Aftermath.
A/n: It's a crossover between two of my favourite shows. One of which is not a BL.
It's old one... But I guessed it will belong more here...

Kongpob looked over his shoulder and smiled. No doubt it was extremely quite in the car. He looked ahead again and drove, through the light morning traffic. It was a beautiful day. Not so much cold. With bright sun. And melting snow from last night. He rolled the steering, making the peeking sun rays glimmer the white gold band, secured on the ring finger of his left hand.
Kong checked the time. It was close to 10. 30 am. Kong sighed, he can meet with HIM. There's still time for his meeting with delegates.
Kong thanked the heavens when he finally saw the black glassed, tall infrastructure in front of him. He checked the backseat in his rear view and drove the car in the underground parking. He drove through the brightly lit tunnels and parked his car in one of the private parkings.
Kong took his Grey black trench coat from the companion sit and stepped out the car. It was chilly there. Kong draped the coat over his dark suit and opened the backdoor of his car next. He leaned in carefully and pulled open the small straps. He collected their bundle of joy in his arms, coming out. Shutting the door and pushing the automatic locks. He stuffed his keys in his pocket and rushed towards the elevator.
Kongpob rubbed over the furry small back when the elevator hummed towards the topmost floor.
"Wake up Leah." Kong crooned. And ofcourse got no response. Except for a soft nuzzle on his shoulder.
Kong checked the floor number. They were about to reach. He continued to coax and croon.
"Wake up darling." Kong kissed the furry small shoulder.
Earning a whine. Making Kong chuckle and rub over the back more. So much like her Daddy.
"Wake up, wake up sweetheart. We are meeting Daddy."
That seemed to have perked the attention of the little thing. Kong was soon stared back with big, long lashed, hazel eyes. Which blinked at him in wonder. Eyes which reminded Kong so much of him. Pretty red full lips with curved corners. And skin as fair as porcelain.
"Daddy?"
"Yes..." Kong nodded. "Daddy."
Leah squeeled in his arms. Now full awakened and excited. Kong sighed. Leah looked exactly like HIM. The only trait of Kong which Leah got was the way she perks up with the mention of Daddy.
Kong stepped out of the elevator in the topmost floor. With white ultra modern interior. Marbled floor with false ceiling and abstract wallpapers. A waiting corner with L shaped couch and centre table. It was the office of the CEO of Rojnapat Enterprises
Kong walked straight towards the reception and smiled at Martha. Nodding politely at the private team, busy in their cubicles.
"Good morning Sir." Martha beamed and waved at Leah.
She was in a black dress with overcoat. Her brunette hairs tucked in a smart bun. Her lips set in a smile, as she kept crooning at Leah.
"How's the weather?" Kong leaned over the table and tried keeping his voice low.
Martha looked around, to make sure no one was listening and met Kong's gaze again.
"The worst thunderstorm of the week." Martha whispered.
"That bad?" Kong gaped.
Martha nodded. "He just found out about embazzlement from the finance department. We are lucky we are alive yet."
Kong frowned looking at the direction of the conference room. "I didn't know about that."
"He's been in doubt for long. The dam just broke this morning with proofs."
Leah gurgled something, catching their attention. She was getting fussy. Trying to come out of Kong's arms. Kong rocked her in his arms and caressed her back. "It's okay. Ssshhh."
"Should I tell him?" Martha asked.
Kong shook his head. "It's okay. I'll wait."
Kong walked away and sat over the couch, with Leah on his lap. Her baby noises, the only thing that could be heard in the otherwise quite floor. Kong kept sushing her. Only for her to make louder noises.
She was two years old. And starting to learn her words. Kong tapped on her button nose. Making her giggle. Her red lips wet with drools. As she kept giggling and gurgling unintelligible words.
Kong chuckled, dabbing his handkerchief on Leah's drool covered face. And made sure her onesie was properly set. The whole office might be in need of her cuteness if they didn't want to face her daddy's wrath.
Like on queue, the door of the conference room opened. Kong can hear disembodied heated arguments. He came to his feet with Leah in his arms. Kong watched as Bright, Knott and Prem walked out. Looking exhausted. Followed by some other high officials.
And finally. Kong sighed, there he was. In a navy suite. Jaws set hard, eyes burning with rage. His pale face red. Hairs set firmly from the side. Kong could feel the looming black clouds around his husband, even from the distance. Yet. He was the most handsome man, there was. For Kong.
They were followed by two employees, Kong forgot their names. But they were pale in the face. Arthit faced them. His teeths baring in a snarl, when...
"Daddy.." Leah cried. Catching everyone's attention.
She wriggled herself out of Kong's arms. In her furry brown teddy bear onesie.
Kong watched as the little odd teddy in the otherwise corporate looking environment, made her way towards her father. As fast as her small feets could take her. His eyes finally settling on his husband. Arthit Rojnapat. Whose expression changed with every little step Leah took.
"Daddy..." Leah was about to cry, Kong knew it.
She can somehow sense Arthit's anger. And she becomes restless those moments. Kong couldn't blame her, because her appearance was of Arthit, but her nature had Kong's dominance. And Arthit was her world. Just like Kong's.
Arthit seemed to have broke out of his stupor, when Leah wrapped her small arms around Arthit's knees. Kong could hear her sobs. Which was sure to turn into a wail, if Arthit didn't do something.
"Hey Leah." Arthit crooned, pulling her up in his arms. "Hey, sweetheart... How's my princess?"
Arthit rocked Leah in his arms and finally gave Kong attention. Kong felt jealous of his own daughter as he pouted. Kong felt himself melt when Leah wrapped her arms around her daddy's broad shoulders.
"Daddy angiie." And it finally started.
Her voice ringing around the quite floor. She chocked and sobbed, then continued. Hiding her small face against her father's neck.
"Daddy.. angiee." She repeated, between her wails.
"No, sweetheart. Daddy not angry. See? Daddy smiling." Arthit chuckled, as he caressed Leah's back and kissed her shoulder and chubby cheeks.
Making her cry louder for more pampering. Kong sighed, walking towards his family. Greeting his other friends.
"Martha am taking a thirty." Arthit informed over Leah's cries. And gestured Knott to take over. Who nodded and took away the employees, whome Kong assumed to be the culprits.
Leah was being impatient now. So Arthit grabbed Kong and rushed away. To a small chamber, interlinked with Arthit's office. It had a bed and freeze. Arthit used this room sometimes when he needs to take an all nighter.
Leah was now suckling Arthit's cheeks and nose, her little hands grabbing her daddy's face. While standing on Arthit's lap. Arthit had one arm wrapped around Leah and the other around Kong. While they sat over the bed. Kong's head resting on Arthit's shoulder.
"I didn't know you were coming." Arthit broke the silence.
Kong pushed himself more against the warmth of his husband. Kong just came. He was missing Arthit. And Arthit was busier these days. With Kong busy with his Father's company. They hardly got time. It was tough getting to even have breakfast together. And their only anchor was their daughter. She was the little light that always made them find their way to each other. And their never ending trust, they put on their relationship.
"We were missing you." Kong kissed Arthit's neck.
Arthit chuckled, pulling his family closer. "I miss you guys too."
"What happened?" Kong asked dabbing away the drools from Arthit's face.
"Betrayal." Arthit sighed. Blabbering nonsense with his daughter. "I am tired."
Kong grabbed Arthit's face and made him look at Kong. He left a hard and long kiss on Arthit's lips. And mumbled. "You are doing great. We are proud of you Baby."
Arthit kept quite, gazing deep into Kong's eyes. He snaked his hands over Kong's back and reached over the back of Kong's head. Arthit gripped Kong's hairs, tilting his head to crash their lips together again. Kong felt the frustration the kiss was showing. Also the pooling heat he felt down himself. They kept tilting their head from side to side and kept suckling on each other. Kong could hear the deep growls in Arthit's throat. Making him shiver in anticipation.
Until, Leah decided it was enough and she wanted to join in the kissing too. She crashed her mouth between her parents. And started kissing. Arthit and Kong parted chuckling, with soft pecks. And let themselves be kissed by Leah to her hearts content.
"Let's go out today. We've been too cooped up lately." Kong suggested. In between Leah's kisses.
Arthit kept quite for sometimes. Dabbing away his daughter's drools. As she giggled at Arthit. Kong knew Arthit was thinking. Arthit sighed, after few moments of silence. And came to his feet, with Leah in his arms.
