Today is the day, the test. The day for which we practiced so long. They day for which I worked my ass off to help the moron trio. Today, is the day we get our papers back. 

I could see Zach with a furrowed eyebrows, as if concentrating on something. Ally had her fingers crossed and kept on chanting,' Please let me pass.' Kou was muttering 'Kamisama, onegai..' under his breath. After the incident at my front door, I tried my level best to stop my cheeks from flushing up whenever I am near him. But the thing that made me more angry is the fact that he is at so cool composure while I am having a mental showdown which my hormones divided in two groups. One telling 'You can blush' and the other telling,'You will not blush'. I sighed. Remind me to tell my future kids never to fall in love that has chances of being unrequited.

"Irine Woods," Our homeroom teacher, Mrs. Kyle called out. She is a sweet lady in her mid thirties. Happily married with 2 kids. I wish I will have my life like hers. Married her highschool sweetheart at 22, Had kids by 24 and now living her life until the age of pension. That would be amazing.

"Irine?" Mrs. Kyle called out again.

"Sugarplum, it's great you daydream about me, but I think you should go and take your results."Kou whispered in my right ear and blew some air at the nape of my neck. I shivered but got to take my paper nonetheless. 

"You have done great, sweetheart," Mrs. Kyle smiled at me. The other reason I love her is because I am her favorite student. Oh, the perks of being the apple of the eye.

"Thank you mama," I smiled and took my paper.

On my way back, I glared at the Asian assassin besides me and sat on my desk.

"How did you do?" Ally asked, quite excitedly.

"Um... 98 in Chem, 97 in History, 95 in Algebra, 96 in Political, 90 in English Lit, 94 in French. And a B grade in gym class."I finished announcing my results. In our school, the results are given according to our ranks in the class. We have 40 students in the class. My name was 4th to be called out.

Kou's name came next. He was 12th in the class.

"So, How did you do, dude?" Zach asked.

"Oh. I got 88 in Physics, 93 in History, 94 in Political, 89 in English Lit, 97 in Biology, and...." We all were on the edge of our seats to listen to his Algebra marks.

"HOLY COWS!!! I GOT AN 80 IN ALGEBRA!!!??"Kou exclaimed. The whole class went silent and all were staring at us. Teacher seamed a bit amused at his sudden outburst.

"Mr. Nakamura, we are glad you passed Algebra," Mrs. Kyle said sweetly. 

"I'm sorry mam," Kou said with a sheepish grin and rubbing the nape of his neck.

Zach was called out next. He came 25th. Somehow, Ally managed to com 26th,

"So how did you two do?" I asked.

"Well, I got 80 in history, 82 in biology, 93 in English Lit, 88 in geography, 77 in Economics and........... A 75 in Chemistry!" Zach whisper yelled his Chemistry marks.

"I got 77 in Biology, 86 in English Lit, 68 in French, 88 in Economics, 78 in Chemistry and ...."Ally's eyes widened. 

"Holy shit." She muttered.

"What happened? You flunked world history?" Zach asked, slightly worried.

"I got 65" Ally whispered.

"You got 65?!!" This time Zach yelled.

The whole class was again staring at us. I started apologizing to everyone for his sudden outburst.

"I passed History!" Ally squeled.

"It is all thanks to our master." Kou said , smiling at me.

"Yeah thank you dude."

"Thanks a lot Irine!"

I smile really wide, so wide my cheeks were hurting a little. I am glad I was of some use.

"You guys are coming for the Halloween Party right?" Ally asked, while sipping her smoothie. We were right now in the food court enjoying the fact that we all passed. The one's who even fail in 1 subject are banned from the Halloween costume party that we seniors hold. Basically, it is the football jocks and the cheerleaders holding the party, but the whole school is invited to attend.

"Yup I am coming" I said.

"Count me in as well" Kou said.

"I think I will become a vampire" Zach muttered. That was enough for us to understand that he is coming as well.

"Speaking of Vampire, I saw Twilight movie marathon yesterday." Kou pondered.

"How was it?" Ally asked, with stars in her eyes. Yup, she is a die hard twilight fan.

"It was good, but I was wondering..." Kou started. Zach seemed to join the discussion as wee.

"What would Edward do when Bella is on her periods?" Oh , he did not just ask that.

"What?" Ally asked, she seemed quite issed.

"It is a good question" Zach sid.

"Like will he lick it up clean or control himself?" Zach asked Kou.

"I don't know, don't you think it will be fun when Edward is all in for more blood and Bella is like, 'I am going out to buy some pads?" Kou snickered. The boys are going insane.

"Forget Edward. What will those female vampires do?" Zach asked, to no one in particular.

"Will they like squeeze their pads for more blood?" Zach asked to none in partcular again.

"EW!!! That's gross." Ally said as she smacked that bastards head.

"What? Don't I have the freedom to Question?" Zach said while pouting.

"I did not just hear them conversing on that topic" I muttered under my breath.

"And here I was planning to be a Vampire.." Ally muttered.

"Anyway.What should I dress up as?" I asked Ally.

"You should dress up as a nun!" Zach said while smirking.

"Oh come on guys, that was when I was 10!!!" I exclaimed while throwing my arms in the air out of frustration.

