Rey's POV
I wake up holding Kylo's arms that are wrapped around me on the bed. I yawn and turn over and snuggle into his chest. I can feel his heart beat and it's rather peaceful and calming. I match my breathing to his and drift back asleep.

I'm back in a room with Hux. I'm not handcuffed or restrained. He stands there smirking like he's been waiting for me. "General Hux what an unpleasant surprise."

"Get used to it scavenger. I truly am your nightmare." He grins.

"Not my worst nightmare though." Losing Kylo is my worst nightmare and as long as I have him, I can do anything.

"Oh, but when you return after killing those who used to be your friends, I have a surprise for you."

"As I have a surprise for you." I grin. He pulls out a blaster and fires at me. I tuck and roll towards him and he fires again and I force push the shot and suddenly the shot goes flying backwards towards him. I grin and think of Kylo on Takodana.

My hand is outstretched towards Hux and I feel powerful and it feels great. Kylo is my strength. I close my eyes and imagine his smile, as he golden brown eyes look into mine.

Hux is afraid and is staring at me knowing he messed up. I force push him into the wall and walk up to him narrowing my eyes. "I'm not afraid of you."

Then he disappears in thin air. It was all in my head.

I know you're in the middle of a dream, but I have to know what you're smiling about.

It's Kylo, I smile bigger and pull out of my dream into reality. I see Kylo's golden brown eyes and lean in for a kiss. My hands run through his hand and I can feel his hands under my shirt on the small of my back. He pulls me closer and I feel his belt against me. I pull away. "Just because I'm attractive in my uniform doesn't mean you are." He chuckles.

"Sorry I'm not shirtless. How inconsiderate of me." He sits up and begins undressing. "What you're not going to help?"

I shake my head. "No I'm enjoying to view." He blushes and looks away.

There's a loud beep from the control room. I get up and walk to the control room. There's a new transmission. I turn it on. I recognize Phasma immediately, "Good Morning Rey and Kylo Ren. General Hux has send me a transmission right now that the first garrison of troops will be attacking in two hours from now. We should be prepared to leave in two hours and arrive there in three hours to push forward the attack as planned. When you recieve this transmission please reply on what you would like us to do in the mean time." She nods and the transmission ends. I send out a communication signal because I am not dressed for a transmission or a video call. She anwsers on the second wave. "State your name and business."

"Rey, calling to confess my love of hot cocoa."

I hear her laugh slightly. "Good morning Rey."

"Good morning Phasma. Did you rest well?"

"Yes, and you? How are you feeling?"

"I feel ready to kick ass!"

"The feeling is mutual. Any orders before we prepare to launch?"

"There's been a change in plans. We are not going to push forward the attack. I trust your troops are highly skilled and can easily do their job."

"Thank you, but what is the new plan?"

"We're going to seek on to a resistance ship and go to the other base with them."

"There's too many to seek on to a ship. May I advise that FN-2199 lead a forward attack while the three of us do the seeking?"

"Excellent. Shall we expect you on our shuttle then?"

"It would be easiest that way."

"Welcome Aboard then. Tell your troops the new plan and call off the two pilots who were to steal two ships."

"Right away." I end the call.

I sit at the pilot seat. Luke can you hear me?

Yes Rey. What is it?

The First Order is attacking in two hours. Be ready in one in case they're early. I told them I plan on seeking on to a ship and finding out where the new base is. What ship shall I board.

The Millennium Falcon, your co-pilot will be expecting you.

Thank you Luke for not giving up on me.

I knew you would come back. Just like I knew my father would and I know Ben will.

I'm completing my mission Luke. I'm bringing him with me. He doesn't know it, but I know he'll follow me.

And why is that?

I can't tell him, it's against the Jedi Code. I bite my lip and don't reply. I hear Kylo coming.

Rey?

I can't explain now. Go prepare and tell Leia about her son.

I rather surprise her.

Kylo walks in then. "You alright babe?"

"Yeah, change of plans."

"Okay, what's the new plan?"

"FN-2199 is leading the forward push. You, me, and Phasma are seeking on to a ship."

"Why can't the other pilots do it?"

"Why can't we do it?" I reply rather quickly.

"What if we get captured and seperated?"

"We won't." We're part of the Resistance now I think to myself.

"How can you be so sure?"

"Because we're strong with the force and probably the strongest together. We could easily overthrow them." He smiles at me and I fake one back. I don't want to overthrow them anymore. I'm still pissed at Luke for leaving me, but I found the real Kylo Ren because of that.

"We could kill Luke you know. Snoke as well. We'd be the only force users. No one could stop us." I look down and shake my head.

"Snoke needs to die, but not Luke."

"He abandon you and injured you and I!" He yells. "He needs to pay for it."

"That's not the Jedi way!" He stares at me in shock.

"We aren't jedi. Not anymore." He whispers then raises my face to look at him. "I am not going back and neither are you." I shake my face free and stand.

"You don't get to decide my path." I stay to his face, so he knows I mean it. I begin walking away. I freeze in the doorway and Kylo walks up behind me. "Don't you do it." I know it's coming. "I'll be mad at you if you do."

"You'll be mad either way." Then everything goes black and I feel myself falling.

Kylo's POV
I catch Rey and take her back to the room. I'm not going back to the Resistance. They won't accept us, especially me.

I walk back to the control room in uniform now. I send out a communication signal for a video call to Phasma.

"Good morning sir." She stands at attention.

"How long before we are ready?"

"Doing our last preparations."

"Excellent, after that we shall take off?"

"Right away sir." She ends the call on me. I wasn't done, but oh well.

I sit around then I go to see if Rey's alright. Her bandages are all red. I change them applying medicine and two wraps. I hear the shuttles ramp open and close then the ship takes flight.

I rush to see who is trying to steal our shuttle and realize it's Phasma. She probably knew I was busy with Rey. I head back to the room and see Rey sitting up and shuffling through her bag. I enter the room and hand her my cape, but she sets it aside without saying a word to me. I know she's mad and giving me the silent treatment. I wait until she's done getting into her uniform. I take her cape and she rolls her eyes, but turns and allows me to attach her cape. She picks up mine and does the same. I smile at her, but she looks down and walks out. I look down the hallway and see her go into the control room.

I go and sit against the wall in the back as I watch Rey take the pilot seat and Phasma move into the co-pilot seat and move her helmet from behind the pilot chair to behind hers. She hands Rey the headset and places hers on. They make a good team, working together without a word.

Reminds me of my dad and Chewbecca. I look down at my boots, Chewbecca is going to kill me one day, I killed his best friend. I wonder if he knows that I regret it.

"FN-2199, you're clear for attack." I look up. Attack? We're all suppose to attack. I stare at Rey. She mentioned a new plan.

"What's going on?"

"We're heading for the secret hangar."

"How do you know where it is?"

"I'm guessing."

"There it is!" Phasma points to where a ship is suddenly departing. We slow and easy low to the ground, but still cruising in. Rey brings the ship down close to the enterance.

"Okay we are close enough to make a break for it. Find the closest ship and load. They'll probably destroy this shuttle soon or try and steal it, so now or never." Phasma grabs her helmet and begins down the hall.

"Rey, I'm not going to the Resistance Base or playing stow away." She ignores me and begins jamming all signals. She takes out her saber and ignites it then destroys the control panel.

She goes to leave and has a sour look on her face. I grab her hand to stop her and she turns. "Now is your chance to prove you love me Kylo. Either you trust me and follow me or you leave me to fend for myself and be like everyone else!" I can see the hurt in her eyes, but they're also begging me to trust her.

I sigh and let her go. She turns and leaves.