"I'll be back." Arthit leaned down and dropped a kiss on Kong's head.
Kong nodded, with a smile, as Arthit walked out with their teddy bear. And he sat back waiting for them.
Kong's cell vibrated in his pocket. He pulled it out. He frowned at the screen, looking at a promotional mail from a new mall. They were giving welcome sale for their first month of opening. Kong bit on his lips, wondering how that could be possible. He's been getting this same mail from the last few months.
"Skyrise Mall." Kong mumbled to himself.
He tried to drag away the screen, only to get a screenshot of the email, involuntarily. Kong tried again. Succeeding this time.
Arthit walked in few moments later. With Leah, lying on his shoulder. "Kong. Come on let's go."
Kong forgot about the email, momentarily, as he came to his feet. His heart melting at the sight of Leah, fallen asleep on her father's shoulder. Her round face hidden in the crook of Arthit's neck. Drooly lips pouted and parted. Just like Arthit. Kong felt warm at the sight. He can give anything for this family. And the miracle Arthit was holding in his arms.
"Come on Bear." Arthit smiled, spreading one arm. While the other held Leah.
Kong nodded and walked right in his arms. Hiding his face in the other crook of Arthit's neck. Arthit dabbed his thumb over Kong's back. Knowing, Kong must be feeling overwhelmed.
"I am free, for the day." Arthit murmured. "But you sure you can spare your meeting?"
Kong knew, it was going to be a hassle, but he was scared. He felt they were drifting away. And he didn't want that. Them being separated was something Kong can never live with.
"Kong. Why are you crying?" Arthit rocked side to side, caressing both his babies.
Kong didn't know he was crying. "I am not. Am sorry."
"Baby what's wrong?"
"Nothing." Kong sniffled. "It's nothing. And don't worry. I am asking Wad to take over."
"Okay." Arthit kissed Kong's eyes. "Then let's go have some family time."
Kong nodded again, against Arthit's neck. With a teary smile. He was feeling a strange tug in his chest. Making him jittery.
"Kong..."
Kong straightened and faced his husband's warm hazel eyes. Arthit's eyes were so warm and deep, that Kong gasped and blinked. Arthit rested his forehead on Kong's. Their noses brushing. And eyes not leaving each others.
"I love you Dear Husband." Arthit dropped a soft kiss on Kong's lips. "I love both of you so much."
Kong chuckled, through his tears. Nudging his husband's nose. "I passed my cheesiness to you.... But I love you too... Sami khrub."
Arthit grinned, as he walked out. Gripping his family tight in his arms.
"So... Where do you wanna go?" Arthit asked.
They were driving out of the private parking. In Kong's car. Leah safely tucked in her baby seat, behind.
Kong thought for a while. He didn't have any particular place to go. Anywhere is fine as long as he was with his family. But then he remembered that email.
He pulled out his phone and opened his mail. Frowning when he found no trace of that mail. Which was strange. Then he remembered the screenshot. He searched for it and showed it to Arthit.
"What's this?" Arthit took a quick glance. And gazed ahead through the windshield.
"It's a promotional mail from this new mall. Skyrise. I've been getting this for months."
"A mall?" Arthit took another quick glance at Kong's phone. And drove ahead again. "I never heard of it?"
"It's new. Wanna go check?"
"Okay darling. Whatever you wish for." Arthit made a soft bow, driving ahead again.
"Where on earth is my P'Arthit?" Kong sighed, shaking his head. To hide his obvious blush.
Arthit didn't reply. He smiled softly, as he kept looking ahead.
Kong frowned, tilting his head. "What are you smiling at now?"
Arthit shook his head. "Nothing. It's just been so long I heard you call me P'Arthit." Arthit gave a short smile, Kong's way. Looking ahead again. "I missed it."
Kong's heart fluttered. And missed few beats. It's been years. And Arthit still had that impact on Kong. To make him feel like the freshman, he was once. Facing his Head Hazer.
Kong leaned sideways and rested his chin on Arthit's shoulder. "Well. P'Arthit. I do call you by this name, at times. We haven't been getting much, these days."
Kong left a kiss on Arthit's cheek. Watching Arthit's dimple sink. "So... How about we go home, after spoiling our already spoiled, toddler. Put her in bed. Lock ourselves in our room. So, I can chant the spell of my life's reason, for the whole night."
Kong shivered, when Arthit tensed. His grip tightening around the steering. His insides twisting in anticipation. How much was Arthit holding back? Kong smiled, putting a soothing hand on Arthit's thigh.
"Let's go home." Arthit hissed.
Kong gaped wide eyed. "P'Arthit?"
But before any of them could speak, they heard Leah's half formed, giggly protest from the backseat. Making Kong snort and drop his forehead on the corner of Arthit's shoulder.
Arthit sighed. "Yes... Yes princess. We'll shop first."
Kong shook his head. Gazing back at his daughter. Who was clapping her hands, giggling and cooing to herself. Her face reminding Kong of no one else but Arthit.
"Then. I'll make Papa scream tonight." Arthit mumbled to himself.
But Kong heard him loud and clear. He smiled, blushing. He was sure to scream tonight. "I can't wait... P'Arthit."
"Are you sure. This is the place?" Arthit frowned looking around. Holding Leah in his arms.
Kong was in shock himself. He checked the screenshot again. Yes, this was the address. But, what they were facing wasn't a mall. It was an old and burned mansion. With wilderness growing around. It looked scary. Surrounded by the Woods. And part covered with mist.

"Look P khrub. It's the address. And I am getting those mails from last few months. And I checked it today. The mail keep getting deleted on its own."
Arthit frowned, taking Kong's phone. Checking the screen. "Looks like a prank to me. Who the..." Arthit looked at Leah, then back at the screen. "Fudge. Would do something like this.... Kong, hold her babe."
Kong took Leah from Arthit. And watched his P'Arthit transform to CEO Arthit Rojnapat. As he walked a little ahead, to make a call. His face getting dark with every passing second.
Kong sighed, looking around. This place was giving him creeps. It was literal example of point zero no where. There was nothing around. Except for the building. And a cellular tower, a little ahead of the place.
Kong frowned, as he felt a chill run down his spine. He shivered, pulling Leah closer to himself. As he faced the building. It was giving of a strange vibe. And Kong wasn't liking it. He gulped a lump, facing the dreadful charned form.
"What the fuck do you mean by that?" Arthit hissed.
Kong jolted, coming to his senses. As he faced his raging husband.
"Its been months that Kong's getting those spams..... No.. no. Bright... Check on it... Yes it's important...." Kong watched Arthit getting quite. Listening carefully. "Yes... What?... Are you sure?...
But Bright that's impossible.... Okay. Yes thank you."
"What's wrong?" Kong asked, as he watched a frowning, deep in thought Arthit come and stand in front of him.
"Bright tracked back the IP address..." Arthit tilted his head, still frowning, lost in thought. "He said it's showing... Here... This building"
But, before Kong could reply, his eyes fell at the building, over Arthit's shoulder. He saw a dark form of what seemed like a man move from the second floor of the building.
"Holy shit..." Kong jolted, holding Leah tight. His heart palpating out of pace.
"What?" Arthit followed Kong's gaze with wide eyes.
"I... I saw someone... P'Arthit." Kong whispered, eyes fixed at the building. Feeling constant shiver run down his spine.
Arthit stepped a little ahead. And kong pulled Arthit back. "P'Arthit... Let's just go."
Arthit looked over. And looking at his bloodshot eyes. Kong knew Arthit was furious. Even Kong was. It definitely felt like a trap. And Kong shivered, thinking what would have happened if he decided to be here alone with Leah.
"Arthit please. Let's go."
Arthit sighed, giving one last glance at the building, then facing Kong again. "Kongpob... I need to get to the end of this... It was a trap. What would have happened if you actually had fell for it?"
"Daddie..." Leah raised her small grabby arms towards Arthit.
Arthit sighed, taking his daughter. As she hugged around his neck and laid on his shoulder.
"Ssshhhh... Sorry sweetheart... I am not angry..." Arthit kissed Leah's small shoulder. "Daddy is not angry."
Arthit met Kong's gaze. Who was smiling. "You gave me this anger management escapade... Not fair Kong."
"Well... The world was in the need of one." Kong grinned. "Let's go P khrub."
"Leah baby... Papa is unfair." Arthit whined. Holding Kong's waist. As they looked over to leave.