"What ?" Kou asked, quite confused.

"You know, Little Ms. Woods here was a Church girl. As in the one who went to church every Friday and helped the sacristan" Ally snickered.

"That was until I was 10" I muttered, loud enough for them to hear.

"Any way, it's time to go back home. So Kou, kindly drop Ms. Woods home." Ally said in a fake british accent.

"My pleasure" Kou said, and then smirked while looking at me.

"So, lets go home!!" Zach said as he dragged Ally who was saying something like 'MY SMOOTHIE!!!'

"So, let's get going" Kou said as he stood up and strolled towards the exit of the mall.

"You were planning to be a nun?" Kou broke the silence as he started the engine.

"I was not. I just went to church 'cause my dad asked me to.

"Your dad?" asked, giving me a side glance as he continued to drive.

"Yup my dad" He remained silent so that I may continue.

"His name is George. He wanted to be a priest. But he met my mum and then his path went astray. He then decided to make at least one of us, that is me and Gwen, a nun. That is how I ended up going to church. However, when I turned 10, I told him that i don't wanna be a nun. He was so heartbroken, or so he says, That after two years he decided to become a deacon." I finished." However, he visits us every now and the, but the church is his home now."

"Oh" was all Kou said.

We sat in silence till we reached my home. It was not awkward, but was soothing. But the moment did not last long. It ended quickly. I was kinda sad my house came fast. Why can't we live a bit far from the mall?

"Thanks for the ride" I muttered, as I started to unbuckle my seat belt. But it somehow got stuck. Great.

"It's stuck" I said, after trying all I could to unbuckle it.

"Wait," Kou said as he leaned in to help me, He was so close, I could smell his scent again. Grapes.

"Here, It's done"

"Huh?" My train of thoughts were broken. I looked up but it was a mistake. A bittersweet mistake. I was now straight staring at his eyes. His one arm was besides my thighs for support and the other near my hips, where he was unbuckling.

"You know what?" Kou whispered.His breath fanned my cheeks. It smelled like peppermint.

"What?" I whispered back, not having the courage to say anything else.

"I am glad you did not end up being a nun"  Kou said as he kissed my nose. I closed my eyes at that sudden contact. It made the whole zoo do zumba dance in my stomach.

"You must leave now, or your mom and sis will have wrong idea," He whispered again, his voice a bit husky. I looked over his shoulder to see that mom had opened the door and had a hand on her hip while smirking. Gwen stood at the window while having a Cheshire Cat grin plastered on her face.

"Yup I must go" I said as I hurriedly opened the door and came his window.

"See you soon" I said.

"Yup, see you soon" Kou said and he left,

I touched my nose lightly,  I felt giddy inside me. I turned around and walked towards the door.

"I wished, I seriously did wish that the windows of the car were not tinted black." My mom said as I entered home.

"So, what did you guys do so long in the car?" Gwen asked, as she stood right next to me.  My checks grew hot at her question. All I could think about is how he kissed my nose. I am happy I didn't have a runny nose today. That would be embarrassing.

"We didn't do anything", I muttered.

"Oh really?" Gwen asked while cocking an eyebrow," Well dear, your face refuses to comply with your words." she said and made her way towards kitchen. Little did she n=know, not only my face, my heart refuses to comply as well.

"Ally, How much longer?" I asked, for about the 10th time in past fifteen minutes.

"Patience is a virtue", was all she muttered to me. I sighed.

Today is the HALLOWEEN party. The long awaited event. In about a half an hour the boys are gonna come and pick us up. We were right now in my room, dressing up, and ally dealing with my hair.

"Yup, it's done!" Finally!!

I stood up and walked towards the full length mirror. What I saw, made me agape.

{A/N: I am really bad in explaining dresses and stuff, so just see the picture and the idea!!}

I was dressed as a Greek goddess, I turned around and digested my look. I really looked, beautiful. My blonde hair was curled and left open.

"Damn, you look sexy girl," Ally said from behind. I turned to look at her and she was even more gorgeous than me.

She looked really sexy in her pirate costume. Her hair was given a wavy look and was adorned by the pirate cap. Right on time, the bell rang.

"Come on, let's go. I wanna see Zach's and Kou's reaction!" Ally squealed and rushed down. I slowly made my way down, careful to not trip on my dress or imaginary rock itself.

"Wow" I heard Zach's voice. I made my way down and saw what Zach wore. He was a......... vampire. Called it. But was one sexy hell of a vampire.

That's when Kou came in my vision. He was a Samurai. His hair was long and he held a sword. But he looked, appealing. Fuck that. He looked cute and sexy at the same time.

Kou turned around and his gaze landed on me. I felt my cheeks burn. I felt self-conscious about my exposed body. Somehow I made my way down and now I stood in front of him.

"You look.......... beautiful" Kou said as he held my hand.

"Wow Irine, you look hot!" Zach said. He was grinning at me. He and Ally had hooked their arms.

"Guys wait for me!!"  We heard Gwen call out. She came in our view  . She was dressed as the female version of Mad hatter. Yet she looked sexy.

Mom came and took some pictures of ours. I was made to stand next to Kou the whole time.

This year's party was gonna be one hell of a party....
