Jae:why are you calling me so late?!
Y/n:Jaeden there's someone in the house
Jae:What do you mean?
Y/n:There's someone IN the house
My parents aren't home and I-I...I don't know what to do (yea let's just ignore 911 for a min)
The first person I thought of was you Im s-scared Jaeden
Jae:You sure,its not your brother/sister?
(if you don't have one pretend)
Y/n:No my brother/sister is over at their gf/bf's house
J-Jaeden I can hear them going u-up the stairs
Jae:Ok listen to me,you'll be fine ok
Just hide and don't say anything

She nodded quietly
She was bitting on her lip and her eyes were crowded with tears
My heart shattered to a million pieces seeing her like this
She is my best friend and I've never seen her like this
She creaked the closet door open and stumbled inside,her legs slowly giving into fear
She closed the door gently right before heavy footsteps were heard in her room
Soon they left as if nothing
But we stayed silent,just in case
We waited,waited and waited
It was silent,almost too silent
Then before I could even blink there was a gun shot
The phone fell to the floor and it aimed up at the ceiling

*end of call*

Flashback over

I remember that day clearly,the next morning I was met with Y/n's sobbing mother and the police at the door
She was dead
They weren't sure what happened that night,still aren't
I didn't say a word,I kept the burden to myself
I am the one to blame so I will carry the truth
