious. He sighed softly, letting go of my ankle. I looked at him, "Why." I repeated.

"I seriously don't want us to get in trouble." He said quietly, rubbing the back of his neck softly.

"Come ON dude! It's not THAT bad!" I laughed coldly at his actions.

"(y/n), I'm serious... You could get hurt..." The one person that was supposed to be watching me stared at me from the grass as I sat on the tall fence.

"I'm looking. Gosh. You act like I don't know what the hell I am doing." I said, rolling my eyes and jumping to the ground beside him.

"There are security cameras in there. And you already ripped your jeans." He said.

"And you are looking at me like that." I pointed out.

His jaw dropped as the red tint I recognized crossed his face. I chuckled before elbowing his arm, "You blush too much, Garroth."

He sighed. "Can we just go? We're supposed to be getting back... Curfew is in ten minutes..."

"Since when do any teens even listen to that. Be back at 1:30am if you aren't with someone twenty-two or older." The last sentence I said was in a mocking voice. "Ugh. That is the most ridiculous rule in the history of rules."

He sighed. "Come on..." He started to usher me away.

"Garroth... I don't want to! I have to see what's going on!" I shouted, my voice sharper.

He frowned. "You are seriously going to get hurt! That place is run down and dead! You'll either get sick or die from something in there."

"Why do you care? All you are is just a guardian..." I said with a frown.

I glared at him before he grabbed my upper arms and pulled me towards him, tilting his head down, our heads meeting together by our lips pressed together.

He was kissing... me. My (d/h) hand fingers curled into a fist before I gave in. The whole process was only two seconds. I gently kissed him back, my (d/h) arm fell to my side.

A few moments passed before we parted. He looked at me softly, "(y/n), I feel like your arms aren't still hurt from the glass..."

My heart started to skip beats as I looked down. He bit his lip before grabbing my right arm and forcing my sleeve up just passed my elbow and undoing the wraps.

The cuts were still bleeding, the cuts followed the lines of the white lines from the first time... He bit his lip, lightly pointing at each, counting each one he saw.

"Why are you counting them..." I choked out, my voice immediately breaking when I tried to speak, my mind breaking down in a millisecond, even if I had been able to hold it back before I spoke.

"These all... are all the times I could have been there for you completely..." He looked at me softly before doing the same process with my left arm.

There were twenty in total but, counting the last time... forty... Tears fell down my face as he pulled my hands together, intertwining our fingers with one another's.

"I know Sammy dying hurt you... and... then Sara Anne..." He looked at me, "But... I have the biggest feeling that... that they would not want you to do this to yourself." He smiled gently to me, pain seeming to seep through, "They wouldn't want to see you like this... seeing their big sis breaking down in front of them... and because of them..."

I looked down as he stopped, silently sobbing. My shoulders shook as my gasps for air and sharp exhales were slightly audible. He gently pulled me close, hugging me, "(y/n) ... it's okay... Please stop crying..." He weakly smiled, "You're going to make me start crying."

I weakly laughed, the small comment touching, yet, made me smile. We both looked at one another. He smiled softly, lightly wiping off tears from my cheeks, as well as gently moving my hair behind my ears.

"Y'know, you may be crying, but, you still look cute." He softly said.

"That's... literally impossible." I said softly.

"No, really." He smiled, "The (e/c) color in your eyes turns lighter and, it's very adorable."

I giggled softly, "If you say so..."

His cheeks turned up in a smile, "I know so."

I softly sighed as I looked back at the pizzeria.

This... is what I wanted to happen, (y/n). This... needed to happen... Her voice gently said in my head. It sounded like a whisper right in my ears. You will see what I mean tomorrow.

I yawned quietly, looking at Garroth gently.

"I think we should head home... it's... been a long day." He softly said.

My head gently nodded as I lightly leaned on his shoulder, "I'm super tired..."

He smiled, "I am too... come on."

We both began walking, the cool night air not very relaxing but, it wasn't all humid, hot, and sticky as it has been for a few weeks. I sighed softly as my eyes closed.

"I love you, (y/n) ..." Garroth's gentle voice said.

I softly bit my lip before gently smiling, still biting my lip before I said, unbiting my lip, "I love you too, Garroth..."
