Chapter 2
"Dewey! You know that you're not allowed to go into those rooms." Donald scolded.
"Yeah, I know...." The triplet muttered.
"Then why did you go in did you go in there?" Donald continued.
"I was bored and I wanted to know what was in there." Dewey answered. Donald sighed.
"Just go to your room and don't do it again." Dewey got up from the chair that he had been sitting in and headed for his room. He didn't know what to do, he saw his mom's body laying in a glass casket right in front of. He wanted to tell his brothers, but he didn't know if he could pull it off without crying. Once he got to his room, he immediately began telling Huey and Louie about what he saw.
"Guys, guys!" He called out.
"What is it Dewey?" Huey asked from his bed.
"I went to that room with the weird door and-"
"You got in trouble?" Huey interrupted, he was now flipping through the pages of his JWG.
"Well, yeah, but, I saw something."
"What'd you see?" Louie asked as he hung upside down off the side of his bed.
"I-I.....I saw mom." Dewey answered. Huey put his book down and Louie sat up, both now interested in what their brother had to say.
"What do you mean you saw mom!?" The eldest triplet yelled.
"She was.......in a casket...." Dewey looked down.
"You mean she was........." Louie looked down trying his best to hide his tears.
"Y-yeah right," Huey stuttered. "You were probably just daydreaming."
"No I wasn't!" Dewey yelled in defense of his statement.
"Yeah you were! You're lying! You didn't see anything, y-you just want attention!!" Huey refused to believe what his brother was telling him, and in response, he had hurt Dewey's feelings.
"Attention? Is that all you think I want? Why would you say that!?" Dewey ran out of the room only to be face to face with his Uncle Scrooge.
"Dewey, we need to have a talk."
