The Arabic Alphabet consists of 30 different letters

They are as followed (in order from right to left - starting at Alif and ending on Ya):

They can come in different forms:

Tha is pronounced sa
Thal is pronounced zal
Zai is pronounced za
Toa is pronounced ta
Zhoa is pronounced za
He is pronounced ha and is after Waw.

Letters join together making sentences and words:

These scebtences make paragraphs:

Which then create chapters for the Qur'an.