Leah squeeled, with reasons unknown and kissed over Arthit's dimple. Making Arthit chuckle. "On serious note though. Kong... Love, do me a favour. Ignore promotional mail of any kind from this day forth... And definitely don't go exploring."
Kong rolled his eyes. And shook his head. Falling more for his possessive spouse. "Yes... Daddy."
Arthit hissed, looking sideways at Kong. While Kong, bit on his lips to hold back his grin. Shivering with his husband's dark stare.
"You are screaming tonight.... That's for sure."
Kong chuckled. Walking towards their car, in his husband's arm.
"Koooonnnngggpppoooobbbb."
Kong shivered, hearing a drawly long whisper from behind. He haulted on his step. Gasping, and looking sideways at his frowning P'Arthit. The hairs on his nap standing.
"What's wrong Kong?"
"Did you hear that?" Kong whispered.
"Hear what?" Arthit looked around, then back at his husband.
"Koooonnnngggpppoooobbbb."
"That..." Kong shivered, gasping and looking around.
"Bear... I don't hear anything. Are you okay?... Let's just get out of here."
Kong nodded, looking around. It was around 11 in the morning. With the bright winter sun, shining around the misty scenery. Kong would have found the place beautiful, if not for the dread that was consuming him.
"Koooonnnngggpppoooobbbb. I am taking them from you..."
"NO." Kong snapped, grabbing both his family tight in his arms. "STAY AWAY FROM THEM..."
"Kong what's wrong?" Arthit panicked. Leah was crying now. "Bear. It's okay."
"P'Arthit... It says it'll take you from me..." Kong brittled.
"No one's taking us away from you. I promise. Let's go."
Kong heard a ghastly chuckle, ring around him. Making him want to scream in dread. What was happening?
Kong was being ushered towards the car, by a very concerned Arthit. Who kept repeating. "There's no voice Kong. It's just us."
Kong wanted to believe his husband like always. But he can't just put away that nagging feeling he had in the back of his head.
And then..... Everything went dark. Leah's cries were the last thing Kong heard.
"Sir... Sir are you okay?"
Kongpob can hear a distant voice of a man.
"He is waking up."
"P'Arthit..." Kong whispered, trying to register his surroundings. And brush away the darkness.
"Hey... Wake up.. can you hear me?"
Kong snapped open his eyes, trying to sit with a stark. Only for him to groan with the dizzy spell that stuck him.
"Yes... Wake up." Kong heard the unfamiliar voice again.
He opened his eyes and faced two men. One was standing besides his car the other knelt besides him.
"Are you okay?" The one knelt besides, asked looking at Kong.
Kong nodded, grabbing his head. As he watched the man come to his feet. And approach a helping hand towards Kong. Kong grabbed on it and came to his feet. He wobbled a bit and leaned against his car. His eyes falling on another car, parked just behind.
A 67'Chevy Impala.

"Where am I?" Kong looked around. Looking away from the beautiful car.
"That... Is a million dollar question my friend." The other man whispered. His voice deeper than the other one.
"Who are you?"
Kong looked at the two men, now standing in front of him. Facing Kong with concern. One was tall, while the other one was few inches shorter. The taller one had neck length hair. While the shorter had cropped short hairs. They were really good looking. All American men. Both in dark suits.
"Hi.. I am Sam Winchester." The taller one, pointed at himself. Then at the shorter one. "This.. is my older brother, Dean Winchester."
Kong nodded. "I am Kongpob Rojnapat."
"Look... I'd like to to enjoy your bonding but we have more pressing matters to handle here." Dean gave a tight smile.
Sam pursed his lips. "Can you not be a jerk for once Dean?"
Kong wasn't listening to them anymore. As he looked around frantically. "Where's my husband and daughter?"
"Who?" Sam frowned, looking upon the frantic man.
"My husband and my daughter." Kong gaped at them wide eyed. "P'ARTHIT, LEAH..."
Kong paced towards the abandoned building. His mind not working anymore.
"Hey... Hey... Hey... Calm down. Mr. Rojnapat." Sam held Kong back.
Kong glared at him. "Let me go. They are missing."
"I understand. And we'll help you. But you've to calm down first."
Kong wasn't listening. He looked around, going crazy. Grabbing his hairs. Where were they? Then he remembered.
"That ... That voice... He took them... He took them." Kong screamed.
"What voice?" Dean came round, holding Kong back from racing towards the building.
"There... Was this voice... It said, it'd take them away from me."
Sam and Dean shared blank gazes and looked at Kong. Kong was already gaping at them. A dread gripping him inside.
"What?" Kong gaped. "WHAT?"
"You need to calm down first Mr. Rojnapat."
"Calm down? Are you kidding me? My husband and daughter are missing."
"I can understand that. But you need to stop panicking." Sam tried to reason with all his might.
Kong clenched his jaws and faced both the brothers. Then at the damned building. His heart dropped in his stomach. And he gulped down tight, painful lumps.
"Okay." Kong nodded, sniffling.
"Great... Now, tell me what do you remember?"
"Ummm." Kong closed his eyes, remembering. "We were walking back to our car for getting away of this place. Then, everything went dark."
"What are you doing here anyways? This looks far from your white collar get away." Dean frowned.
"I was getting these spams. From the last few months. Some promotional mail about this new mall. Skyrise." Kong repeated his story. "I've been ignoring them from long. But I don't know, what got into me today.... What have I done?"
"Can you show me?"
Kong pulled out his phone. Sniffling. "I just realised today, those mails keeps on getting deleted on their own... And it was a total coincidence, but I got a screenshot snapped."
Sam checked the screen, with a frown. Then his face went blank, as he showed the screen to Dean.
Kong was getting impatient now. "Look. I don't care whatever secret joke you two are sharing at the moment. But I need to find my family."
Kong snatched his phone from Sam and dialled Bright's number.
"Kongpob. Hi." Bright replied after few rings.
"P'Bright. Please. I want you to track Arthit's number. Now?"
"What is going on with you two?"
"NOW P..."
"Okay. Okay. Jeez... Calm down Tiger."
Kong closed his eyes. "Sorry P."
"It's okay. Let me just check."
Kong waited, in restlessness. His heart soon to leap out of his ribs. He rubbed back his constant tears. Covering his mouth.
"Kong this is not funny." Bright's snap caught his attention.
"What's wrong P?"
"He is right there, where he was supposed to be... If this is some kind of joke, Kong I swear..."
"P'Bright. I want you to come here with any help you get. We are in trouble P. Call Aim. And our fathers." Kong cut the call with any further information.
He looked over, with a new dread, settling in him. Only to find both the brothers busy grabbing stuffs from the trunk of their car. And Kong's eyes widened, and his jaws dropping, looking at things they were collecting.

"What. The. Actual. Fuck?" Kong gasped.
Both the brothers snapped their gazes over their shoulders. As Kong backed away. Looking at the supplies of a war.
"Mr. Rojnapat... Wait. It's not what you think." Dean tried to explain, then he frowned. "Well it is actually... Just not the way you are assuming.. it's more like...
"Dean shut up." Sam snapped.
"I am shutting up." Dean nodded. Going back to stuffing supplies in their bags.
"Mr. Rojnapat. Look. I know this looks insane. But you have to trust us." Sam tried to coax.
Kong scoffed. "Trust you? Those are genocide supplies."
"Look there detective Conan... That voice you heard, is that of a ghost. Which, might be playing surgery with your husband this very instant. So spare us and stand here trying to call forces, while we go check on it... Because, this is my third rodeo in just three days and I am bloody tired." Dean snapped.
Kong gaped. "Ghost? You guys are insane."
"Really?" Dean cocked his head, taking a step towards Kong. "We are insane?"
"Dean... Calm down." Sam tried to talk Dean away.
"We were not the one to receive mails from abandoned building... And hearing voices. Tell me were you having a beauty sleep out here? Or are you playing hide and seek with your child?.... I heard you asking someone to track down your husband's number. Tell me.. is he back home?"
Kong clenched his jaws. Looking away. "No. He is here."
"You don't say..." Dean mocked surprise, shaking his head. Going back to his car.
Sam sighed, rolling his eyes at his brother.
"Look sir. You have to trust us on this."
"Like I have any other option." Kong went ahead and opened his car's door. Rubbing away his tears. Now, was not the time to mop. His family needed him.
