Right now I'm standing in front of the company I work for. Bhalla Industries! And I'm damn sure I'm fired. Why? Because I'm late. Oh my god I'm late! Its already 9. I'm an hour late!

I gulped and walked in. I forced a smiled at the employees who looked at me as if telling me to be safe.

I walked to my office after giving a glance at his office. I let out a sigh hoping he didn't see me. As soon as I went in and sat on my chair,the intercom rang and I heard his not-so-sweet voice.

"Miss Ishita IN.MY.CABIN.NOW!"

He literally screamed and I can guess his anger just by his voice. I'm going to be killed ermm and will be thrown out.

I hopped inside his cabin. His back was facing me. I sat down on the chair opposite to him. He turned around within a second. His eyes filled with anger. I gulped.

After a second, I heard him bang the desk hard that I almost flinched back. I looked at him innocently hoping he would soften but no! He was a hot-headed man.

"Miss Ishita Sharma... You very well know why I called you here! I don't expect my P.A to be late on her first day... I hate my employees who are late! I'm very serious to work! I can't tolerate such unpunctuality... Do you even know the meaning of punctuality.. I think NO! That's why you are late! Just because of you we lost a contract! I wanted the files of that project but no! You weren't there so I decided to postpone the meeting but the investors got angry since this was the 2nd time I postponed it... "

"I'm sorry sir!",I whispered cutting him off. He was continuously shouting at me while my eyes blurred with tears. After such a long time, I got a job but now I'll be fired on my very first day.

"Sorry? A sorry won't bring back that contract!",he roared on top of his voice.

"I-I am s-seriously sorry... I-I got up l-late.. I'm not used to w-waking up early.. I'm sorry sir but please don't fire me! I promise this will be the first and the last time I'm late"

I stood up and spoke to him keeping my gaze on the floor.

I heard him sigh and sit down on his chair while I sat on mine.

"Fine! But this is the last time I'm forgiving you for being late as after a long time I have got a decent Personal Assistant instead of those sluts",he spoke the last line in a low voice and ran his hand over his hairs. He looked so handsome when he did that.

"Bhai! The investors agreed for another meeting after I convinced them"

I heard a familiar voice. I frowned but didn't look up as my eyes were fixed to the floor.

"Isshh.."

That caught me! Romi!!

I grinned and looked at him. He was startled seeing me. His eyes were wide while his mouth hung open. I laughed at his expression. I closed his mouth with the tip of my finger and hugged him. He hugged me back and then pulled out.

"Ishh! Don't tell me that this was the job you were talking about and that too here"

I grinned and nodded. He let out a sigh and rolled his eyes.

"Oh god! I'm happy that we'll work together.. But why didn't you tell me about this?"

"I didn't knew where you work.."

I said slowly and bit my tongue.

Romi was a great friend of mine. We were friends since college, we got separated when he got a job in Delhi and I was still in Chennai but we still contacted each other. Last month I came to Delhi in search of job and we hung out again together. He knows me so well, I can say that he knows me more than I even know myself.

I was brought back to earth by someone who cleared his throat.

Who the hell is that someone?

That's when I realized I was in my boss's cabin. I quickly moved away from Romi and muttered a Sorry to my Boss.

"I think you know each other.."

Of course! Why would I hug someone and be happy if I didn't know them? Idiot!

" But you should know that I don't tolerate relationships between my employees that could distract them from work"

Relation? Does he mean that he doesn't tolerate those who are together in a relation! I mean Romi and I are best friends. Nothing more than that!

I nodded while Romi did the same. After taking the file from Boss he walked towards me.

"We'll meet at lunch! We need to talk lots! after all its been a long time"

He said softly in my ears and grinned. He left while I let out a a big smile.

I looked at my boss who was staring at me. I didn't know why? Anyways I ignored him.

"Do you need anything sir?"

"No! You can go back to your cabin"

I nodded and picking up my phone I made my way outside.

Raman's POV

I had been taking interviews since morning and all I could see was girls trying to seduce me. For God's sake I need a decent Assistant. I know I'm a playboy and if I would have been somewhere else then I would definitely made my way to the hotel with them but I'm very strict towards my work. I can't tolerate indiscipline or carelessness when it comes to work.

I was so tired today. Whenever i tried taking their interview they started seducing me by pulling down their shirts showing their cleavage or standing up and walking towards me seductively. I won't deny that I wasn't affected. I was definitely affected by them but I ignored them. All I wanted was a decent P.A! I think that's becoming impossible now.

My last P.A was very good. She was serious towards work but after 7 months of being my P.A, she too became one of those sluts.

"Next!", I sigh and open my laptop continuing my work.

"May I come in sir?", a sweet voice called me and I immediately nodded.

I looked up and was mesmerized by her beauty. That was it! She is hired. Not because of her beauty but because of her way of walking and wearing the right clothes. She wore a pencil skirt and a light blue shirt. This is what an employee should wear. I looked at her from head to toe and licked my lips. I was literally drooling at her. I couldn't take my eyes off her.She was sexy!

