Veer - Here is the red crystal , Council head..

Preeta nods her head but Jay interrupts.

Jay-  This can't be true.. This is fake..

Veer - How are you so sure about it..? (He asked arching his eyebrow as a smirk formed on his face)

Jay - Because the actual Crystal is here..!

(He said and put his hand in the pocket but that's when he realised that his pocket was empty)

Veer - Kuch kho gaya kya? (He said with an teasing smirk)

(Did you lose something?)

Jay - It's not possible... Wait.. Wait.. Wait... You it's you!!! (He said pointing towards Bani )

While Bani who was herself a bit confused with the whole crystal fiasco looked at him.

Jay - You did all this.. You fooled me.. How dare you Bitch?

He was about to slap Bani when Veer held his hand.

Veer- I told you not to touch her but no.. You never listen.. So now pay for your consequences.

He said as a tight punch landed on Jay's jaw. Jay's corner of lips bled as he wiped it off and attacked Veer with all his strength. Bani looked at them worried.

Both Veer and Jay's vampiric features had shown up. The rest of the guests moved back seeing the ongoing fight while few loved the free show that they were getting.

Jay then holds Veer's neck from behind as Veer hits him in the stomach with his elbow and Jay stumbles back .

Veer turned and kicked Jay's stomach as he again fell on the ground.

Veer - This is the place for losers like you..! You don't even have guts to compete with me without any deceits..

Veer scoffs and moves towards Bani when Jay picks ups a vase. He throws it on Veer 's back and Veer stops. His anger had reached it's peak level.

Veer immediately took a piece of the broken vase and within few moments the piece was pierced in Jay's stomach.

Preeta - ENOUGH!!

Veer - This wound will recover but the next time you choose any of the cheap tactics.. I will myself stake your heart...
Also, Respect your king to be and even more.. (He leans forward to whisper in Jay's ear).. Your kingdom's Queen..

He said hinting towards Bani

Preeta - I SAID STOP!

Bani - Veer..

She said softly as Veer left Jay from his grip.

Jay - Did you see co.. Council head.. (He said holding his stomach in pain) ..He is a person of blood clan but he is protecting these pathetic humans.. HE IS UNQUALIFIED TO RULE US !!!

Bani - And You are qualified ???

She said raising her voice as Veer looked at her sudden outburst.

Bani - Someone who uses despicable means to achieve his end. Someone who thinks he is better than Prince but can't even fight with him openly. Someone who had  to use a pathetic human like me as you called us..to fool Veer..?

She said fuming in anger. Veer continued gazing at her as she took a stand for him among so many people.

Bani - Veer is a great ruler and if he can't let even a mere human get hurt.. Then think what he would do for his empire! So you better work on yourself.

Apne gireban main jhako aur khudko behtar insaan bano.. Oops mera matlab hein behtar pichas..

(look at yourself first and try to be a better person..oops i mean better vampire.. )

She mocks him as Veer and few of his other supporters also laugh. Preeta had an uncanny expression on her face while Aakesh was also happy with Bani's move.

Jay - Council head.. Trust me.. This girl tried luring me.. She even stole this crystal from prince.. But now she is acting innocent..

Bani - Really, then why didn't you return it? (She said crossing her arms and standing in front of Jay)

Jay - I wanted to test the extent till which you could do things.. And I thought of returning it once you gave it to me..

Bani - Ohh come on Jay.. Don't make me laugh.. Even a normal human like me can guess what you actually wanted to do.. Slandering Veer's reputation....

She said as Veer looked at her proudly. Her confidence and her care that led to her taking stand for him despite thinking of any consequences overwhelmed his heart.

Jay - It was her fault Council head.. They are framing me..

Veer - Council head.. It's clear that Jay is either mentally not stable or a traitor who tried to ruin today's event of importance for all the blood clan.. Rest all is your decision...

Preeta - Escort him out.. (She said to the guards)

Jay- Co.. Council head..

Preeta - I order Jay Mathur to return to his homeland and never set his foot again in this city!

Jay - NO! NO! YOU CAN'T DO THIS...!

The guards come and hold Jay.

Preeta- Nobody can break the laws of the clans  !

She said poignantly while not sparing even a glance on Jay.

Veer came and stood beside Bani.

Jay - THIS IS NOT THE END! I WILL COME BACK!

Veer - Kyun itni maar se man nahi bhara..?

(Why are you  not satisfied with this much beating..?)

He rolled his eyes while Jay looked at him seething in anger.

The guards took him out as Veer and Bani sighed.

Preeta - Prince Veer.. Complete the ritual..

Veer moved forward and places the red crystal in centre . All the clan crystals align as the moonlight falls on it.

HAIL PRINCE VEER! HAIL PRINCE VEER!

The whole crowd was praising him and his demeanour, looking at him respect but the only eyes that he was searching for was no where found. He frowned a little.

Here was Bani sitting on the stairs.

Veer - Akeli yahan kyun baithi ho?

(Why are you sitting here alone?)

Bani - Bas yun hi.

(Just like that)

Veer -You know you can't lie right? (He said sitting beside her)

Bani - Mehfil ki jaan ke siwa koi apna hein nahi yahan mera..!

(Leaving the person whose the heart of the event no one is my own here)

Veer- Mehfil ki Jaan ki Jaan toh lekin aap hein.. Isiliye aapke bina mehfil ke koi mayine nahi..

(But the heart of event's love is you.. That's why the event is worthless without you being there)

He said and Bani smiled a little.