He opened his dash board cabinet and pulled out his Glock 17. And the extended clip. He put the clip in the inside of his jackets pocket. While he checked the guns magazine. It was full round. Missing at the way the brothers gaped at him.
"Why do you have that?" Dean pointed.
Kong looked at Dean. Then back at his gun. He shrugged. "Well, you'd be surprised to know, it's not my first rodeo either... It's tough being a white collar you see..... We don't get to take beauty sleeps without, cuckoos trying to sing us to madness."
Dean gaped. While, Sam looked away to bite his grin.
"So, if you are done X men. I'd really like to find my husband and daughter."
That seemed to have caught Sam's attention. "Whoa, whoa... You are not going anywhere. Stand back. We'll find your husband."
"Are you fucking kidding me?" Kong glared.
"I try to take a breath with my family and get pulled in this horror flick reject. My family disappear out of thin air. I get confirmed that his cell signals are catching up here, and also those mails. And then I am put in round saying there's ghost. And you expect me to stand back?... Bite me Mr. Winchester."
Sam pursed his lips. "Look... Whatever's in there wants you there. And you'll be safe if you keep..."
"I am not going to stand back waiting for verdicts... I am going in there..."
"Mr. Rojnapat..."
"No. You don't understand... They are my life. And I'd rather die trying to find them. Then sitting on my ass here."
"Okay..." Dean patted Sam's shoulder. While Sam gaped at Dean. "Alright. You can come. But you've to follow us and fall back, the moment we tell you to."
Kong blinked away his angry tears and nodded.
"And that baby." Dean pointed at Kong's gun. "That's not going to hurt what we are about to face."
Kong looked at his gun. "Then what is?"
"Rock salt rounds." Dean showed Kong his own Side by side sawed off shotgun.
Kong almost snorted.
"Ya I know." Dean nodded. "But that's the call. Here."
Dean pulled out another shotgun from his bag and tossed it Kong's way. Kong caught it. "Is this real?"
"That's not. This is." Dean pulled out his Colt M1911A1, from the insides of his trench coat's pocket.
Kong nodded. Putting away his own gun.
"Shoot... if anything moves." Dean ordered.
"My husband and my daughter moves too. Even we do."
"It's not gonna kill us. Just hurt us like a bitch. But... Be careful with the baby."
Kong gulped a lump. Clenching his jaws. As he ran a frustrated hand through his hairs. Looking at the ammunition in his hand.
"Come on." Dean walked ahead, carrying his bag.
Kong shared a gaze with Sam and followed Dean. Sam sighed in frustration, carrying his bag and followed right in.
They walked in the abandoned building. With Kong walking right between both the brothers. Dean walking upfront. Kong kept getting shivers as he looked around. His gun ready in his hand.

The place was bright in a spooky way with the early afternoon sunlight. It was some kind of a old abandoned mansion. A five star resort for the supernatural.
Kong watched curiously, at the remote like thing Dean was carrying. Making static noises.
"What is that?" Kong pointed.
Dean followed Kong's gaze. And looked at thing in his hand. "It's an EMF metre. It catches drop in temperature or statics, normally when an entity is around."
"Okay." Kong nodded. "I still think this is insane. But okay."
Dean nodded, walking ahead.
"What are you guys doing here anyways?" Kong asked looking around. "Got spam mails too?"

"No. We didn't. But few other peoples did." Sam replied.
Kong frowned. "Then what happened to them?"
Dean looked back and shared a look with Sam. Making Kong frown. He was getting a bad feeling about it. Dean shrugged, walking ahead.
"What?" Kong felt a pit grow in his stomach. As he gaped at both the brothers.
Sam sighed. Facing Kong. "They were never found."
Kong's jaws dropped, as he felt tears prickle. He gaped at Sam.
"Don't worry Mr. Rojnapat. We'll find them." Sam murmured.
Kong cleared his throat and nodded. Dabbing away his tears. With his sleeve. "Ya we will. And it's Kongpob. You can call me that."
Sam nodded, smiling. And they carried on.
"And what brings you here? Is their families paying you to get their intel?"
"No. We don't get paid." Dean snorted.
"Then why would you come to places where people disappear?" Kong gaped in disbelief.
"Someone have to. To shut the case." Dean shrugged.
"What are you guys?"
"Hunters." Dean replied.
"Hunters?"
"Yes. We hunt things lurking in the dark." Sam replied.
"You guys are insane."
"Been told..." Dean bowed.
"So... What is going on here?" Kong looked around the place, trying to brush of constant hair standing on his nap.
"Honestly? We don't know. This place was an Inn around twenty five years ago... Then it was caught in some mysterious fire.... It's been quite from the last twenty five years. Until, six months back..." Sam explained.
"Wait." Kong frowned. "Six months?"
Sam nodded. Frowning.
"Well that's the exact moment, I started getting those mails."
"Yeah that's the strange part. We have no idea about what triggered this." Dean nodded.
"Wait... How can someone send a mail, from this place. There no electricity, let alone be electronics."
Sam pulled out his cellphone. "Well the WiFi is quite strong here."
Dean and Kong followed, checking their phones. Sam was right. It was quite strong. Given it was a nowhere.
"What's giving juice to the network?" Dean frowned looking around. He haulted, his gaze falling on something. "Well... I'll be damned."
Kong on the other hand, was frowning at his phone. He clenched his jaws, looking at the WiFi name. RS 101.
"That's a WiFi tower." Sam's voice caught Kong's attention.
Kong blinked at the brothers. They were looking out of one of those broken windows. Kong followed and looked over their shoulders. They were looking at the solo cellular tower at a distance.
"RS 101. Is that the name?"
Kong nodded. So did Sam.
"So. Don't tell me. Those other victims were using the same network." Dean pointed.
Sam pulled out his tablet, from the inside of his jacket. And started tapping on it. "Yes they were."
"A high-tech entity." Dean nodded, running a hand through his hairs. "Good times."
"That explains." Sam added. "This tower was set here, six months back. There's this high end residential area nearby..."
"So, whatever was trapped here, finally got its route of calling out." Sam smiled, solving the mystery.
"We need to contact the owner of this RS 101..."
"Who's the owner?" Dean went around, and looked at Sam's tablet over Sam's shoulder. Kong facing them.
Both the brothers gaped at Kong, next. While, Kong sighed. Shrugging.
Dean scoffed. "No wonder... That fancy maiden name sounded so familiar."
"So... You are the CEO of Rojnapat Enterprises?" Sam pointed.
"My husband is. Not me."
"Is this him?" Sam, turned his tablet towards Kong.
Kong's chest tightened, looking at a smiling still of Arthit. He cleared his throat and nodded. "That's him."
"And he owns the company which provides this cellular services." Sam added.
"Wait, wait, wait." Dean scoffed. "Sam, Rojnapat. Ring a bell?"
Sam frowned, tilting his head at Dean.
"Sam. This land was transferred under the ownership of some Phukhao Rojnapat, around twenty five years ago." Dean pointed.
"Do you know someone of that name Kongpob?" Sam looked at Kong.
Kong nodded, with a bitter smile. "That's my father in law."
"Wow. So, all these months... Whatever it is here, wanted to reach you. And all the others, just got caught in the wind."
"What secrets are being hidden by your husband and his father?" Dean turned an accusing stare towards Kong.
Kong glared. "Mind your tongue. And just so you know. Conan. My husband was only four. Twenty five years back. Unless you think he is a serial killer prodigy."
"Calm down. Both of you." Sam stepped in between. "And Kongpob. Not your husband. But maybe, it has something to do with his father."
"Like what?" Kong was getting nuts now. The nagging in his heart was only expanding. And all these new informations, was making his heart drop.
"I don't know. But it's really strange. Why would your in law buy a property that's already destroyed?" Sam was checking his tab.
"To hide skeletons. In closets. Or, land. In this case."
"You can't just go around blaming people, Dean." Kong snapped.
"But it's strange Kongpob. He brought this land, right after the fire. And kind of abandoned it." Sam reasoned.
And before Kong could reply, he saw something alarming. The temperature around them dropped. Making it freezing. And they can literally see each other's breath. And Dean's EMF was going crazy.
"What's going on?" Kong shivered, looking around.
"We have visitors. Shoot. If anything moves."
Kong didn't know what was going on. But he took stance with his shotgun. Facing it around.
"Koooonnnngggpppoooobbbb... I have them."
Kong clenched his jaws. Gripping the gun tighter. Feeling a bubbling anger. The flashes of his husband and daughter, coming in his mind. He felt furious.
