Fanfiction Advise

Hello, dearest reader! I'm kaitos_lost_scarf or Maika, bringing you the fanfiction advisor article! This month is truly quite special, and features topics that aren't discussed nearly enough in Vocaloid fanfiction!

Here, I've written a poem telling a tale about something that quite bothers me. It's about a person who had wronged me a while ago...

You love me, correct?

Then why, her, instead?

Deleting messages, I won't forget,

And all the tears, I've strained and wept,

All of the pain you've sent.

My cries can't seem to reach you,

A telephone, it rings true,

Except in the messages, from me to you;

Disastrous, happiness I've been sued.

You can only keep yourself together for a while,

The day I came apart, managing a fake smile.

And yet, I've feared, so please don't disappear,

You spread lies about me, how sheer, how sheer,

It's not just you, dearest dear,

Though, my depriving support was a hundred percent sincere.

It's them, along,

It's them, how wrong,

Moral support is only an ambition,

And here, you don't even pretend to listen,

You cry, you weep,

Or so, you reap,

They're tangling apart, lies aren't as elite,

And I'm thin, masked in my own delicacy.

Wildlife AUs are quite rare. Having them in a fanfiction would be an interesting turn for most people, but to draw them in, a lulling hook and description would help.

For example, you could put, "Life was only a matter of where the dice turned in this twisted world of wilderness. Trees were all he saw, sketching out farther than the eye could see and towering malevontly above. He knew it would be a difficult thing to adjust.."

You can use another hook to draw readers in, like a metaphor or a quote pertaining to the personality of the particular Vocaloid.

Interesting covers are also a necessity, since many people don't look past covers and descriptions. Make sure, however, to include a Vocaloid in the cover and tag Vocaloids in the tags so that you attract Vocaloid readers.

For women's day this year, you can perhaps do a historical fanfiction (though, again, this may be harder to attract viewers within the Vocaloid community).

Perhaps, you can view how women in certain areas gained independence through many ways; an example of this in America would be flappers.

A cover for a historical fanfiction may be in black and white (to match photographs) but again, should feature a Vocaloid and Vocaloids in the tag. Have a good day, Vocaloid fans! I hope you celebrate Wildlife Day and Women's Day with ease. As always, read, write, and revise Vocaloid fanfiction, and retain inspiration!
