I was not the next "ruin the dress target " of carla , obviously she wanted to see me and merlyn get humiliated in front of the crowd . Thinking of that , in defence , i thought that instead of facing carla and making a big more fuss , i decided to go near aaron and have a chat , i bet she won't even touch me near aaron , everyone knows that aaron only talks with people who earn the respect. Not who beg for it , but looking behind merlyn was not there , and alas! Carla ruined her perfect frilled white dress with red wine .....

I knew she was sad , when we see in real world , prom dresses are hella expensive and carla , she just ruined it , she was not even sorry for it . I tried all the tricks that i saw from 5 mins crafts hacks , none of them worked , it just ruined her dress more , fake channel ! Merlyn then decided to let it go and try to enjoy the party , i really felt bad for her . What could i do now ??

After few mjnutes , i saw our principal mr . Jackson hawkins arrive on stage .
He started a welcoming speech , welcoming all new comers ,and old people to rejoice together.
Soon the results of the competition was decided , i saw the head master coming on stage with a card , with few names written on it , sorry i couldnt help seeing it , i have a sharp eye.
He started,

"Its been my undue pleasure to welcome you students on your first day , each of you must have come from different vities , places , schools. I truly accept you 'll attention and presence , as we have kept a competition on this freshers party , which is miss and mister fresher - which is the person who the charm of this party . I am really impressed that all of you have dressed their best , but unfortunately there is only one winner !
Lets start announcing the new face of the college , at start of the year ".

I didnt pay any attention to his speech , nor i was sure that i was going to even win , i was sure that melryn can win , or i would be happy if anyone of us would have won.

Then the headmaster again proceeded on stage ,

" SORRY , I MAY PLEASE HAVE YOUR ATTENTION BACK !!"
" since you all are dressed so nicely , it was very difficult to decide who will win , so we selected few nominies , in that further , will be decided by audience vote. Whoever is announced kindly come on stage "

I thought , huh , do you even think i am going to win , even if i win , i know from deep down that audience will never chose me .
He then started to announce --

I knew aaron would have surely come , i was counting on that , on other hand i didnt even knew alex or dylan . Come on who would see them , if aaron was front , i didnt even payed attention to the boys side . Now he started with girls .

As soon as they took the name of carla ....oh my god , are you even kidding me !! Carla ?
Then there was last name to be announced , i lost all my hope

my jaw dropped when i heard my name , i went in there to confirm that there was no other allison , and it told that it was me . I was super happy at that moment , i never got nominated for anything like that .

I went to stage , smiling all the way , merlyn hugged me ,

"Wow , ally , i knew you going to make it !"

"Thanks merl , lets go "

"Yeah"

But when saw the audience , do you think they will vote me , half of them i dont even know !!