"I'll kill you." Kong hissed under his breath.
He was replied, with the same ghastly chuckle. Sending his skin under goosebumps.
"You heard that?" Sam murmured.
"Wait you can hear that?" Kong looked over. "What did you hear?"
"The laughter."
"Did you hear it call my name?"
"We did." Dean replied, blankly, pointing his gun, all around.
"But, P'Arthit didn't." Kong frowned. "And if this land is owned by Arthit's father. Then, why didn't Arthit get those mails?"
They went quite, trying to ward of something, which they knew was invisible. And any doubt, Kong had about the brothers was now gone. He understood there was something wrong.
Kong looked around and a moment later his eyes fell on something. His whole body froze. And his jaws dropped. Standing at the end of the corridor, was the same dark form, he saw when he was outside.
Just this time he saw the actual outlook. It was a man. Or was looking like one. The thing's form burnt and skin melting. Even the skull was melting. And half of that thing's face was disfigured. With burned plaids.
Kong felt his heart tightening at the sight. It was unreal. And one thought crossed his mind. That thing had his little daughter and husband. The thought making dread grip him.
Kong, stepped away, when he saw that thing, wave at him. His gun, slowly dropping. "Sam. Dean. That's the thing I saw..."
Sam and Dean, snapped their gazes over their shoulders. Their guns ready.
"Dean wait. It's not doing anything." Sam frowned.
"Ya, except for holding my family hostage. And giving me that creepy wave."
"It's getting complicated." Dean sighed. "HEY... WHAT DO YOU WANT?"
"Secrets."
"Secrets?"
Kong gaped, when he saw the apparition, walk away towards another corridor. And he bolted towards it without another thought.
"Come back... Give me back my family."
"Crap. Kongpob... Wait." Sam rushed behind.
But Kong wasn't listening to anything. He has had enough. He wanted them back. What was his daughter doing? She must be hungry. And crying. And the thought made him push away, his own fears.
"Leah... P'Arthit..." Kong called again, running through the empty, destroyed corridors. Feeling his cheeks get wet with tears.
Leah must be crying. Looking at that hideous thing. And what did it do with his husband? Sam's words, rang in his ear. Was he not going to find them again?
"Kongpob wait. Don't go on your own."
"P'Arthit... Leah..." Kong screamed. Running cluelessly, through the burned corridors, rubbing back his eyes. To keep his vision clear. "P'Arthit... Answer me... Le..."
Kong came to an abrupt hault. In front of one of the rooms... His breath hitching at the sight. He stood at the door of an abandoned bedroom. With dismembered wallpapers and age old dirty bed and room decors.
And the only thing which caught Kong's attention, was the navy suited pale man, lying unconscious over the bed. His legs dangling and torso sprawled over the bed. The sight breaking Kong's heart.
Arthit was always a symbol of warmth and power in Kong's eyes. But looking at Arthit now, Kong's heart shattered to million pieces. And Kong dreaded, going to check on his husband. His mind feeling with what ifs. It's all his fault. Why did he ever think of coming to this blasted place?
"Kongpob... What are you?"
Kong blinked, coming to his senses as Sam pushed past him, going in the room. Kong watched with batted breathes, as Sam leaned down and checked Arthit's pulse. Kong's whole system was shut. He was close to fainting.
"He is fine. Just passed out." Sam smiled, Kong's way.
Kong, was slapped with all his senses at the words. As he rushed towards the bed. And looked down at his husband. He leaned over and cupped Arthit's face. Sighing in happiness, when he felt the warmth under his touch.
"P'Arthit." Kong whispered. "Wake up. We need you P. Wake up."
"What's going on here?" Kong heard Dean just behind, as Sam walked round the bed.
"I don't know man. I mean this is nothing like evil or vengeful spirit vibe... It's almost like, he guided Kongpob to his husband..."
"Then why did those people disappear?"
"I don't know..."
Kong looked over. At the brothers, who looked at lost.
"What are you talking about?" Kong frowned.
Dean met Kong's gaze. His blue, green eyes, laced in concern. "Well... After we found all those missing cases, we assumed this place to be haunted by vengeful spirit. But now... We don't know anymore... It's almost like, this thing just wants to be heard."
"Secrets." Kong muttered, frowning. Remembering those words. "What did it mean by secrets?"
"Secrets? Well, this place was shut down, after that fire. And almost forgotten... So, might be a secret related to the fire. And you saw that thing. It was burned." Sam paced across the room.
"But I double checked. There wasn't any casualty related with the accident. No mention of anyone dying. This place was evacuated." Dean frowned, looking at his brother.
"Secrets..." Sam haulted. Looking at his brother. "That's it. There must have been someone... And the death was kept a secret."
Dean and Sam, turned their gazes at Kong. Who gaped.
"Kongpob. I think it's time we talk to your husband's father. I am sure, whatever's happening. Has, something to do with him."
"Well, I informed them. They must be here any moment."
Kong heard a grunt. Making him jolt and look back. Arthit was coming to his senses. And gripping his head. Kong watched in daze, as Arthit blinked his eyes open and looked around, with a frown. While, Kong kept gaping like a fool.
Each movement Arthit made, slowly breaking a little of the tough front Kong was holding. Crumbling it. And finally making Kong face the dread, he was trying hard to withhold.
Kong blinked, when Arthit sat down, and looked around. Finally, facing around with a frown.
"Who are you?" Arthit grumbled, facing the two men. "Where am I?"
"That is a long ass story Arthit Rojnapat." Dean shook his head.
Arthit looked sideways. And Kong finally, saw the warm hazel eyes making him warm. Making him realise. Arthit was alive. And okay.
"Kongpob?" Arthit muttered. "Why are you crying? And where's Leah?"
Arthit's face turned dark instantly. As he set his jaws in a hard line and faced Sam and Dean. Coming to his feet and full height. "Where is my daughter?"
The brothers gaped, and looked at a disoriented Kong. While Arthit faced them, fuming in anger.
"WHERE'S MY DAUGHTER?" Arthit snarled, baring his teeths.
Kong jolted. Coming to his senses. He smiled and grabbed Arthit from his back. This was his husband. Kong knew so well. And Arthit was tensing in his arms.
"P'Arthit... They are here to help." Kong whispered.
"Kongpob what the fuck is going here?"
Kong drew in a breath and told everything to Arthit. That he came to know so far. Watching Arthit frown at him, constantly. His hazel eyes, skeptical. And Kong didn't blame him. Even Kong was skeptical with whatever he faced.
Kong waited. Looking at his clenched jawed, glaring husband. As Arthit kept looking back at Kong.
"P'Arthit..." Kong began.
"Kongpob Rojnapat. What the hell is wrong with you?" Arthit snapped, cutting Kong in between.
Kong jolted, shutting his mouth. As he gulped and looked at Arthit.
"This is bullshit. Don't you get it? Was there anyone else? When you woke up?"
Kong shook his head.
"And you believed their tall tales? Kong... They have our daughter. They must have been the one, who knocked us out. And this is not even the first time."
"But, I saw the apparition... P..."
"After all that crap they planted in your head... I am surprised you haven't seen the Atlantis yet..."
"Look there buddy... You shut this instant or I punch you to do the same." Dean warned in his deep voice, taking a menacing stance.
Arthit clenched his jaws, as he looked over. Coming toe to toe with Dean. Taking an equally menacing stance.
"No, you look there, Buddy...." Arthit hissed. His eyes red in wrath. "If anything happens to my daughter. I'll kill you with my own bare hands."
Dean clenched his jaws, tensing. As Sam and Kong faced two equally stubborn brick walls.
They sighed, sharing apologetical looks. And pulled both the man away from each other.
"P'Arthit... Please. You've to trust me on this." Kong requested. His voice shaking. "I have seen things P khrub. And I want our daughter back. And I can't do this alone. Please? I need you with me."
Arthit clenched his jaws and faced Kong. He cupped Kong's face and kissed his forehead. "We'll get her. I promise."
"Dean, you need to stay calm."
Kong heard Sam coaxing his brother. As Arthit caressed through his hairs. Kong found a strange strength, finally being in the warm embrace of his husband. His heart blooming with a little hope.
"Koooonnnngggpppoooobbbb..."
Kong pushed closer to Arthit and gaped at the already gaping brothers. While Arthit frowned at them.
"What?" Arthit stopped.