Bani - That crystal was fake is'nt?

Veer - Yes, I am not stupid to carry something so precious just like.. I knew that people like that loser Jay will definitely try to steal it.. That is why this whole fake crystal scenario had to be created..

Bani - Now I feel stupid..

Veer - You don't have to sweetheart.. Considering you are the first who could reach the fake crystal too

Bani - Somebody is indirectly boasting about himself..

Veer - Stating facts sweetheart..

They laugh.

Bani - So we are back to talking? You aren't upset anymore? You don't hate me?

Veer - I can never hate you sweetheart.. (He said holding her hand)... I was upset.. Not because I thought you manipulated me but because of how you got manipulated by that loser.. I know in anger I said a lot of things.. But I didn't mean it.. You know how I am in anger..

He continued speaking when Bani's words made his world stop.

Bani - I LOVE YOU VEER!

Veer- Wh.. What..?

Bani - Finally made the Vampire Prince speechless..

She chuckled cutely.

Veer - Do.. Don't you hate me? (He said repeating her question)

Bani - I will not lie Veer.. I did dislike you during the initial stage but when I got to know you.. (She cupped his face).. The real you.. That part of you which you hide from the world.. I fell in love with it.. I fell in love with you..

Veer - But we had alot of misunderstandings..

Bani - You know Veer when a Potter shapes the pot, he hits it so that it gains the perfect shape and doesn't break further... Our misunderstanding and pain strengthened our thread of love..

Veer just keeps looking at her. He still felt that everything was a dream. A beautiful dream which he would live in an eternity for.

Bani - Well.. So Can I know if it's a yes or I am rejected.. I mean there is a lot of wine here.. So if you reject me.. I know the next step..

She was trying to joke to lighten the moment when Veer 's lips landed on her's. This kiss was soft and pristine. His hand cupping her face while her hands across his shoulders.

Their lips moved in sync with each other cherishing each and every moment.

This love was forbidden but this love was the only bond that made them feel free.

Veer slowly touched her waist and Bani's lips parted as Veer slid his tongue in her.
Their tongues were now battling for dominance. The kiss that had started at a soothing phase had now turned passionate. Her hands were in his hair while his on the nape of her neck.

They slowly pulled back catching their breathe and trying to calm their rapidly beating heart.

Veer - I love you Sweetheart! More than you could ever imagine..

He said as his breathe kept labouring. Bani smiled and kissed on his cheek.

Veer - You wait outside.. I will inform them that I am leaving..We will then leave together ..

Bani nods.

Veer - By the way Bani..

Bani - Yeah..

Veer - Where is Tapish?

Bani - With Meera.. (She smiles)

Veer - Wait even you think they like each other.. Don't you?

Bani - Yes..

Veer - But he left you alone here.. That carelessness.. What if something happened to you.. ?

Bani - Calm down my possessive prince.. I told him to go and I knew that if you are here.. Not even a scratch can come on my body..

Veer - I will soon show you my possesiveness Sweetheart.. (He winked)

Bani - You are shameless..

She said turning red.

Veer laughs.

Veer - Ab jaisa hu aapka hu.. Ms Sharma..

He smiles and goes. Bani also moves out with a smile on his face.

But there was somebody who was watching the entire scene.

Preeta - I like this girl..

Aakesh - I don't..

It was Aakesh . He and Preeta were watching the scene from a window.

Preeta - But why? She did help him today.. She is courageous..

Aakesh - She is a human!!

Preeta - But she isn't her! (Preeta said pointing towards someone)

Aakesh - All of them are same.. She did the same thing..

Aakesh - Jaan, where are you taking me?

Lady - Here..

She said as she brought them on the terrace.

Aakesh - Here..?

Lady - Yes, so that you can look at the beautiful sky and calm yourself down..

Aakesh sighs.

Aakesh - Jaan..

He hugs her.

Aakesh - Today was really hectic.. After Mom dad's death I am continuously fighting for Veer's position... I don't want my brother to suffer..

Lady - He will not suffer.. Cause he has a caring and fighter brother like you..

Aakesh - You are the only person I trust in this whole world ..

The lady smiles.

Flashback ends

Preeta - You are biased..

Aakesh - Sorry council head.. (He scoffs)

Preeta - I am your friend Aakesh..

Humesha se tumhari humdard rahi hu main..

But I won't tolerate your direspect..

Aakesh leaves from the room in anger.

Bani was standing outside in the garden with a huge fountain. A huge grin was visible on her face. Finally things felt like they were falling into place.

Bani heard footsteps and turned behind.

Bani - Veer!!

She said happily but her her voice cracked when she actually saw the person. It was Aakesh.

Aakesh - Waiting for my brother...?

Bani - Principal..

She said cautiously.

Aakesh - Oh don't be scared... I won't kill you... Atleast not today.. (He smirks)

Bani - What do you want sir?

Aakesh - Stay away from him..! Or else the same will happen to you what happened her..

Bani - Who?

Aakesh - Ohh.. Looks like my dear brother.. Didn't tell you anything about her...

Bani - Can you just stop your riddles!!!

She said a bit louder now when Aakesh held her throat.

Aakesh - Behave girl.. You don't want to die today I believe..

Bani - Le.. Leave..

Aakesh - The same eyes ... Both of you have the same eyes.. The same attitude.. I think that's why he chose you.. Cause he sees her in you..

He said and pushed Bani as she fell into fountain.

Veer - ENOUGH!

There stood Veer seething in anger.