She sat down after I indicated her to do that. I read her CV and most of the time kept my eyes on her. How cute she looked when she was nervous. She was continuously biting her lips. I groaned silently.

I nodded and looked at her.

"So Miss Sharma.. Are you capable of becoming my Personal Assistant?"

I asked keeping my hands together and looking at her.

She was surprised and didn't reply. She was probably lost somewhere. I faked a cough and raised my one eyebrow at her after a few seconds and that brought her back to earth.

"Ermm... Ye.. Yeah!"

Was her reply. I wanted to laugh at her. Was she scared of me? Or was she seriously too nervous?

"So Miss Ishita Sharma.. You are selected as my PA.. You can start your work from tomorrow... Making my coffee to finding files.. And sending mails! I hate late works and if you are late in reaching office then I'll take a strict action against u! You should obey me! RAMAN KUMAR BHALLA doesn't like the ones who are late..!"

"Ok sir!"

She replied him with a smile. She got up to leave and then turned to look at me. I was still looking at her from top to bottom biting my lips . She blushed a little and literally ran out.

After she left, I burst out laughing. She was cute! I will seriously enjoyed her reaction and the effect I had on her. How she blushed when I checked her out! Damn!

The whole day passed by blur and next day I walked in wearing black pants and a white shirt along with a black suit above it. I took off my sunglasses and as soon as my employees saw me they ran back to work. I could say they were very scared from me. Anyways I don't care about it. Its better not to be friendly or caring towards your employees.

I walked inside my office and called Shweta, my Secretary and she told me I had the meeting which I postponed last week. I hung up the call and called my P.A , It was probably her first day. Let's see how she turns out.

I called for her but there was no response. I walked out of my cabin and one of the employees told me she hasn't come yet.

I looked at the time and it was 8. I have that meeting at 8:30 and I need all the files. I clenched my jaw, she will surely be fired.

I waited for a long time until the clients came. I walked inside the conference room and cleared my throat. Everybody's attention was towards me.

"Actually I'm sorry.. The meeting can't be held today due to some problem.. I'm sorry for inconvie-"

I was cut off by the client,Mr. Seth.

"This is not done Mr Bhalla... This is the second time you are postponing the meeting.. This is not fair.. Sorry we don't want to work with you"

"But-"

Before I could even stop them, they were gone. Shit!

My palm curled up into a fist and I walked back to my cabin and punched the wall. That was a really important contract and just because of my silly personal assistant it got cancelled. I'm surely not leaving her. Just let her come.

The clock ticked 9 and that's when I heard her heels tick. Does she think I won't be able to acknowledge her presence? If yes,then you are very wrong Ms. Sharma.

I called her and she picked up.

"Miss Ishita IN.MY.CABIN.NOW!"

I screamed on the call trying to be calm but failed miserably. I turned around gritting my teeth. Its really difficult to control my anger. But the last thing I want from my employees is that they being late or careless towards work.

I heard the tik tok of her heels. After 5 seconds,I turned around and saw her looking at the table with a guilty face.

I banged my fist on the table making her flinch back. She looked at me with those innocent eyes. Does she think I'll forgive her by that but I'm sorry I won't! I kept glaring her.

"Miss Ishita Sharma... You very well know why I called you here! I don't expect my P.A to be late on her first day... I hate my employees who are late! I'm very serious to work! I was serious, I can at least keep her and see whether or nor she is good or just like others.

I saw Romi walking in and he called me. He was a really great friend of mine and was best among my employees, no doubt that's why he is the manager.

He looked up at my P.A with a frown that grew into a smile.

"Ishh.."

Ishh? Why the hell is he calling her that?

Ishita looked up at him and grinned He was startled seeing her. His eyes were wide while his mouth hung open. She laughed at his expression. She closed his mouth with the tip of her finger and hugged him. He hugged her back and then pulled out. I felt a bang on my heart . why the hell are they hugging? Is he her boyfriend? I don't feel jealous just angry for being ignored here. They are not allowed to to keep relationship. I mean my employees.

"Ishh! Don't tell me that this was the job you were talking about and that too here"

She grinned and nodded. He let out a sigh and rolled his eyes.

"Oh god! I'm happy that we'll work together.. But why didn't you tell me about this?"

"I didn't knew where you work.."

She said slowly and bit her tongue.

They both were so lost and I felt myself being ignored. I cleared my throat and both of them came out of trance. They moved away from each other and she muttered a sorry.

"I think you know each other.."

I know that was really foolish. Of course they knew each other.

" But you should know that I don't tolerate relationships between my employees that could distract them from work"

I said not liking the fact that they looked really close.

She nodded while Romi did the same. After taking the file from me,Romi walked towards her.

He said something softly in her ears and grinned. He left while she let out a a big smile. Did he say 'I love you?'.

She looked at me while I was staring at her.

"Do you need anything sir?"

"No! You can go back to your cabin"

She nodded and picking up her phone she made my way outside. I looked at her tonnes legs which were visible and thought of the things I could do on them. That made me turn on.