"I am taking, you can't hear the beautiful voice..." Dean mumbled under his breath.
They felt the temperature drop again. Their breaths were again visible, in the form of mist.
"Believe us now?" Dean asked blankly, loading his gun.
Arthit clenched his jaws. "It's mid November."
"And nowhere close to Iceland."
Arthit's retort haulted, as he faced the room's door wide eyed. Finally seeing, what Kongpob saw.
"What in the name of hell?" Arthit cried, pushing Kong behind himself, on instinct.
"Tall tales." Dean scoffed, unamused.
Arthit set his mind without another thought, as he grabbed the shotgun from Kong's hands. And loaded it, pointing it direct at the apparition, with one hand. While his other hand was shielding Kong.
"Don't shoot." Sam urged.
"Where's my daughter?" Arthit snapped.
That blasted thing, waved again. And it would have killed Kong with heart attack, if the room wasn't flooded with daylight. The brightness was the thing that seemed to have calmed some of Kong's nerves.
Arthit was taking ragged breathes. Tensed. And Kong was feeling a little stronger with Arthit around. But the thought oh his little child was killing him. The fear of never being able to meet his daughter gnawing away any other fear.
They gasped, when the apparition started walking away again. To its right. And like on queue they heard the cries of a baby echoing through the place. Kong's heart tugged. And he saw Arthit tearing up.
"Leah..." Arthit whispered. Looking around.
Arthit never felt so helpless before. It was like he was binded with sackles around his leg and pushed down the ocean. He jolted ahead, pushing away Sam and followed the way that thing disappeared to. While Leah's cries rang through the whole place.
"P'Arthit wait..." Kong tried to follow, but Sam stopped him.
"I am going after him. Dean cover the rest." Sam bolted away, after Arthit.
"Sammy." Dean called out loud, taking a step ahead. "Be careful."
"You too." They heard a disembodied reply.
"Damn it." Dean hissed. And faced a jaw dropped Kong. "Come on. Let's go. Save our family."
"I don't have a rock salt gun."
"Just stick close."
Kong didn't argue further, and walked out with Dean. Sticking close.

They kept walking through the dingy corridors. Checking one room after another. Leah's cries couldn't be heard anymore. And Kong kept fidgeting with all kinds of possibilities, that kept rushing through his mind. Even though he didn't want to think.
Kong needed to keep his focus.
"I am sorry about my husband." Kong broke the silence.
"It's alright. I'd have freaked out too."
Kong nodded. "And I am sorry I didn't believe you at first. And thanks for helping us out."
Dean nodded. And Kong saw his smile at him.
"Why do you do this anyways?" Kong was curious.
"Someone have to. We have knowledge about things. Most of the human population doesn't. And we kind of help that population to survive from these sons of bitches."
Kong nodded. "What about your parents?"
"Well... My mother was killed by a demon. And my father sacrificed himself to save us from the same demon."
Kong's jaws dropped. "I... I am so sorry.."
"Hey.." Dean raised his hand, gesturing Kong to calm down. "It's alright."
Kong nodded, then gulped. "Demons? They are real?"
"Very much."
"And what about the thing that..." Kong stopped.
"Killed my mother?" Dean completed in his deep voice.
Kong nodded again.
"I clipped him. Right here." Dean pointed at the spot between his brows.
Kong's eyes widened. "You can kill a demon?"
Dean nodded, keeping continuous eyes around.
"And what about this thing?"
"Well ghosts are different. We need to salt and burn there remains to set them free."
"Then what are we doing here? Let's go and burn the remains."
"That's gonna be a tough call, coz we don't know, who we are facing. And he can be burried anywhere."
Kong hung his head in defeat. Running his hand through his hairs.
"Hey... We'll find her. Besides, if we don't... I have a feeling, your husband is going to burn the whole place down." Dean smirked at Kong.
Kong chuckled, through his tears. Arthit WILL do that.
"No offense but I took you to be the tougher one."
"None taken... And no. He is the tougher one. He is shoot first, ask questions later, kind."
Dean gaped at Kong. Tilting his head, with a frown.
"What?" Kong frowned.
"Nothing... He just kind of sounds like myself."
"You don't say..."
"Koooonnnngggpppoooobbbb."
They haulted and Dean loaded his gun, pointing it around instantly. Feeling the freezing cold surround them again.
"I have her..."
"What do want?" Kong screamed, looking around.
He heard the ghastly chuckle again. Just this time it was closer.
"Stay close." Dean tried to cover Kong.
"Secrets."
Kong heard the whisper, right next to his ear. Every hair in his body, standing. As he froze and gagged. As he gaped at Dean.
And before he could form a reply, he was dragged inside a room right next to him. And he watched the door shut right at Dean's surprised face. As he dropped hard over the floor.
Kong groaned, wincing. And he looked around. This room gave a eerie feel. It was colder. And creepier. The room seemed like an old bedroom. Which was burned. Kong turned and looked over. Facing a three side Victorian window, facing the east. And even though the room was flooded with light. The atmosphere was dark.
"Kongpob. Can you hear me?"
Kong jolted to senses, hearing Dean's muffled voice. And he scrambled to his feet. He paced towards the door and haulted mid-way. Kong froze and broke in cold sweat. That entity was standing right in the shadows, cast over the door. Facing Kong.
"Dean." Kong called, eyes fixed on the apparition. "It's here."
"DAMN IT."
Kong could hear constant banging on the door. Dean was trying to break it open. But Kong was up for more jump scared. He saw the thing taking steps towards him. And Kong started backing away instantly.
The place was filled with rancid smell. Of burned things. And on close proximity, the thing looked like a nightmare that came to life.
"DEAN." Kong called again, eyes not leaving that approaching thing.
"I won't hurt you."
He heard a whisper. Which trembled his very existence.
"I got a secret to share."
Kong felt himself get stuck against a hard surface, with no escape. And Kong embraced his doom. As the thing came toe to toe with him. Kong's stomach hurled with the smell that whipped in him. It smelled like rotten flesh.
"Stay away from me." Kong hissed through his clenched jaws. Trembling.
"Don't be afraid."
Kong saw the thing raise his arms. His eyes widened as he gaped at it. His eyes getting stuck with the melting, deformed eyes.
"P'ARTHIT." Kong screamed. "Don't touch me. Stay away. P'ARTHIT."
But it was too late as he felt two ice cold surface, cup his face. And Kong froze. His face going blank. He was starting to see things and hear voices. Which froze him. Kong gasped, as he looked through the flashes of memories this place saw.
Finally, knowing the secret.
Kong gasped and blinked, coming to his senses the next moment. He coughed, with the sudden grab of breath, that he wasn't taking. He looked around, clutching his chest. It was gone.
"Kongpob."
Kong jolted, looking at the door burst open, at his face. And Arthit walking in. Kong's knees went weak, and he was about to drop. But he was grabbed and held tight.
"I got you."
Kong gripped around Arthit's shoulders, tight, as his lips trembled. And he broke in sobs.
"Sshh. It's okay. I am here."
Kong shook his head, choking on his cries. "I know what happened here P'Arthit."
Arthit parted, and held Kong's shoulders. Looking at Kong and searching his eyes. "What do you mean?"
Kong drew in a breath, as he gripped Arthit's wrists. "Twenty five years back. Your father was here. And he was visited by a guest... When the fire broke, Por and that man were having an argument... The owners were trying to get the guests evacuated. And in that rush Por hit his guest, Brian Conor accidently. Or in frenzy."
Arthit kept listening with held breaths. Dean and Sam standing either side of Arthit.
"Brian died with a broken neck. And Por got scared. He locked Brian's body in this room and mended with the frantic crowd.... And he transferred this property under his name, shortly after." Kongpob sniffled.
"It was a small Inn. With handwritten records. And those records got caught in the fire. Rubbing away any traces of Brian, there was."
Kong cleared his throat and continued. "He's been trying to reach others. Which was impossible cause he can't leave this area. And as luck has it RS 101, set it's tower here. And he started calling out to others. Those people who disappeared, are here. In the basement."
"Then why didn't he reach Arthit?" Sam frowned.
"I have a conclusion." Arthit muttered. Schooling his fearful expression. "I don't use this WiFi."
"That explains a lot." Sam exhaled a tired breath.
"What does it want now?" Dean asked. Looking at Kong.
Kong clenched his jaws and faced Arthit. Who looked back with wide eyes. "What?"
