Kaeya pops up from his bed. Sweat and wetness surrounding him and his blanket. Labored breaths surrounding his face. "You're fine... You're alright," he says while taking deep breaths.

A sigh escapes his mouth as he catches his breath. His dreams were all memories of the week he was under the spell. Thoughts of running away, Klee, Ella Musk, his heart breaking at the first sight of adult Diluc, the maids, getting burned, training, Celi Boya, Diluc leaving, more training, Albedo, Khanrea'iahan Magic, Mita, the first fight with the abyss, the second one, Mani, Bloody Diluc, then what he thought was a dream but was real.

Tuesday

The child bluenet unsheathed his sword walking down a cave like tunnel. Water drips down into puddles. He wears a wide smile, like many children have when they are on an adventure.

Kaeya watches his younger self in curiosity now knowing what to expect a little bit more. He feels a little gritty too and lets out a chuckle.

That all ends when the boy gets attacked by abyss mages. The dream-like memory fades to black until the sun comes out. He's been teleported to Mondstadt.

He watches the boy play with Klee and a commoner. Something in his brain tells him that her name is Ella Musk. He doesn't remember seeing her prior.

"Kaeya..." a voice calls.

Kaeya looks around. He recognizes that voice. Blinking himself awake, Kaeya opens his eyes to see Klee and Ella Musk.

"Good morning!"

"Aba mosi dada," Ella says, looking at the ground as if in shame.

"Ada mosi dada," Kaeya repeats, as if that was his first language.

"You know hilichurlian?" Ella's head shoots up to see the Cavalry Captain's only visual eye. His black eye patch covers the lighter colored one.

"What's... hilichurlian ?" Kaeya says slowly.

"You just said good morning in hilichurlian."

"I did?"

"Do you remember when we talked to the hilichurls?" Ella asks.

"Uh... no," Kaeya answers. "Sorry?"

Ella sighes.

"Cheer up Ella," Klee says, patting her friend's shoulder. "Big bro Albedo said that Sir Kaeya would eventually get his memories back."

"I guess," Ella says.

The two girls leave the infirmiry, but not without saying their goodbyes.

"Good bye, Kaeya!"

"Get well in hilichurlian."

Wednesday

Kaeya watches as his younger self runs to his room also known as "Solitary Confindment". The boy getting ready to escape and run away. Kaeya looks at his younger self in sadness. Jean stops him thankfully and makes a deal.

His dream changes into Dawn Winery. A familiar sight. There the maids and Noelle play with younger Kaeya and joke with him. Hillie and Moco were never there for his actual childhood, but they were pretty funny in this week-long childhood.

When we wakes up, it's just like it was in his dream because the maids were walking into the infermiry.

"Here he is," Noelle says, leading the other three ladies inside.

"Hello Adelinde," Kaeya says.

"Good day, Master Kaeya. Are you well?" The head maids asks.

"I am." Kaeya makes a small nod. Hillie and Moco stay behind Adelinde. "Come closer," Kaeya says, motioning his hand towards himself so they would get closer to him. "Do you remember when we were outside having a picnic? And we were talking about my tile?"

When they realize they become stern. "What did you do?" Adelinde asks suspision of the two.

"Nothing," Moco lies.

"Nothin at all," Hillie says quickly exiting the room.

"Come back here you two!" Adelinde runs after them.

Kaeya smiles at Noelle who watches them. "Even if it was a week, I kind of felt like your mother."

"Me too," Kaeya says. "Well... more like your son. I don't have a mother. Not anymore at least."

The two chuckle. "No hard feelings?"

"No hard feelings. After all, you were under a spell."

Thursday, Friday, and Saturday

The next two days go by quick.his figures out how he got his shoulder brun, and watches himself train for two days. Albedo comes over and confirms everything related to their hometown that Kaeya saw through his dreams. He also watches his brother in handcuffs and bloody. He woke up sweating and crying after that one.

"So, you know?" Kaeya says, taking off his eye patch.

"Yes, I've known for a little while."

"Why didn't you say anything?"

"I didn't think I needed to until then."

"Whatever, it's been about a week, do I remember everything now? I hate being cramped in this bed for days at a time."

"I think that's all," Albedo says. "I'll go inform the deaconess and Jean."

"Whew!"

***

After everything was taken care of Kaeya finally could walk outside. He alwmost forgot what Monday looks like. What was he going to do first, you ask? Go drink, of course!

Headed towards his squally bar he waves to all of his friends who are happy to see the Cavalry Captain up and running or walking.

Opening the door to Angel's Share he sits in his usual seat at the bar. The tavern greets him with claps and cheers. A smirk spreads across his face. What a great feeling to be home.

He turns to the bartender. "I'll have the-" Kaeya stares into the eyes of his brother. His smirk turns into a frown as the memory he pushed into the back of his brain resurfaces just like the dreams he's been having. "Oh no..." the bluenet grumbles.

Diluc doesn't say anything but silently gives his brother his shall drink, dandelion wine. He downs the bottle in a few swigs. Slamming the bottle down, not too hard to break it but almost to crack it. "Can I have something stronger? I definitely don't want to remember this. I'm sick of remembering things."

Once again Diluc gave him his drink without saying anything. Kaeya down it quickly. "Silent treatment... real mature."

As the night progresses, Kaeya drink. Each drink gets the bluenet more and more drunk. "And that's how I created a mitachurl out of nothing!" Kaeya raises his arm in a sweeping moment, his hand landing hard in the wooden bar.

"Stop drinking. You're spitting nonsense!" One of the tavern says, he himself is too drunk to stand straight.

"No you!" Kaeya spit back. The two get into a drunken fight and the others cheer on. Kaeya swings his fists and so does the other man. Kaeya gets a few good hits but unfortunately he doesn't dodge as well and gets a jab to his eye patch. The fabric doesn't do much to comfort the blow and Kaeya falls to the ground.

"Kaeya!" Diluc rushes past the rest of He pattern who have the decency to disperse. The red-haired brother goes on his knees and puts his arms around Kaeya's face. Brushing some hair out of his face to check for blood. The patch blood most of it and Diluc attempt to remove it, but a firm hand stops him.

"Don't," Kaeya orders.

"Okay," Diluc says, putting his hands in the air.

Kaeya mumbles something like, "I'm tired," and his hand goes limp. Keeping his promise, Diluc resists the urge to remove the black eye patch. He instead picks up his brother and annonces, "Tavern's closed."

The patron shuffles out grunting and having mild arguments, voicing their annoyance. "If you didn't want to leave then you shouldn't have started a fight," Diluc says to the patron who punched his brother. He grumbles and leaves, closing the door behind him.

'At least he has the decency to shut the door,' Diluc thinks to himself.

Diluc places his brother on top of the bar. 'What am I going to do with you? I cannot take you to the winery. It would take too long.' Diluc looks around the tavern. "I guess I could take you to the extra bedstone upstairs."

Diluc's picks up Kaeya from the bar and walks up the wooden spiral staircase, continuing walking straight he reaches the bedroom. It's locked to patrons, but Diluc has the key. He promptly unlocks it unhandled and pushes the door open with his foot.

"This will have to do." Diluc lays his brother down on the bed. "Sweet dreams," Diluc says, placing a kiss on his brother's forehead.

Hello Seedlings, it's yet another update. Today's question is what is your favorite flower/plant in Genshin Impact? I'm not really sure what I like but did you know that Cecilia's represent the true feelings of the prodigal son? Just something to think about.
