She said pulling Veer's hand and Veer followed her.

He laughs.

Bani goes to her class as Veer smiles. He was about to go to his own class today surprisingly when he hurt a scream.

It was the same guy who he had seen earlier. There were few Vampires on the ground being wounded while the guy stood their in a stoic manner.

Veer - What the hell is happening here?

Vampire guy - Prince.. prince please save us..!

Another Vampire guy - This guy almost killed us..

The guy turned in Veer's direction. His eyes held something in it. A fire of achieving something.. No matter what it takes.

The guy ignores Veer and moved past him.

Veer - I asked you something..

Guy - My silence was the answer.. (He rolled his eyes and started moving again.)

That's when in moments Veer held his neck and pressed him against the wall.

Veer - Do you know who you are talking to?

Guy - Another student? Or let me guess max the prince?

Veer - And you don't take whether it's a normal student or the prince..

Guy - Nobody's designation can help them acquire respect ..Only fear of not being harmed leds people to bow down..

Veer - And you don't fear..?

Guy - No..

He said looking straight into Veer's eyes.

Tapish - Veer!

Tapish called out Veer and Veer left the grip on the guy's neck. The guy fell on the ground.

Veer - I will see you soon Boy..

Guy - Well the boy clearly knocked three of your Vampire's.. So I doubt if I am just a boy though..

He smirked. Veer was fuming in anger.

Tapish - Veer forget about him for now.. Let's go!

Veer - You better watch out.. Boy !

He said and went. The guy kept looking at his disappearing figure.

Aakesh - Hello Brother!

Veer - What do you want?

Aakesh - Ouch.. You are hurting my feelings since a longtime now Veer..

He scoffed and left a fuming Aakesh. Each word of Veer hurting him.

He smirks.

Bani's class had just got done. She came out hoping to meet Veer. No one was gossiping or troubling her after what Veer said in the morning. The day was peaceful. As Bani walked through the corridor.. She did hear people talking about someone else though..

Another Girl - How sad he is that old ladies Bloodservant..

Guy - Keep your voice low.. You are talking about elder Nandini..

Bani was climbing the stairs while listening to all the talks happening around. As she almost reached the top her leg slipped. She was about to fall.
She closed her eyes , ready for the fall when somebody held her hand. She slowly opened her eye as the guy pulled her towards him.

Bani came face to face with the man. He was good looking and held a subtle expression. His eyes. Why did she feel she knew this person  already? She felt like she had seen him already.

While Hriday just kept looking at her with a longing in his eyes.

Bani - Tha.. Thanks..

Hriday - You don't have to..

Bani - No like seriously.. I literally would have crashed on the ground if not for your help..

Hriday was walking towards his class when few notorious Vampires surrounded him.

Vampire guy - Woah.. Look who we have here.. Ms's Nandini boytoy..

He laughs along with other Vampires.

Another Vampire said, "Or else what will you do?"

Hriday tried leaving again when a vampire held his collar. Hriday's calm composure was long lost as his eyes got filled with anger.

In a moment the vampire was lying on the ground as Hriday landed a punch on his face. The Vampire screamed in agony.

Vampire - AHHHH! What did you do to me !!

Hriday - Kaha tha dur rehene par nahi.. Shareef ko ye zamana shareef rehene kahan deta hein..

The other Vampire attacked him from behind as he dodged and kicked him in the stomach.

The third Vampire came in his way as he twisted his hand and kicked him.

Hriday - No matter what you Vampire's think but for us humans you will always be an animal..

He said and by then Veer had arrived.
Flashback ends.

Veer - But how can a human be so powerful..

Tapish - He is elder Nandini's favourite.. She might have trained him..

Veer - Still so much power..

Vampire - Sir he also had a ring his hand, we almost felt that we were electrocuted as soon as it came in contact with our skin.

Tapish - Maybe they still exist..

Veer - Whatever it is. This guy seems to have certain intentions.. And we need to observe him..

The vampires leave.

In the cafeteria Hriday and Bani were seated.

She laughs as Hriday admires her laughter.

Hriday - My mom and dad died in an attack by these vampires.. Later Elder Nandini made me her blood servant..

He said as sadness was evident in his eyes.

Veer went and held Hriday's collar.

Veer - Boy.. I don't know what games you are playing but if you touch her one more time.. I will fucking kill you...

Bani - Veer leave him.. He didn't do anything..

Véer left Hriday's collar. As he held Bani's hand and took her with him.
Hriday kept looking at Veer with fury in his eyes.

Bani was pissed but she sighed. She didn't want to walk out like the previous time. She had to make him understand.

gossiping about him.. Nobody wanted to interact with him.. I knew how that felt..

Veer looks at her.

Bani - When you announced that I am your enemy... I had to go through alot.I know you saved me also Veer but those time were tough for me and he was facing something similar.. So. I just wanted to help and I Held his hands because he was talking about his parents who passed away..

Veer - Bani he had holy water.. He is clearly plotting something against Vampires.. And this sappy story might be a facade..

Bani - He seemed genuine Veer.. I know what happened with Jay last time.. So I understand your concerns and don't worry I will be very careful.. But you have to trust me.. You can't just barge in and take me.. I have my own choices..

Veer - You don't understand Bani.. I can't lose you.. I will fucking die if something happens to you..

He said cupping her face as his face softened. Bani placed her hand on his.

Bani - I know baby.. But you might not always be there to protect me.. It's important that I learn how to protect myself as well..

Veer sighs.

She said teasing him.

Bani was standing in front of the mirror putting  concealer on her neck as Veer engulfed her in a hug from behind.