Kong blinked, looking away. Trying to hold back his brimming tears.
"Kongpob what? You are scaring me. Damn it." Arthit snapped, his grip on Kong's shoulders tightening.
Kong coughed and drew in a shaky breathe. "It wants to make us feel. How it feels to be in darkness about not knowing what happened to someone you love."
"Okay..." Arthit was feeling a pit form inside.
"It took Leah... To punish us. Especially me. To be married to a Rojnapat. And it is going to take you..." Kong choked, looking at Arthit. "Once Por arrives. To make him feel what his newly wed wife must have felt."
Arthit clenched his jaws, stepping away. As Kong watched his face getting contoured with anger every moment.
"It's not returning Leah, P'Arthit... And it's going to take you away too."
Kong looked away. Covering his face. He was going to loose everything. In a flash. Every single thing.
"Guys. Listen to me. We'll find her. We just need to know where he is burried." Dean sighed.
It was 15 past 1 in the afternoon. And the four men, paced around the front of the hall, helpless. They have turned the whole place down. But there was no sign of the baby.
Kongpob was sitting on the end of the stair. Without any kind of movement or reaction. He felt dead. Arthit was at a loss. He didn't know what he would do. He went and knelt in front of Kong. Who was looking blankly at the ground. Elbows, resting over his parted knees.
"Kong... Talk to me.. don't do this." Arthit whispered. "No one's gonna take us away."
Kong scoffed, bitterly. "Yeah. Our daughter is already gone. It's just a matter of time and you'll be gone too."
"Kongpob... Listen to me."
Kong shook his head. "You asked me today about my surprise visit, remember?"
Arthit nodded.
"I was just missing you. We barely see each other these days. It felt we were just hanging by a thread. We are drifting apart, Oon." Kong whispered, eyes fixed on the ground.
"I don't find you around anymore P khrub. Where are you?" Kong met Arthit's teary hazel eyes.
Arthit looked away, sniffling.
"Now, look what I've done. I am going to loose everything that I ever fought for. Forever." Kong sobbed.
"It's not your fault." Arthit replied, hoarsely.
"But it is. If I haven't been so selfish. If I'd have just let things be on its own. I atleast would have had you two. Safe."
"Baby no." Arthit knelt on his knees, between Kong's parted legs. And held Kong's face, against his chest. "Ssshh. It's not your fault."
Kong didn't reply. He kept, indulging himself with the soothing warmth.
They straightened, when they heard about approaching cars. And soon enough they saw their fathers. And friends. Arthit and Kong came to their feet. Facing them.
Arthit's father, gave a guilty stare to both his sons. And Kong saw Dean marching towards Phukhao. And charge on him with heated words. Phukhao's face paled, then he looked ashamed and finally hung his head nodding. He said something to the hot headed brother. And Dean visibly relaxed.
Dean walked towards Kong and Arthit. Sam following, with a frown.
"Arthit. Can I have a word?" Dean gestured.
Arthit walked towards Dean, without another thought. Sam and Kong watching them, walk away.
"What's happening?" Kong asked, watching Dean explaining something to Arthit. Who was listening with a blank face.
"Trust Dean. He will fix this."
Kong nodded. Feeling a little spark of hope. As he watched both the man, discussing something. Arthit finally running a hand through his hairs and nodding. Both of them, finally looking over to face Kong. Who blinked at them, gaping.
"No!" Kong snapped, glaring at the three men.
"That's the only way." Sam tried to reason.
"My husband's not a sacrificial lamb, Sam." Kong shook his head.
"Let me go." Phukhao stepped in. With Kong's father.
Arthit looked the other way instantly. Kong noticed how Arthit was avoiding his father.
"It's all my fault afterall." Phukhao gazed longingly, at his son. Who was avoiding him.
Kong wanted to sympathesize. And he did. But, he already lost his daughter. And now, his husband was at stake.
"He won't take you." Dean replied. Then faced Kong. "Kongpob..."
"No, Dean." Kong snapped, even before Dean could even form another word.
"Let me." Arthit finally, stepped closer to Kong. Pushing everyone aside.
Kong clenched his jaws, when Arthit smiled at him. Showing his dimple. Kong knew the hold Arthit had over him. So, he started shaking his head instantly. Stepping back.
Arthit was fast. He grabbed around Kong's waist and pulled him closer.
"No." Kong brittled, glaring. His eyes brimming with tears. "NO."
"0062... listen to me." Arthit cupped Kong's face. While, his other hand kept gripping Kong in a vice like hold.
Kong drew in a shaky breathe, hearing the endearment. He haven't heard from long.
"I need to save our daughter. She is our miracle. Remember?"
"Yes. OUR. I am going with you." Kong's voice shook. As he struggled to push Arthit away.
"You know it's not that easy." Arthit rested his forehead on Kong's.
"Don't... P'Arthit don't. We'll break this whole bloody place down. And you don't even know. If that sucker will take you to our daughter." Kong tried to reason, with trembling voice.
"I have to take my chances, 0062." Arthit sighed, kissing Kong's lips. "You've to let me go."
"What do you mean by that?" Kong gaped with wide eyes. Looking at the determined hazel eyes.
Arthit kissed Kong tight. In reply. Shutting him up. And making Kong crouch in Arthit's arms.
"I am sorry, I wasn't around much. I just wanted to give you two the world. And I kept drifting away." Arthit whispered. Kissing Kong's head.
"YOU, are our world. P'Arthit." Kong trembled, clawing Arthit's jacket's lapel. "We love you."
"Then let me go. And save our love. Or die trying."
Kong cupped Arthit's face. And dropped kisses. All over it. Finally, on his lips.
Kong cleared his throat and rubbed away his tears. Nodding. "Okay. Okay. Go. P'Arthit."
Arthit smiled and looked over instantly, leaving Kong. Kong wanted to scream, with the loss of warmth. But he bit his tongue and held his cries. As he watched Arthit take Dean's shotgun. And hear Dean's instructions.
"Just keep warding him off. We won't take long. I already sent my brother and few of your buddies to dig the grave. You just need to make sure you find your baby."
"And what if it doesn't take me to her?"
"It will. I am sure of it. It wants to hide you away remember?"
Arthit nodded and stuffed the extra rounds in his pocket. He looked over and faced Kong again. And Kong forced a smile his way.
"Arthit." Phukhao, patted his son's head.
"Take care of him for me." Arthit ordered his father. Without looking back. As he walked away from his father's hold.
"Take care of yourself for me okay?" Arthit caressed Kong's hairs.
Kong didn't reply. He kept standing there like a statue.
"And. Whatever happens. Please, don't hate, being married to a Rojnapat." Arthit gave a painful chuckle.
Kong felt his left portion going numb with pain. Which ran till the tip of his fingers. As he kept, looking at Arthit's eyes. Dreading. He won't be able to see them again.
"I love you with all my life, Mr. Rojnapat." Arthit whispered, kissing Kong one last time. "And I am sorry."
Arthit walked past Kong, as he jogged up the staircase. Dean following, giving one last look at the dejected man. He gave an encouraging pat at Kong's shoulder and walked away.
Kong didn't respond. He didn't acknowledge any of the stares that were given his way. He stepped down, facing his father in law.
"Take me to the grave. Now, Por."
"Hey... If in case I don't make it. I am sorry for being a douche bag." Arthit broke the silence, as they walked over the second floor.
"Well apologize properly. When you come out in one piece."
Arthit chuckled, nodding. "Ya okay."
"Are you ready?" Dean asked. Stopping at the room where things happened.
Arthit nodded. Tucking his shotgun, on his back. He shared one look with Dean and stepped inside the room.
"I AM HERE YOU ASSHOLE... COME AND GET ME."
Arthit felt the drop in temperature. And he braced himself for the unknown. Dean was close behind. And for the first time. Arthit heard the ghastly chuckle. Just before everything went dark.
Arthit can hear the distant cries. It seemed so far and out of reach. Like a dream.
"Leah..." Arthit called.
He can slowly hear the cries getting closer. And louder. It wasn't a dream. Arthit snapped his eyes open. And he can hear it loud and clear. His daughter was crying.
Arthit was lying on his back. In what looked like a basement. He looked around the closed space. Getting his disoriented mind in place.
Leah cried again. She was choking and hiccuping. The sound breaking Arthit's heart. He sat with a stark in a snap.
"Leah?" Arthit looked around the dark place. "Leah baby don't cry. Daddy's here."
Arthit came to his feet and pulled out his phone and flashed the flashlight around. It looked like an old supply room. Then he saw Dean fainted in a corner.
Arthit rushed towards Dean. And tapped his face. "Dean. Can you hear me? Wake up."
Dean grumbled, scrunching his face. Arthit tapped Dean's chest. Sighing in relief, at the fact that the man wasn't dead.
"Hey. You okay?"
"Peachy." Dean groaned sitting up, holding his head.
"Is that your daughter?" Dean looked at Arthit wide eyed.
Arthit nodded, turning the flashlight around. He can hear the cry nearby.
"Where is she, Dean?" Arthit was panicking.
Dean came to his feet and pulled out his own flashlight from his pocket. "I think it's coming from there."
They stepped, together towards the closet in the corner of the room. They faced the door of the old and worned closet. Leah's cries were louder there. And Arthit almost opened the door, when Dean stopped him.
"It can be a trap." Dean put away his flashlight and pulled out his shotgun, from his inner pocket.
"You are going to shoot my daughter?" Arthit glared.
"It might not be your daughter Arthit. So, just taking precautions." Dean pointed the gun, towards the closet. "Open."
Arthit clenched his jaws and held the doors. He drew in a breath and pulled it open.
"Oh god." Arthit cried. Looking at his red in the face, swollen eyed little girl. With her teddy bear onesie, dirty. "Leah."
Arthit pulled open his jacket. Wrapping it around his little fluffball. As he pulled her out, in his arms. Her voice was hoarse.
"Daddie..." Leah hiccuped.
"Yes... Baby. Daddy's here." Arthit kissed the chubby face all over. "Sshh.... Princess. Don't cry. Don't cry sweetheart."
Arthit faced Dean. Rocking Leah. As she lied against Arthit's chest, hidden in her father's navy jacket. Choking and scared.
"Please tell me I can punch that thing back to death." Arthit hissed. "She is just a baby."
"They don't see shades of grey Arthit."
"How do we get out?" Arthit looked around.
Dean turned and walked ahead, flashing the light. Arthit following. Caressing over the soft mass in his arms.
"There." Dean pointed towards the ceiling. There was a square wooden lid. With light sipping through the slithers.
"Awesome. And how do we get there?" Arthit sighed.
"Aaaaaaarrrrtttthhhhiiiitttttt. Ready to rot here?" The ghastly chuckle rang.
Arthit clenched his jaws. Gripping his daughter to keep her warm. Because, he could see his breath. And the chilling air.
Dean looked over. Tilting his head, questionably at Arthit.
Arthit pulled out Kong's phone from his pocket and showed it to Dean in reply.
"You are insane."
Arthit didn't reply. As he pulled out the shotgun from his back. He held Leah in one arm. And loaded his gun. Pointing it around and looking over his shoulder. Dean coming just besides. Holding his flashlight and gun. And they saw it lurking in the corner.
"It's fucking ugly." Arthit covered Leah's head and ear. Firing the gun. Looking at it vanish in thin air.
"We have a baby here Arthit. Watch your tongue." Dean fired, in the other direction. "Use the word Fugly."
"Oh right. Thank you. It's Fugly." Arthit fired another shot. "What are we shooting at Tom Cruise anyways?"
"Rock salt. And trust me it's hurting our pal there, like a... Bit..." Dean cleared his throat. "Like a mother."
"I hope your plan works Dean Winchester." Arthit pointed the gun around.
"Anytime now."
But before Arthit could reply. His gun was tossed away. And he was tossed next. And stuck against the opposite Wall. Almost hurting Leah. But Dean was fast in grabbing away the bundled baby and grabbing it against his chest.
Arthit groaned, sitting up. And leaning against the wall. He jolted next watching the thing lean over at him out of nowhere.
"Dean. Anytime now."
Arthit screamed next. Feeling a burn spread through his chest.
"Feel how it feels to be burned."
Arthit screamed wincing and jolting. While Dean was locked in a corner with Leah in his arms.
"Damn it." Dean hissed through his clenched jaws. As he tried to move.
"Dean..." Arthit cried. Leah was wailing frantically.
"Damn it Sammy. Make it fast." Dean cried to no one in particular. "Sshh don't cry baby. Everything is fine."
Then something happened. That thing. Stepped away as it's feet caught fire. Slowly the flames consuming the thing as a whole. Arthit covered his eyes and Dean shielded Leah.
That entity let out an unearthly scream. As it started getting misted away with the air. Into nothingness.
"What happened?" Arthit peeked through. The pain in his body disappearing.
Dean rocked Leah in his arms. Resting his head back, trying to catch his breath. "My brother or maybe your husband happened."
Meanwhile...
Kong watched the bones go, in flames, inside the dug grave. Surrounded by Bright, Sam and Aim.
"Is it done?" Kong asked blankly. Looking sideways at Sam.
Sam nodded, looking at Kong concerned. Kong nodded back, as he walked away from there. Followed by the others. And his father in law.
The drive back to the Inn, was quite and tensed. No one said a word. Waiting for the unexpected.
Kong sighed and straightened. When he saw the Inn coming in vision. He opened the door, even before Bright could park the car. And jolted out. He ran through the gate. Towards the silent form of the Inn. Now looking brighter. Under the late winter evening sun.
Kong's jaws dropped. When he saw Dean walking down the stairs. With a bundle wrapped in navy jacket, Kong knew belonged to Arthit. Two brown ear peeking over the jacket's collar. Kong ran towards a smiling Dean. As he reached down the stairs.
"Here." Dean passed a sleeping Leah to Kong's arms.
Kong hugged Leah tight against his chest and kissed her head. Breaking in tears.
"Thank you Dean." Kong met Dean's gaze.
"It's all your husband. He'll make a good hunter."
"Where is he?" Kong sniffled and looked around. Arthit was nowhere... A dread gripped him.
"Dean, where is my husband?"
"Calm down Kongpob Rojnapat. You are not a widower yet."
Kong heard a amused voice, behind Dean. Before, Dean could form a reply. Dean scoffed, patting Kong's shoulder. As he walked away towards his brother.
Revealing a disheveled haired Arthit. Standing over the last step. His tie loose, shirt half untucked. And forehead bleeding, and holding a shotgun. As he smiled, forming his dimples.
"Hi baby." Arthit grinned, coming closer to Kong.
Kong clenched his jaws and slapped Arthit hard right that instant. Holding Leah carefully in his other arm.
Arthit held his cheek and gaped at Kong amused. "Baby that hurts."
"You are a stupid man Arthit Rojnapat." Kong snapped. "I am divorcing you."
And just against his own words. Kong cupped, Arthit's assaulted cheek and pushed himself against Arthit. Placing a chaste kiss over Arthit's cheek. With wet eyes.
"I hate you so much." Kong cried kissing Arthit's forehead. "And I'll kill you. Next time you try to leave me back."
Arthit chuckled, wrapping his arms around his family. As he dropped kisses over both father and daughter.
"Aww. You missed me?" Arthit tilted his head, trying to look at Kong's face. Which was hidden in his neck.
"Go to hell."
"But I was thinking about going to Malibu. For time infinite. You were about to scream for me. Remember?" Arthit rumbled.
Kong smiled against his neck. And snuggled closer to Arthit. Leah cocooned in their embrace.
"What are you going to do about this place P'Arthit?" Kong asked. Staying where he was.
Arthit sighed, facing the Inn. "I'll build an Old age home here. Obviously after cleansing it.... Not every aftermath, should be bad."
Kong nodded. Kissing Arthit's neck.
Arthit faced and smiled at his smiling father. He can never be mad at his own father. Everyone commits a mistake. The endings what matters.
Arthit faced both the brothers now. Who were ready to leave. Arthit nodded at Dean, with a grateful smile.
"Thank you Dean Winchester. I owe you thousands." Arthit called.
"I'll remember to pull the cards man." Dean raised his arms, smirking. "My company will always have a vacancy for you, Arthit Rojnapat."
Arthit laughed, nodding. "I'll consider it."
"I'll kill both of you." Kong grumbled.
Making Sam, Dean and Arthit laugh. Arthit waved at them as they, walked around their car. Kong peeking and watching the two crazy saviours drive away. Feeling forever grateful.
"Let's go." Arthit ushered Kong away.
Kong walked away, without sparing another glance over his shoulder. This time, actually leaving behind the blasted place for good.
